In recent years,lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)are considered as one of the most promising new generation energies with the advantages of high theoretical speeific capacity of sulfur(1675 mAh·g^(-1)),abundant sulfur resources,and environmental friendliness storage technologies,and they are receiving wide attention from the ***,the problems of the shuttle effect and lithium dendrite growth in LSBs have limited their practical application,so there is a need to find ways to solve these *** is an excellent choice to use novel materials to modify battery *** those novel materials,the metal-organic framework(MOF)has the properties of regular pores and controllable *** applied as a positive electrode and diaphragm,it can restrain the shuttle effect and lithium dendrite growth,especially since it shows excellent performance in diaphragm ***,various design strategies and synthesis methods of MOF-modified separators are reviewed in this paper,and the applications of MOF in LSBs separators in different forms are introduced,including the composite of MOF and carbon-based materials,the compounding of MOF and polymer,self-carbonization to form MOF-derived *** the same time,different characterization techniques are systematically reviewed to obtain the physical and chemical properties of MOF particles and the working mechanism of MOF-modified diaphragm,which provides a basis for further research in this ***,some future research trends and directions are put forward to fully tap the future commercial potential of MOF-modified diaphragm in LSBs.

Study on the Mechanism of Nanopatterning in Printed Electronics Based on Molecular Dynamics Simulation

In order to research the feasibility of using the selective adsorption principle to achieve automatic shaping of nano patterns,in this study,using the liquid gallium as the conductive ink and graphene as the printing plate surface,by changing the surface wettability of patterned areas on the nanoscale of graphene printed boards,the automatic formation of liquid gallium patterns on the graphene printed plate surface was *** results indicated that liquid gallium can achieve automatic patterning on the surface of graphene patterned areas;the greater the interaction energy between gallium and carbon atoms,the clearer the pattern;gallium liquid is prone to remain in complex local positions of the pattern,making it difficult to shape the pattern;if the spacing between adjacent pattern lines is too large or too small,it will result in residual gallium liquid between the lines;increasing the thickness of the gallium film will cause the pattern to expand beyond the boundary,but increasing the thickness of the gallium film can also enhance the thickness and uniformity of the pattern *** summary,the principle of selective adsorption can be used to achieve the automatic formation of nano patterns,and the pattern formation effect is influenced by factors such as atomic interaction energy and pattern configuration.

An ecological perspective on Joseph Rock’s(1884-1962)plant collection activities in China

In the early 20th century,numerous western botanists,often referred to as‘plant hunters’,embarked on ambitious expeditions to China,playing a crucial role in the study of botany and botanical *** their contributions,comprehensive assessments of their explorations are *** bridge this gap,this article focuses on the work of Joseph Charles Francis Rock,a notable figure in that *** work revisits Rock’s botanical expeditions within the broader context of botanical diversity *** outlines his historical experiences in collecting plants in China and enumerates the species composition and phenotypic traits of the plants he ***,it also analyzes the spatial distribution of the species,the completeness of his collection and the α-and β-diversity of the plants he *** findings reveal that Rock led four major botanical expeditions in China between 1922 and 1933,amassing a total of 28184 sheets and 16608 numbers across 204 families,1081 genera and 4231 *** focus was predominantly on ornamental species,which exhibit a variety of flower colors and *** collection work spanned 5 provinces,35 cities and 72 counties,with a notable concentration in the Hengduan Mountains,a current biodiversity *** study not only reconstructs Rock’s botanical legacy but also offers valuable historical data and fresh analytical insights for understanding contemporary plant *** contributes to the ongoing discourse on the importance of preserving plant diversity as a cornerstone of environmental sustainability.

The pressure-induced color change in the nitrogen-doped lutetium hydride has triggered extensive discussions about the underlying physics and potential ***,we study the optical response of LuH_(2±x)N_(y)in a broad frequency range at ambient pressure and its evolution with pressure in the visible spectral *** broad-band optical spectra at ambient pressure reveal a Drude component associated with intra-band electronic transitions and two Lorentz components(L1 and L2)arising from inter-band electronic *** application of pressure causes a spectral weight transfer from L1 to the Drude component,leading to a blue shift of the plasma edge in the reflectivity spectrum alongside a reduction of the high-frequency *** results suggest that the pressure-induced color change in LuH_(2±x)N_(y)is closely related to the transformation between intra-and inter-band electronic transitions,providing new insights into the mechanism of the pressure-induced color change in LuH_(2±x)N_(y).

Direct methanol fuel cell technology recently becomes the focus of both academic and engineering circles,which stimulates the exploitation and utilization of advanced electrode catalysts with high activity and long ***,we demonstrate a robust bottom-up approach to the spatial construction of three-dimensional(3D) spinel manganese-cobalt oxide-modified N-doped graphene nanoarchitectures decorated with ultrasmall Pt nanoparticles(Pt/MnCo_(2)O_(4)-NG) via a controllable selfassembly *** incorporation of MnCo_(2)O_(4)nanocrystals provides abundant hydroxyl sources to promote the oxidative removal of CO-like byproducts on Pt sites,while the existence of 3D porous N-doped graphene networks facilitates the transportation of both ions and electrons in the hybrid system,thus giving rise to remarkable synergetic coupling effects during the methanol oxidation ***,the optimized Pt/MnCo_(2)O_(4)-NG nano architecture expres ses exceptional electrocatalytic properties with a large electrochemically active surface area of 99.5 m^(2)·g^(-1),a high mass activity of1508.3 mA·mg^(-1),strong toxicity resistance and reliable long-term durability,which have obvious competitive advantages over those of conventional Pt/carbon black,Pt/carbon nano tube,Pt/graphene,and Pt/N-doped graphene catalysts with the same Pt usage.

Sequence regulation provides an effective approach to controlling the properties of polymer ***,this approach remains an open question in the field of dynamic polymers,which emerge as more and more important new generation ***,we systematically investigate the effect of sequence control of dynamic covalent units in tuning the properties of *** sequence-controlled poly(oxime-urethanes) are *** dynamic oxime-urethane groups are relatively dispersed (SCP-1) or concentrated (SCP-2) distributed in their molecular *** sequence control strategy provides an efficient way to decouple the mechanical and self-healing performance of polymers,which is one of the most pressing challenges in the *** relatively dispersed oxime-urethane groups in SCP-1 not only facilitate the reorganization of the dynamic covalent bonds but also increase the probability of the reformation of hydrogen *** reversible dissociation/reassociation of dynamic bonds is conducive to dissipating energy to enhance mechanical performance and promote self-healing *** a result,SCP-1 exhibits much faster self-healing than SCP-2,and its tensile strength is nearly twice that of *** addition,energy dissipation capacity and degradation behavior also show significant sequence ***,this work reveals a new molecular structure-property relationship and provides a powerful strategy to construct high-performance polymers.

Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in adult patients with sepsis and septic shock: Why, how, when, and for whom

Sepsis and septic shock remain the leading causes of death in intensive care *** patients with sepsis fail to respond to routine treatment and rapidly progress to refractory respiratory and circulatory failure,necessitating extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).However,the role of ECMO in adult patients with sepsis has not been fully *** to existing studies,ECMO may be a viable salvage therapy in carefully selected adult patients with *** choice of venovenous,venoarterial,or hybrid ECMO modes is primarily determined by the patient’s oxygenation and hemodynamics(distributive shock with preserved cardiac output,septic cardiomyopathy(left,right,or biventricular heart failure),or right ventricular failure caused by acute respiratory distress syndrome).Veno-venous ECMO can be used in patients with sepsis and severe acute respiratory distress syndrome when conventional mechanical ventilation fails,and early application of veno-arterial ECMO in patients with sepsis-induced refractory cardiogenic shock may be critical in improving their chances of *** ECMO is indicated,the choice of an appropriate mode and determination of the optimal timing of initiation and weaning are critical,particularly in an experienced ECMO ***,some special issues,such as ECMO flow,anticoagulation,and antibiotic therapy,should be noted during the management of ECMO support.

Background Deep convolutional neural networks have garnered considerable attention in numerous machine learning applications,particularly in visual recognition tasks such as image and video *** is a growing interest in applying this technology to diverse applications in medical image *** three dimensional Breast Ultrasound is a vital tool for detecting breast cancer,and computer-assisted diagnosis software,developed based on deep learning,can effectively assist radiologists in ***,the network model is prone to overfitting during training,owing to challenges such as insufficient training *** study attempts to solve the problem caused by small datasets and improve model detection *** We propose a breast cancer detection framework based on deep learning(a transfer learning method based on cross-organ cancer detection)and a contrastive learning method based on breast imaging reporting and data systems(BI-RADS).Results When using cross organ transfer learning and BIRADS based contrastive learning,the average sensitivity of the model increased by a maximum of 16.05%.Conclusion Our experiments have demonstrated that the parameters and experiences of cross-organ cancer detection can be mutually referenced,and contrastive learning method based on BI-RADS can improve the detection performance of the model.

Objective:To investigate the molecular mechanism and identify potential drugs for subthreshold depression(SD),and elucidate the detalied mechanism of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder(DZXY)in ***:Using RNA-sequencing,we identified differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in leukocytes of SD compared to healthy controls,deciphered their functions and pathways,and identified the hub genes of *** also assessed changes in leukocyte transcription factor activity in patients with SD using the TELis *** Connectivity Map database was retrieved to screen candidate drugs for *** on network pharmacology,we elucidated the"multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway"mechanism of DZXY in the treatment of ***:We identified 1080 DEGs(padj<0.05 and|log2(fold change)l≥1&protein coding)in the leukocytes of patients with *** DEGs,including hub genes,were primarily involved in immune and inflammatory response-related *** factor activity analysis revealed similarities between the leukocyte transcriptome profile in SD and the conserved transcriptional response to adversities in immune *** Map analysis identified 28 potential drugs for SD treatment,particularly SB-202190 and *** the"Direct Compounds-Direct Targets-Pathways"network for DZXY and SD revealed the curative mechanisms of DZXY in SD,primarily including inflammatory response,lipid metabolism,immune response,and other ***:These results provide new insights into the characteristics and functional changes of leukocytes in SD,partially illustrate the pathogenesis of SD,and suggest potential drugs for *** curative mechanisms of DZXY in SD are also partially elucidated.
