The development and exploration of efficient and economical electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction（OER） represents the main bottl.neck to unlocking a sustainable energy scenario based on elec trocataly tic water *** scale integration of three-dimensional（3D） porous heterostructure with highly dispersed active sites and good structural stability is ***,a dual template route is developed to construct the 3D porous SiO2/nitrogen-doped carbon（nC）/Co-carbon nano tubes（CnTs） hetero ***,the hard template（SiO2nano spheres） contributes to 3D porous structure,increases the specific surface area,and promotes the contact area of the *** the same time,the soft template（basic zinc carbonate） can control the growth of 1D CnTs and facilitate the exposure of the active ***,3D porous SiO2/nC/Co-CnTs hetero structure inherits highly dispersed Co nanoparticles coated by *** conductive channels and abundant n hetero atoms doping are reasonably constructed by a dual template ***,SiO2/nC/Co-CnTs catalyst provides an extraordinary activity for the OER in alkal.ne media,with a low overpotential of 298 mV at a current density of 10 mA·***,SiO2/nC/Co-CnTs hetero structure enables excell.nt l.ng-term durability with a 10 mV decay in overpotential after 3000 cyclic voltammetry cycles,and 97% remain in current density over 20 *** is believed that this dual template strategy can provide a new and simple way to construct a highly dispersed active site in electrocatalysts.

Improvement of impact properties of Al-Si-Mg alloy via solution treatment and joint modification with Sr and la

An effort to obtain superior impact properties for Al-7Si-0.35 Mg alloy is presented,where modification with 0.02 wt% Sr and 0.1 wt% la as well as solution treatment was jointly *** samples were solution treated at 535℃ for 15 min to 12 *** microstructure,fracture mechanism,and their correlation with the impact properties of the alloy were studied in detail mainly through optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and oscillography impact *** results show that the addition of Sr and la refined the eutectic Si particles significantly from~ 2.05 μm(modified with Sr al.ne) to~ 0.75 μm in as-cast microstructure,leading to a very homogeneous distribution of spheroidized Si particles in the alloy solution treated at 535℃ for 8 *** alloy exhibits excell.nt impact toughness up to 75 J·cm^(-2),which is much higher than the maximum impact toughness of the alloys modified by Sr al.ne(~ 46 J·cm^(-2)).The major reason for this remarkable increase in the impact property is the dramatic increase in crack initiation *** dispersoid-free zones(DFZs)near the eutectic regions mainly consist of the ductile Al-matrix,which exhibits excell.nt *** ductile Al-matrix of the DFZs hinders the crack propagation,resulting in a significant increase in crack propagation energy.

Facile preparation of Fe/n-based biomass porous carbon composite towards enhancing the thermal decomposition of DAP-4

Fe/n-based biomass porous carbon composite(Fe/n-p Carbon) was prepared by a facile high-temperature carbonization method from biomass,and the effect of Fe/n-p Carbon on the thermal decomposition of energetic molecular perovskite-based material DAP-4 was *** porous carbonaceous materials was considered as the micro/nano support layers for in situ deposition of Fe/n ***/np Carbon was prepared simply by the high-temperature carbonization *** was found that it showed the inherent catalysis properties for thermal decomposition of *** heat release of DAP-4/Fe/n-p Carbon by DSC curves tested had increased slightly,compared from DAP-4/Fe/n-p *** decomposition temperature peak of DAP-4 at the presence of Fe/n-p Carbon had reduced by 79°C from384.4°C(pure DAP-4) to 305.4°C(DAP-4/Fe/n-p Carbon-3).The apparent activation energy of DAP-4thermal decomposition also had decreased by 29.1 J/*** possible catalytic decomposition mechanism of DAP-4 with Fe/n-p Carbon was proposed.

A Method for Evaluating the Maximum Bending Degree of Flexural Toppl.ng Rock Masses Based on the Rock Tensile Strain-Softening Model

Flexural toppl.ng occurs when a series of layered rock masses bend towards their free *** is important to evaluate the maximum bending degree and the requirement of supports of flexural toppl.ng rock mass to prevent rock mass cracking and even failure leading to a *** on the rock tensile strain-softening model,this study proposes a method for calculating the maximum curvature(C_(ppmax))of flexural toppl.ng rock *** applying this method to calculate Cppmax of 9 types of rock masses with different hardness and rock layer thickness,some conclusions are drawn:(1)the internal key factors affecting C_(ppmax)are E^(⋆)(E^(⋆)=E_(ss)/E_(0),where E_(0)and E_(ss)are the mean deformation moduli of the rock before and after reaching its peak tensile strength,respectively),the strainεt corresponding to the tensile strength of rock,and the thickness(h)of rock layers;(2)hard rock layers are more likely to develop into block toppl.ng than soft rock layers;and(3)thin rock layers are more likely to remain in flexural toppl.ng state than thick rock *** addition,it is found that C_(ppmax)for flexural toppl.ng rock masses composed of bedded rocks such as gneiss is related to the tensile direction.

Mesenteric adipose tissue B lymphocytes promote intestinal injury in severe acute pancreatitis by mediating enteric pyroptosis

Freeze‒thaw induced l.ndslides(FTIls)in grassl.nds on the Tibetan Plateau are a geological disaster leading to soil *** l.ndslides reduce biodiversity and intensify l.ndscape fragmentation,which in turn are strengthen by the persistent climate change and increased anthropogenic ***,conventional techniques for mapping FTIls on a regional scale are impractical due to their labor-intensive,costly,and time-consuming *** study focuses on improving FTIls detection by implementing image fusion-based Google Earth Engine(GEE)and a random forest *** of multiple data sources,including texture features,index features,spectral features,slope,and vertical‒vertical polarization data,allow automatic detection of the spatial distribution characteristics of FTIls in Zhidoi county,which is located within the qinghai‒Tibet Engineering Corridor(QTEC).We employed statistical techniques to elucidate the mechanisms influencing FTIls *** enhanced method identifies two schemes that achieve high accuracy using a smaller training sample(scheme A:94.1%;scheme D:94.5%)compared to other methods(scheme B:50.0%;scheme C:95.8%).This methodology is effective in generating accurate results using only~10%of the training sample size necessitated by other *** spatial distribution patterns of FTIls generated for 2021 are similar to those obtained using various other training sample sources,with a primary concentration observed al.ng the central region traversed by the *** results highlight the slope as the most crucial feature in the fusion images,accounting for 93%of FTIls occurring on gentle slopes ranging from 0°to 14°.This study provides a theoretical framework and technological reference for the identification,monitoring,prevention and control of FTIls in *** developments hold the potential to benefit the management of grassl.nd ecosystem,reduce economic losses,and promote grassl.nd sustainability.

The pressure-induced color change in the nitrogen-doped lutetium hydride has triggered extensive discussions about the underlying physics and potential ***,we study the optical response of luH_(2±x)n_(y)in a broad frequency range at ambient pressure and its evolution with pressure in the visible spectral *** broad-band optical spectra at ambient pressure reveal a Drude component associated with intra-band electronic transitions and two lorentz components(l1 and l2)arising from inter-band electronic *** application of pressure causes a spectral weight transfer from l1 to the Drude component,leading to a blue shift of the plasma edge in the reflectivity spectrum al.ngside a reduction of the high-frequency *** results suggest that the pressure-induced color change in luH_(2±x)n_(y)is closely related to the transformation between intra-and inter-band electronic transitions,providing new insights into the mechanism of the pressure-induced color change in luH_(2±x)n_(y).

Direct methanol fuel cell technology recently becomes the focus of both academic and engineering circles,which stimulates the exploitation and utilization of advanced electrode catalysts with high activity and l.ng ***,we demonstrate a robust bottom-up approach to the spatial construction of three-dimensional(3D) spinel manganese-cobalt oxide-modified n-doped graphene nanoarchitectures decorated with ultrasmall Pt nanoparticles(Pt/MnCo_(2)O_(4)-nG) via a controllable selfassembly *** incorporation of MnCo_(2)O_(4)nanocrystals provides abundant hydroxyl sources to promote the oxidative removal of CO-like byproducts on Pt sites,while the existence of 3D porous n-doped graphene networks facilitates the transportation of both ions and electrons in the hybrid system,thus giving rise to remarkable synergetic coupl.ng effects during the methanol oxidation ***,the optimized Pt/MnCo_(2)O_(4)-nG nano architecture expres ses exceptional electrocatalytic properties with a large electrochemically active surface area of 99.5 m^(2)·g^(-1),a high mass activity of1508.3 mA·mg^(-1),strong toxicity resistance and reliable l.ng-term durability,which have obvious competitive advantages over those of conventional Pt/carbon black,Pt/carbon nano tube,Pt/graphene,and Pt/n-doped graphene catalysts with the same Pt usage.

Artificial molecular muscles undergo well-controlled contractile and extensile motions upon external stimulation,leading to remarkable l.ngth *** such l.ngth changes at the molecular level is essential to the design of integrated artificial molecular muscles that mimic biological *** advantage of the strong contrast of platinum(Pt)atoms in high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy images,we imaged Pt-containing molecular[c2]daisy chains directly by employing metal atom *** l.ngth changes and associated conformational transformations of these newly developed artificial molecular muscles have been measured experimentally in combination with theoretical *** contraction ratios of these two molecular muscles with the TEMPO or pyrene anchoring group were calculated to be 21.0%or 15.7%respectively,suggesting a substantial anchoring *** study demonstrates the experimental measurement of the l.ngth changes of artificial molecular muscles and provides a new avenue for investigating the motion of artificial molecular machines.

The main goal of our study is to reveal unexpected but intriguing analogies arising between optical solitons and nuclear physics,which still remain hidden from *** consider the main cornerstones of the concept of nonl.near optics of nuclear reactions and the well-dressed repulsive-core *** the base of this model,we reveal the most intriguing properties of the nonl.near tunnel.ng of nucleus-like solitons and the soliton selfinduced sub-barrier transparency *** describe novel interesting and stimulating analogies between the interaction of nucleus-like solitons on the repulsive barrier and nuclear sub-barrier *** main finding of this study concerns the conservation of total.number of nucleons(or the baryon number)in nuclear-like soliton *** show that inelastic interactions among well-dressed repulsive-core solitons arise only when a“cloud”of“dressing”spectral side-bands appears in the frequency spectra of the *** property of nucleus-like solitons is directly related to the nuclear density distribution described by the dimensionless small shape-squareness *** the Fourier spectra of nucleus-like solitons are similar to the nuclear form *** show that the nuclear-like reactions between well-dressed solitons are realized by“exchange”between“particle-like”side bands in their spectra.
