Implementation of the water-sediment regulation(WSR) scheme, mainly focused on solving the sedimentation problems of reservoirs and the lower reaches of the Yellow River, has inevitably influenced the sediment distribution and coastal morphology of the Yellow River *** coastline delineation and suspended sediment concentration(SSC) retrieval methods, this study investigated water and sediment changes,identified detailed inter-annual and intra-annual variations of the coastline and SSC in the normal period(NP: 1986-2001, before and after the flood season) and WSR period(WSRP: 2002-2013, before and after WSR). The results indicate that(1) the sedimentation in the low reaches of the Yellow River turned into erosion from 2002 onward;(2) the inter-annual coastline changes could be divided into an accretion stage(1986-1996), a slow erosion stage(1996-2002), and a slow accretion stage(2002-2013);(3) an intra-annual coastline extension occurred in the river mouth in most years of the WSRP; and(4) the mean intra-annual accretion area was 0.789 km^2 in the NP and 4.73 km2 in the WSRP,and the mean SSC increased from 238 mg/L to 293 mg/L in the NP and from 192 mg/L to 264 mg/L in the WSRP.

We designed and constructed a new family of 608 dendritic dipyridyl donors, from which two novel triangular metallodendrimers were successfully prepared via coordination-driven *** by the existence of multiple intermolecular interactions（e.g., p–p stacking and CH–p interactions） imposed by the DMIP-functionalized poly（benzyl ether） dendrons, their hierarchical selfassembly behaviors were studied in various mixed solvents by using scanning electron microscopy（SEM）. Interestingly, it was found that the morphologies of the obtained metallodendrimers were highly depended on the dendron generation. For example, the first-generation metallodendrimer was able to hierarchically self-assemble into the spherical nanostructures in various mixed solvents. However, the nanofibers were observed for the second-generation metallodendrimer under the similar ***, the driven force for the formation of such ordered nanostructures was investigated by using1 H NMR and fluorescence spectroscopy.

Carbon ions,commonly referred to as particle therapy,have become increasingly popular in the last *** predicting the range of ions in tissues is important for the precise delivery of doses in heavy-ion *** uncertainty is currently the largest contributor to dose uncertainty in normal tissues,leading to the use of safety margins in treatment *** potential method is the direct relative stopping measurement(RSP)with ***-ion CT(Hi′CT),a compact segmented full digital tomography detector using monolithic active pixel sensors,was designed and evaluated using a 430 MeV/u high-energy carbon ion pencil beam in *** precise position of the individual carbon ion track can be recorded and reconstructed using a 30μm×30μm small pixel pitch *** types of customized image reconstruction algorithms were developed,and their performances were evaluated using three different modules of CAT-PHAN 600-series *** RSP measurement accuracy of the tracking algorithm for different types of materials in the CTP404 module was less than 1%.In terms of spatial resolution,the tracking algorithm could achieve a 20%modulation transfer function normalization value of CTP528 imaging results at 5 lp/cm,which is significantly better than that of the fast imaging algorithm(3 lp/cm).The density resolution obtained using the tracking algorithm of the customized CTP515 was approximately 10.5%.In conclusion,a compact digital Hi'CT system was designed,and its nominal performance was evaluated in a *** RSP resolution and image quality provide potential feasibility for scanning most parts of an adult body or pediatric patient,particularly for head and neck tumor treatment.

Double carbohelicenes have attracted considerable attention due to their aesthetic structures, distinct π-conjugation extension, inherent chirality, and intriguing optical and electronic properties. Herein, the concise de novo synthesis of a new double[5]carbohelicene 1 together with its chiroptical properties, isomerization process and lasing application is presented. 1 was synthesized by a simple protocol involving the formation of a 6,6′-bipentacene as the key intermediate. It is worth noting that1 existed as two diastereomers 1-PP/MM and 1-PM, which were successfully isolated and unambiguously confirmed by Xray crystallography. The optical resolution of the racemic 1-PP/MM was successfully achieved by chiral-phase highperformance liquid chromatography（HPLC）, and 1-PP and 1-MM were characterized by circular dichroism. Interestingly, it was found that 1-PP/MM could be completely isomerized to 1-PM upon heating, and the detailed thermodynamics and kinetics of the isomerization process were systematically investigated. 1-PM exhibited deep-red luminescence with emission maximum at 723 nm and fluorescence quantum yield as high as 32.95%. Consequently, we can showcase the lasing application of 1-PM by doping with epoxy resin to assemble a bottle microlaser spontaneously, which the lasing wavelength is 796.6 nm at a threshold of 0.8 m J cm-2. We believe that our studies, including the facile synthesis methodology, detailed isomerization studies, and lasing application, will shed some light on the design and synthesis of novel carbohelical systems with more functions.

Effect of mechanical activation on enhancement of carbothermal reduction of nickel slag

The effects of mechanical activation on particle size distribution,crystalline phase,morphology,and mechanical energy storage of nickel slag were ***,the direct reduction experiments of mechanically activated nickel slag mixed with reducing agent graphite powder were performed under conditions of 873-1273 K and reduction for 30-70 *** results show that after 12 h of activation,90%of the nickel slag has a particle diameter less than 1.05 pm,and the total energy storage is 1790.4 kJ mol^(-1).With the extension of the mechanical activation duration,the intensity of the dift'raction peaks of the main crystalline phases Fe_(2)SiO_(4) and Mg2SiO4 in the nickel slag *** activation is also an effective means to enhance the reduction of nickel *** the extension of the activation time,the reduction effect of the nickel slag and metallization degree *** 12 h of mechanical activation,the nickel slag was reduced at 1273 K for 70 min,and the metallization degree of the reduced product could reach 83.12%.

Aiming at the construction of novel multistate circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)switches,dual stimuli-responsive chiral[2]rotaxanes towards anions and light have been designed and *** the light-controlled on/off F?rster resonance energy transfer(FRET)switching between the emissive stoppers and anion-induced controllable motions of the chiral wheel for the precise regulations of chirality information transfer from the chiral wheel to the emissive stoppers,precisely switching between four CPL emission states with varied emission wavelengths and dissymmetry factors has been successfully realized,making them a promising platform for practical uses such as information storage and *** proof-of-concept study not only provides a novel design strategy for multistate CPL switching but also contributes excellent candidates for the construction of novel smart chiral luminescent materials.

In this paper,we propose Hformer,a novel supervised learning model for low-dose computer tomography(LDCT)*** combines the strengths of convolutional neural networks for local feature extraction and transformer models for global feature *** performance of Hformer was verified and evaluated based on the AAPM-Mayo Clinic LDCT Grand Challenge *** with the former representative state-of-the-art(SOTA)model designs under different architectures,Hformer achieved optimal metrics without requiring a large number of learning parameters,with metrics of33.4405 PSNR,8.6956 RMSE,and 0.9163 *** experiments demonstrated designed Hformer is a SOTA model for noise suppression,structure preservation,and lesion detection.
