It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

Schwann cell transplantation is considered one of the most promising cell-based therapy to repair injured spinal cord due to its unique growth-promoting and myelin-forming properties.A the Food and Drug Administration-approved Phase I clinical trial has been conducted to evaluate the safety of transplanted human autologous Schwann cells to treat patients with spinal cord injury.A major challenge for Schwann cell transplantation is that grafted Schwann cells are confined within the lesion cavity,and they do not migrate into the host environment due to the inhibitory barrier formed by injury-induced glial scar,thus limiting axonal reentry into the host spinal *** we introduce a combinatorial strategy by suppressing the inhibitory extracellular environment with injection of lentivirus-mediated transfection of chondroitinase ABC gene at the rostral and caudal borders of the lesion site and simultaneously leveraging the repair capacity of transplanted Schwann cells in adult rats following a mid-thoracic contusive spinal cord *** report that when the glial scar was degraded by chondroitinase ABC at the rostral and caudal lesion borders,Schwann cells migrated for considerable distances in both rostral and caudal *** Schwann cell migration led to enhanced axonal regrowth,including the serotonergic and dopaminergic axons originating from supraspinal regions,and promoted recovery of locomotor and urinary bladder ***,the Schwann cell survival and axonal regrowth persisted up to 6 months after the injury,even when treatment was delayed for 3 months to mimic chronic spinal cord *** findings collectively show promising evidence for a combinatorial strategy with chondroitinase ABC and Schwann cells in promoting remodeling and recovery of function following spinal cord injury.

Spalling is a typical tensile failure that results from the coupling evolution of microstructure and microdamage under high strain-rate *** understand the spalling damage behavior of polycrystalline materials at mesoscale,this paper develops a spalling model by integrating the crystal plasticity theory and the microvoid growth *** model is implemented in ABAQUS simulation via the VUMAT subroutine to simulate a planar impact process of copper,and the results are compared with experimental *** to the inhomogeneity of crystal plastic slip,the local stress fluctuates severely near the grain ***,without introducing the fluctuation in the threshold stress for microdamage evolution,this model can simulate the heterogeneous feature of microvoid nucleation,growth,and coalescence in *** results show that microvoids tend to nucleate at 25°–50°misorientation angle grain boundaries,which undergo a high probability of stress fluctuation.

目的了解浙江省丽水地区健康体检女性生殖道人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况和基因分型的分布特征。方法采用HPV分型基因芯片检测系统对2013年1月至2015年12月间在浙江省丽水市人民医院体检的7 895例女性生殖道标本进行基因分型检测,分析其总体感染率、重叠感染率、年龄的分布特点。结果 7 895例女性检出HPV感染者1 787例,感染阳性率为22.63%,其中HPV高危亚型1 513例,检出率为19.16%,占阳性感染者的84.67%,居前4位的高危亚型分别为HPV52(14.21%)、HPV58(13.60%)、HPV53(10.91%)、HPV16(10.30%);HPV低危亚型274例,检出率为3.47%,占阳性感染者的15.33%,居前2位的低危亚型分别为CP8304(9.79%)和HPV6(2.01%)。所有HPV阳性病例中单一亚型病毒株感染者占84.56%,双重亚型病毒株感染者占13.15%,三重及三重以上亚型病毒株感染者占2.29%。多重感染时随着合并感染的亚型数增加,所占比例逐渐降低。≥61岁年龄组和51~60岁年龄组的感染率较高,分别达到30.96%和28.38%。结论浙江省丽水地区健康体检女性人群HPV感染常见亚型为HPV52型、HPV58型、HPV53型,HPV16型,≥61岁年龄组和51~60岁年龄组人群HPV感染率较高,相关部门应加强此类人群HPV的预防控制。

Chemical inhomogeneity inhibits grain boundary fracture:A comparative study in CrCoNi medium entropy alloy

Grain boundary(GB)fracture is arguably one of the most important reasons for the catastrophic failure of ductile polycrystalline *** is of interest to explore the role of chemical distribution on GB defor-mation and fracture,as GB segregation becomes a key strategy for tailoring GB *** we report that the inhomogeneous chemical distribution effectively inhibits GB fracture in a model CoCrNi medium entropy alloy compared to a so-called‘average-atom’*** deformation kinematics combined with electronic behavior analysis reveals that the strong charge redistribution ability in chemical disor-dered CrCoNi GBs enhances shear deformation and thus prevents GB crack formation and *** on the GBs with different chemical components and chemical distributions suggest that not only disordered chemical distribution but also sufficient“harmonic elements”with large electronic flexibility contribute to improving the GB fracture *** study provides new insight into the influence mechanism of GB chemistry on fracture behavior,and yields a systematic strategy and criterion,from the atoms and electrons level,forward in the design of high-performance materials with enhanced GB fracture resistance.

In the realm of Intelligent Railway Transportation Systems,effective multi-party collaboration is crucial due to concerns over privacy and data *** Federated Learning(VFL)has emerged as a promising approach to facilitate such collaboration,allowing diverse entities to collectively enhance machine learning models without the need to share sensitive training ***,existing works have highlighted VFL’s susceptibility to privacy inference attacks,where an honest but curious server could potentially reconstruct a client’s raw data from embeddings uploaded by the *** vulnerability poses a significant threat to VFL-based intelligent railway transportation *** this paper,we introduce SensFL,a novel privacy-enhancing method to against privacy inference attacks in ***,SensFL integrates regularization of the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data into the model training process,effectively limiting the information contained in shared *** reducing the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data,SensFL can effectively resist reverse privacy attacks and prevent the reconstruction of the original data from the *** experiments were conducted on four distinct datasets and three different models to demonstrate the efficacy of *** results show that SensFL can effectively mitigate privacy inference attacks while maintaining the accuracy of the primary learning *** results underscore SensFL’s potential to advance privacy protection technologies within VFL-based intelligent railway systems,addressing critical security concerns in collaborative learning environments.

An INS/GNSS integrated navigation in GNSS denied environment using recurrent neural network

In view of the failure of GNSS signals,this paper proposes an INS/GNSS integrated navigation method based on the recurrent neural network(RNN).This proposed method utilizes the calculation principle of INS and the memory function of the RNN to estimate the errors of the INS,thereby obtaining a continuous,reliable and high-precision navigation *** performance of the proposed method is firstly demonstrated using an INS/GNSS simulation ***,an experimental test on boat is also conducted to validate the performance of the *** results show a promising application prospect for RNN in the field of positioning for INS/GNSS integrated navigation in the absence of GNSS signal,as it outperforms extreme learning machine(ELM)and EKF by approximately 30%and 60%,respectively.

Assessment of the induced radioactivity in the treatment room of the heavy-ion medical machine in Wuwei using PHITS

Carbon-ion radiotherapy(CIRT)offers unique physical and biological advantages over photon ***,some materials and devices in the CIRT treatment room become radioactive under bombardment by therapeutic carbon-ion beams due to nuclear reactions,thereby leading to possible radiation hazards to medical staff and additional and unwanted doses to *** study assessed the level of induced radioactivity in the treatment room of the Heavy-Ion Medical Machine(HIMM)in *** Carlo simulations using PHITS were performed for a conservative case under the conditions of maximum beam energy and intensity provided by the HIMM *** geometry and configuration of Treatment Room 2 of the HIMM facility in Wuwei were *** evaluated the activation of air,the phantom,and the components of the beamline,such as the primary collimator(PC),ridge filter(RF),and multileaf collimator(MLC).For air activation,we calculated the medical staff immersion external exposure and inhalation internal exposure caused by the corresponding *** phantom activation,we estimated the additional dose to the patient’s family members owing to secondary photons after *** addition,the exemption or non-exemption of the component material activation was *** results showed that external radiation caused by air activation was the main source of the annual effective dose at approximately 0.5 mSv/*** induced radioactivity exposure to family members of a patient after CIRT was approximately 40μSv,sufficiently lower than the public dose limit of 1 mSv/*** induced radioactivity of the PC,RF,and MLC was all above the exempt levels after the devices were retired,whereas the induced radioactivity of the RS and compensator could reach the exempt levels after one patient *** study indicated that medical staff engaged in CIRT should stay away from the high-dose-rate area of induced radioactivity along the beam direction,shorten the residence time in

Monte Carlo study of the neutron ambient dose equivalent at the heavy ion medical machine in Wuwei

The use of carbon-ion radiotherapy(CIRT)is gradually *** to the generation of high-energy secondary neutrons during CIRT,its use presents new challenges in radiation ***,secondary neutron dose distributions must be explored and evaluated under clinical scenarios based on different treatment ***,neutron dose and energy spectrum measurements are often *** can be primarily attributed to the inherent limitations of most neutron detectors,such as their unsuitability for spectral measurements and inaccurate responses to neutrons with energies above 20 *** calculation methods based on probabilistic statistical theory are fast and convenient for neutron dose *** this study,external secondary neutron doses at the heavy ion medical machine in Wuwei,which is equipped with a passive beam delivery system,were calculated using the Monte Carlo *** dependence of neutron doses on various treatment parameters(incident carbon-ion beam energy,spatial location,field size,and spread-out Bragg peak(SOBP)width)was ***,the feasibility of applying an analytical model to predict the ambient dose equivalent was *** the combination involving an energy of 400 MeV=u and SOBP width of 6 cm,the ambient dose equivalent per therapeutic dose(H=D)at the isocenter was 79.87 mSv=Gy:The H=D value decreased rapidly with increasing spatial distance and slightly with increasing aperture size and SOBP *** H=D values derived from the Monte Carlo simulations were in good agreement with the results reported in the *** analytical model could be used to quickly predict the H=D value along the incidence direction of the beam with an error of less than 20%.Thus,our study contributes to the understanding of the relationship between neutron radiation and treatment configuration parameters,which establishes a basis for predicting non-therapeutic radiation doses in CIRT.
