Estimation of the carbon storage of forest vegetation and carbon emission from forest fires in Heilongjiang Province,China

The forest resource of Heilongjiang province has important position in china. On the basis of the six times of national forest inventory data （1973-1976, 1977-1981, 1985-1988, 1989-1993, 1994-1998, 1999-2003） surveyed by the Forestry Ministry of P. R. China from 1973 to 2003, the carbon storage of forests in Heilongjiang Province are estimated by using the method of linear relationship of each tree species between biomass and volume. The results show that the carbon storage of Heilongjiang forests in the six periods （1973-1976, 1977-1981, 1985-1988, 1989-1993, 1994-1998, 1999-2003） are 7.164×10^8 t, 4.871×10^8 t, 5.094×10^8 t, 5.292×10^8 t, 5.594×10^8 t and 5.410×10^8 t, respectively., which showed a trend of decreasing in early time and then increasing. It indicated that Heilongjiang forests play an important role as a sink of atmospheric carbon dioxide during past 30 years. Based on the data of forest fires from 1980 to 1999 and ground biomass estimation for some forest types in Heilongjiang Province, it is estimated that the amount of mean annual consumed biomass of forests is 391758.65t-522344.95t, accounting for 6.4%-8.4% of total national consummation from forest fires, and the amount of carbon emission is 176 291.39t-235 055.23t, about 8% of total national emission from forest fires. The emission of CO2, CO, CH4 and NMHC from forest fires in Heilongjiang Province are estimated at 581761.6-775682.25 t, 34892.275-46523.04 t, 14091.11-18788.15 t and 6500-9000 t, respectively, every year.

采用乳液技术和先驱体转化法相结合,利用改性后SiO_2颗粒表面的双键引发聚硅氮烷(PSN)原位聚合,得到SiO_2/PSN核壳结构微球,经高温裂解过程成功制备SiO_2/SiCN核壳陶瓷微球。研究SiO_2与PSN原料的质量比、固化时间和热解温度对核壳微球形成过程和形貌的影响,并采用SEM,EDS,TEM,FT-IR,XRD对微球的微观形貌、化学成分及物相进行表征。结果表明:SiO_2与PSN质量比为1∶4时,200℃固化4h得到表面颗粒分布均一、包覆完全的SiO_2/PSN核壳微球;经800~1200℃热处理后,得到能保持原来形貌的非晶态SiO_2/SiCN核壳陶瓷微球;1400℃热解产物发生结晶,生成了SiO_2,SiC和Si_3N_4晶相。

背景对于结肠癌伴肺部转移的患者,常用传统的放疗方式,其主要作用于肿瘤细胞内部的双链DNA,然而国外多项研究发现,提高放疗剂量并不能改善患者预后,且由于其对于正常组织的副作用大,故常用的放疗剂量通常在60-70 Gy之间,然而此剂量对于肺部肿瘤的局部控制不佳.现科学技术的飞速发展,立体定向放射治疗(stereotactic body radiotherapy,SBRT)技术大量应用于非小细胞肺癌的患者,SBRT同样应用于结肠癌伴肺部转移的患者,然而有研究发现由于结肠癌组织中乏氧细胞较其他组织多,且乏氧细胞对放射线相对不敏感,故对于SBRT对于结肠癌伴肺转移的患者较其他部位肿瘤伴肺转移的患者疗效较差,然而此结论存在争议,且对于最佳的放疗剂量暂无明确的结论,有研究发现,提高放疗剂量可改善结肠癌伴肺部转移患者的预后,然而此结论也存在争议,本研究在国内外多项研究的基础上,对于SBRT治疗结肠癌伴肺转移与非结肠癌伴肺部转移的疗效以及不同放疗剂量对于结肠癌伴肺部转移的疗效比较进行Meta分析,进而提供循证医学相关的依据.目的比较体部SBRT结肠癌伴肺转移与非结肠癌伴肺部转移的疗效以及不同放疗剂量对于结肠癌伴肺部转移的疗效比较.方法检索体部立体定向放射治疗结肠癌伴肺转移的对照试验,年限为2008-01/2018-12,以Cochrane系统评价手册内的质量评价标准进行筛选和评价,用Revman5.3软件进行系统Meta分析.结果共纳入14篇文献,研究1共9篇文献,结肠癌伴肺部转移组共486例,非结肠癌伴肺转移组共938例研究对象,研究2共5篇文献,高剂量组共157例研究对象,低剂量组共185例研究对象,Meta分析结果表明:SBRT对于结肠癌伴肺转移的患者疗效低于非结肠癌伴肺转移的患者,且对于结肠癌伴肺转移的患者而言,高剂量的SBRT疗效要高于低剂量的SBRT,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论SBRT对于结肠癌伴肺转移的患者疗效较非结肠癌来源的肺转移患者要差,对于结肠癌伴肺部转移的患者而言,可以通过提高SBRT放疗剂量来改善预后.

The measurement of amino acid and monoamine neurotransmitters（NTs） in serum plays a central role in the identification and monitoring of clinical panic disorder（PD）. However, the strong polarity and chemical heterogeneity of NTs make direct extraction and rapid detection extremely challenging. Herein, we developed a strategy that integrated solid phase extraction based on magnetic Fe3O4coated with polydopamine（Fe3O4@PDA） and direct analysis of mass spectrometry in real time（DART-MS） for quantification of 10 NTs. We systematically investigated the optimal conditions of this strategy to achieve good accuracy and precision. Compared with existing magnetic solid phase extraction methods for NTs detection in biological samples, this strategy could adsorb more targets while having similar adsorption efficiencies, and the total process time was reduced by an average of 69.42%. We rapidly determined the metabolic abnormality of 6 types of NTs in the serum of PD patients and demonstrated their diagnostic accuracy. In addition, an outstanding feature of PD in which tryptophan was more metabolized by the KYN pathway and the 5-hydroxytryptamine pathway was inhibited could be elucidated by this strategy. Our results highlighted the potential ability of Fe3O4@PDA coupled with DART-MS to assist in the clinical diagnosis of PD.
