Background:Ampelopsis grossedentata,vine tea,which is the tea alternative beverages in *** vine tea processing,a large amount of broken tea is produced,which has low commercial ***:This study investigates the influence of different extraction methods(room temperature water extraction,boiling water extraction,ultrasonic-assisted room temperature water extraction,and ultrasonic-assisted boiling water extraction,referred to as room temperature water extraction(RE),boiling water extraction(BE),ultrasonic assistance at room temperature water extraction(URE),and ultrasonic assistance in boiling water extraction(UBE))on the yield,dihydromyricetin(DMY)content,free amino acid composition,volatile aroma components,and antioxidant properties of vine tea ***:A notable influence of extraction temperature on the yield of vine tea extracts(P<0.05),with BE yielding the highest at 43.13±0.26%,higher than that of RE(34.29±0.81%).Ultrasound-assisted extraction significantly increased the DMY content of the extracts(P<0.05),whereas DMY content in the RE extracts was 59.94±1.70%,that of URE reached 66.14±2.78%.Analysis revealed 17 amino acids,with L-serine and aspartic acid being the most abundant in the extracts,nevertheless ultrasound-assisted extraction reduced total free amino acid *** chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis demonstrated an increase in the diversity and quantity of compounds in the vine tea water extracts obtained through ultrasonic-assisted ***,69 and 68 volatile compounds were found in URE and UBE extracts,which were higher than the number found in RE and BE *** vitro,antioxidant activity assessments revealed varying antioxidant capacities among different extraction methods,with RE exhibiting the highest DPPH scavenging rate,URE leading in ABTS•+free radical scavenging,and BE demonstrating superior ferric ion reducing antioxidant ***:The findings suggest that extraction methods signi

＜正＞Previous study has indicated that chronic treatment with lithium protects brain against ischemic injury by reducing apoptotic *** investigate whether lithium improves the behavioral disorder induced by transient global cerebral ischemia,we examined the effects of lithium treatment on the performance of rats in a set of behavioral tests,i.e. beam balance,elevated plus maze（EPM）,open field and Morris water *** results showed that lithium attenuated the worse general ’well-being’ and the worse performance in beam balance,and hyperactivity in EPM and open field,including increased open arm entries,time spent in the open arms,squares crossed,rearing and grooming over 7 days after 15 minutes ischemia,which were induced by four-vessel occlusion in Sprague-Dawley ***,Lithium improved the injured spatial learning and memory ability in Morris water maze at post-ischemic day 8 and *** analysis displayed that it decreased obviously cell death in hippocampal CA1 *** study further confirmed the protective role of lithium in the ischemia-reperfusion injury and suggested that lithium might be a helpful therapeutic approach to the treatment of stroke combining with other neuroprotective agents.

The capacity and size of hydro-generator units are increasing with the rapid development of hydroelectric enterprises, and the vibration of the powerhouse structure has increasingly become a major problem. Field testing is an important method for research on dynamic identification and vibration mechanisms. Research on optimal sensor placement has become a very important topic due to the need to obtain effective testing information from limited test resources. To overcome inadequacies of the present methods, this paper puts forward the triaxial effective independence driving-point residue （EfI3-DPR3） method for optimal sensor placement. The Efl3-DPR3 method can incorporate both the maximum triaxial modal kinetic energy and linear independence of the triaxial target modes at the selected nodes. It was applied to the optimal placement oftriaxial sensors for vibration testing in a hydropower house, and satisfactory results were obtained. This method can provide some guidance for optimal placement of triaxial sensors of underground powerhouses.

Developing advanced stealth devices to cope with radar-infrared(IR)fusion detection and diverse application scenarios is increasingly demanded,which faces significant challenges due to conflicting microwave and IR cloaking mechanisms and functional integration ***,we propose a multiscale hierarchical structure design,integrating wrinkled MXene IR shielding layer and flexible Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS microwave absorption *** top wrinkled MXene layer induces the intensive diffuse reflection effect,shielding IR radiation signals while allowing microwave to pass ***,the permeable microwaves are assimilated into the bottom Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS layer via strong magneto-electric *** theoretical and experimental optimization,the assembled stealth devices realize a near-perfect stealth capability in both X-band(8–12 GHz)and long-wave infrared(8–14μm)wavelength ***,it delivers a radar cross-section reduction of−20 dB m^(2),a large apparent temperature modulation range(ΔT=70℃),and a low average IR emissivity of ***,the optimal device demonstrates exceptional curved surface conformability,self-cleaning capability(contact angle≈129°),and abrasion resistance(recovery time≈5 s).This design strategy promotes the development of multispectral stealth technology and reinforces its applicability and durability in complex and hostile environments.

A crop growth model,integrating genotype,environment,and management factor,was developed to serve as an analytical tool to study the influence of these factors on crop growth,production,and agricultural planning.A major challenge of model application is the optimization and calibration of a considerable number of *** analysis(SA) has become an effective method to identify the importance of various *** this study,the extended Fourier Amplitude Sensitivity Test(EFAST) approach was used to evaluate the sensitivity of the DSSAT-CERES model output responses of interest to 39 crop genotype parameters and six soil *** outputs for the SA included grain yield and quality(take grain protein content(GPC) as an indicator) at maturity stage,as well as leaf area index,aboveground biomass,and aboveground nitrogen accumulation at the critical process *** key results showed that:(1) the influence of parameter bounds on the sensitivity results was slight and less than the impacts from the significance of the parameters themselves;(2) the sensitivity parameters of grain yield and GPC were different,and the sensitivity of the interactions between parameters to GPC was greater than those between the parameters to grain yield;and(3) the sensitivity analyses of some process variables,including leaf area index,aboveground biomass,and aboveground nitrogen accumulation,should be performed ***,some parameters,which improve the model’s structure and the accuracy of the process simulation,should not be ignored when maturity output as an objective variable is studied.

Droplet impacting on the stainless steel wire mesh is very common in chemical devices,like a rotating packed *** wettability of wire mesh significantly affects the liquid flow pattern and liquid dispersion ***,the effect of surface wettability on the impaction phenomena at microscale such as liquid film is still *** this work,the dynamic behavior of liquid film on the surface of wire mesh was analyzed by computational fluid dynamics *** dynamic behavior of liquid film on the surface of wire mesh can be divided into the following three steps:(1)spreading step;(2)shrinkage process;(3)stabilizing or disappearing *** of surface wettability,as well as operating conditions,on wetting area and liquid film thickness were *** to the hydrophilic wire mesh,the final wetting area of hydrophobic wire mesh is zero in most *** average liquid film thickness on the surface of hydrophilic wire mesh is 30.02–77.29μm,and that of hydrophobic wire mesh is 41.76–237.37μ*** work provided a basic understanding of liquid film flow at microscale on the surface with various surface wettabilities,which can be guiding the packing optimization and design.

Large eddy simulation(LES)was coupled with a homogeneous cavitation model to study turbulent cavitating flows around a *** simulations are in good agreement with available experimental data and the simulated accuracy has been evaluated using the LES verification and validation *** cavitation numbers are simulated to study important flow characteristics in the sphere wake,*** cavity growth/contraction,interactions between the cloud and sheet cavitations and the vortex structure *** spectral characteristics of the wake for typical cloud cavitation conditions were classified as the periodic cavitation mode,high Strouhal number mode and low Strouhal number *** frequency distributions in the wake were analyzed and different dominant flow structures were identified for each of the three ***,the cavitation and vortex relationship was also studied,which is an important issue associated with complex cavitating sphere *** types of cavitating vortex structures alternate,which indicates that three different cavity shedding regimes may exist in the *** of vorticity transport equation shows a significant vorticity increase at the cavitation closure region and in the vortex cavitation *** study provides a physical perspective to further understand the flow mechanisms in cavitating sphere wakes.
