Xiao-Xu-Ming decoction（XXMD） was a traditional Chinese prescription and first recorded in ＂Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang＂.It has been widely used to treat theoplegia and the sequel of theoplegia in *** the present work,high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with high resolution mass spectrometry（HPLC-HRMS） combined with the mass spectral tree similarity filter technique（MTSF）was used to rapidly discover and identify the compounds of the active fraction of XXMD.A total of 3362 compounds were automatically detected by HPLC-HRMS,and final 68 compounds were identified in the active fraction of *** 14 templated compounds（reference compounds）,50 related compounds fished by MTSF technique,and 4 unrelated compounds identified by manual *** study successfully applied MTSF technology for the first time to discover and identify the components of Chinese *** results demonstrated that MTSF technique should be useful to the discovery and identification of compounds in Chinese *** study also proved that MTSF can be applied to the targeted phytochemical separation.

The 1H nuclear magnetic resonance （1H NMR） fingerprints of fractionated non-polar and polar extracts （control substance for plant drug [CSPD] A and B） from the roots of 12 specimens of Saposhnikovia divaricata （Turcz.） Schischk were achieved with Fourier Transform （FT）-NMR spectrometer and assigned by comparison to each other and to the 1H NMR spectra of the isolated individual compounds. These fingerprints were found to be uniform in terms of the specificity for the implication of all 12 specimens being systematically of the same origin. The uniformity was further affirmed by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）, which also revealed exactly identical specificity for the identified S. divaricata species with the 1H NMR appearances of corresponding CSPD on the part of the composition of characteristic constituents when comparing to corresponding individual compounds. This investigation unambiguously shows that the specific signals from the chemotaxonomically significant compounds of chromones and coumarins in S. divaricata are exhibited distinctively in the composite features of both 1H NMR fingerprints and HPLC profiles. The 1H NMR and HPLC profiles established can successfully be used as reference for the authentication of the origin of S. divaricata species as well as for chemotaxonomic studies.

The ^1 H nuclear magnetic resonance （^1 H NMR） fingerprints of fractionated non-polar extracts （control substance for a plant drug （CSPD） A） from Rhizoma chuanxiong, the rhizomes of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort., of seven specimens from different sources were measured on Fourier Transform （FT）-NMR spectrometer and assigned by comparing them with the ^1 H NMR spectra of the isolated pure compounds. The ^1 H NMR fingerprints showed exclusively characteristic resonance signals of the major special constituents of the plant. Although the differences in the relative intensity of the ^1H NMR signals due to a discrepancy in the ratio of the major constituents among these samples could be confirmed by high performance liquid chromatography analysis, the general features of the ^1H NMR fingerprint established for an authentic sample of the rhizomes of L. chuanxiong e. hibited exclusive data from those special compounds and can be used for authenticating L. Chuanxiong species.

Uncontrolled growth of lithium dendrite will lead to low Coulombic efficiency and poor cycle stability,which hinders the commercialization of lithium metal ***,a novel modified lithium anode with reduced graphene oxide conductive network containing trace lithiophilic phosphorus(P-rGO/Cu)is prepared by electrospraying technique combined with heat treatment *** rGO layer has a concave and undulating conductive structure,which can significantly improve the effective electrical contact between lithium metal and the current collector,speed up the kinetics of interfacial electron transport and reaction,and improve the resistance of the negative electrode to the internal stress caused by volume change of the lithium,which is advantageous for the stability of the SEI *** extremely small and uniformly distributed red phosphorus element avoids the volume change caused by lithiation to the maximum *** two-phase compound Li_(3)P obtained by alloying P with Li can directionally induce the homogeneous nucleation and dense deposition of lithium metal,address the issue of lithium dendrites and extend the cycle life of the *** obtained P-rGO/Cu exhibits excellent electrochemical performance with an average Coulombic efficiency(CE)of 98%at a current density of 1 mA·cm^(−2) for 400 cycles,and the capacity retention rate of the full cell matched with lithium iron phosphate(LFP)is 83%after 400 cycles at 1C.

In this paper, quaternary 8-（1-acylethene-l-yl）-13-methylcoptisine chlorides targeting thioredoxin reductases （TrxRs） were designed to test the growth inhibitory activity against human cancer cell lines and the effect on viability of the normal intestinal epithelial cell-6 （IEC-6） in vitro and to evaluate structure-activity relationship （SAR）. The introduced α, β-unsaturated ketone groups at C-8 consisting of n-alkanoyls possessing five to ten carbons or aroyls or cyclohexylcarbonyl increased the tested activity against the target cancer cell lines. By and large, this type of improvement was increasingly graced by the elongation of the aliphatic chain of the n-alkanoyls in the range of less than ten carbon atoms. The relatively more polar l-acylethene-l-yls displayed no effect on improving the activity. All the explored aroyls showed significant effect on improving the activity of the target compounds against the tested cancer cell lines with no SAR being observed, The findings of this study suggested that oil]water partition coefficient of the test compounds was one of the key factors impacting the target activity against the tested cancer cell lines. At the concentration of 10 μmol/L, except for the compounds with n-all（anoyls possessing seven or more carbons or with α-naphthoyl, none of the other compounds displayed obvious cytotoxicity on normal IEC-6 cell when co-incubated. The survival rate of IEC-6 cell ranged from 75% to 100% for the noncytotoxic compounds.
