Solid-state lithium batteries （SSLBs） are regarded as an essential growth path in energy storage systems due to their excellent safety and high energy *** particular,SSLBs using conversion-type cathode materials have received widespread attention because of their high theoretical energy densities,low cost,and *** the great progress in research and development of SSLBs based on conversiontype cathodes,their practical applications still face challenges such as blocked ionic-electronic migration pathways,huge volume change,interfacial incompatibility,and expensive processing *** review focuses on the advantages and critical issues of coupling conversion-type cathodes with solid-state electrolytes （SSEs）,as well as state-of-the-art progress in various promising cathodes （e.g.,FeS2,CuS,FeF3,FeF2,and S） in ***,representative research on conversion-type solid-state full cells is discussed to offer enlightenment for their practical ***,the energy density exhibited by the S cathode stands out impressively,while sulfide SSEs and halide SSEs have demonstrated immense potential for coupling with conversion-type ***,perspectives on conversion-type cathodes are provided at the material,interface,composite electrode,and battery levels,with a view to accelerating the development of conversion-type cathodes for high-energy–density SSLBs.

PltcRB: a practical distributed randomness beacon with optimal amortized communication complexity

The distributed randomness beacon (DRB) is a crucial tool for continuously generating unpredictable, bias-resistant,and publicly verifiable random numbers on a regular basis. This is particularly useful for applications such as lotteries, electronic voting, and cryptographic parameter generation. However, existing studies either require complex communication or rely on a public bulletin board to meet security requirements. This brings a performance bottleneck when dealing with a large number of participants. This paper introduces a novel DRB protocol PltcRB based on timed commitments, eliminating the need for a public bulletin board. Our approach achieves optimal communication complexity of O(n) while maintaining the desired properties of a DRB protocol. The computation complexity is also O(n) when n is larger than the security parameterκ. These results demonstrate the practicality and performance of PltcRB, supported by our experimental analysis under various configurations.

Combining water electrolysis and rechargeable battery technologies into a single system holds great promise for the co-production of hydrogen （H2） and ***,the design and development of such systems is still in its ***,an integrated hydrogen-oxygen （O2）-electricity co-production system featuring a bipolar membrane-assisted decoupled electrolyzer and a Na-Zn ion battery was established with sodium nickelhexacyanoferrate （NaNiHCF） and Zn2+/Zn as dual redox *** decoupled electrolyzer enables to produce H2and O2in different time and space with almost 100%Faradaic efficiency at 100 mA ***,the charged NaNiHCF and Zn electrodes after the electrolysis processes formed a Na-Zn ion battery,which can generate electricity with an average cell voltage of 1.75 V at 10 m A *** connecting Si photovoltaics with the modular electrochemical device,a well-matched solar driven system was built to convert the intermittent solar energy into hydrogen and electric energy with a solar to hydrogen-electricity efficiency of 16.7%,demonstrating the flexible storage and conversion of renewables.

We construct radial and non-radial singular solutions u ∈ C4（B{0}） with a non-removable singular point x = 0 for the conformal Q-curvature equation:■where B = {x ∈ R4: |x| D0≥ 0, and satisfying ■Moreover, detailed asymptotic expansions near x = 0 of these radial and non-radial singular solutions can be established. As an application, we can also obtain the existence of two types of solutions u ∈ C4（R4■） to the problem ■ satisfying |x|-2u（x） →-D D0, and satisfying u（x） = o（|x|2） uniformly as |x| → ∞.

Objective: To explore the clinical observation of white eye distribution characteristics of hyperlipidemic patients based on artificial intelligence digital eye diagnosis technology. Methods: One hundred and fifty subjects were examined in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Guang'anmen Hospital of the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 01 February 2022 to 01 February 2023， including 80 cases in the hyperlipidemic patient (HLP) group and 70 cases in the normal lipid level patient (NC) group. The two groups were collected and extracted by the artificial intelligence visual diagnostic instrument and analyzed by the MyEyeD-10 white eye shadowless imaging health intelligence analysis system. Finally， SPSS 26.0 (Version X; IBM Corp.， Armonk， NY， USA) was used for statistical processing. Results: Significant differences were noted in the scores of "spot" and "foggy" features between the two groups. Between groups， the "spot" feature score of the white eye morphology in the HLP group (11.07 ± 3.22) was higher than that in the NC group (7.50 ± 4.11) (P < 0.01). Moreover， the "foggy" feature score of the eye morphology in the HLP group (8.37 ± 2.25) was higher than that in the NC group (P < 0.01)， higher than that of the NC group (5.72 ± 1.21) (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the "A" (stomach)， "B"， "O" (spleen)， and "M" (liver) eye-contact region scores between the two groups， and the "B"， "O" (spleen) and "M" (liver) eye-contact region scores were significantly different. The scores of the white eye channel region in the HLP group were significantly higher than those in the control group， with the "A"， "B"， and "O" regions (P < 0.01)， "M" region (P < 0.01)， "A"， "B"， "O"， and "M" region (P < 0.01). "M" zone (P < 0.05). In this paper, we introduce Frobenius von Neumann algebras and study quantum convolution inequalities. In this framework, we unify quantum Young's inequality on quantum symmetries such as subfactors,and fusion bi-algebras studied in quantum Fourier analysis. Moreover, we prove quantum entropic convolution inequalities and characterize the extremizers in the subfactor case. We also prove quantum smooth entropic convolution inequalities. We obtain the positivity of comultiplications of subfactor planar algebras, which is stronger than the quantum Schur product theorem. All these inequalities provide analytic obstructions of unitary categorification of fusion rings stronger than the Schur product criterion.

The lattice strain is considered critical for determining the catalytic activity of metal catalysts such as Pt. However, the dynamic manipulation of Pt lattice strain under reaction conditions to directly examine its catalytic effect has not been achieved. In this study, we realized the reversible manipulation of Pt electrocatalytic properties under electrochemical conditions by tuning the Pt lattice strain with the temperature-controlled Martensite-Austenite phase transition of the shape memory NiTi alloy *** enabled establishing a straightforward relationship between the strain-induced electronic structure transformation and electrocatalytic activity leaping. The binding strength between Pt and surface oxygen species was confirmed as the critical factor that dominated the hydrogen evolution and the oxygen reduction activities. In contrast, the oxygen evolution activity was barely affected by NiTi substrate phase transition.

Since the release of the first version of the 5th Generation Mobile Networks (5G) standard， Release-15 (Rel-15)， in June 2018， the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) made significant efforts in the field of indoor and outdoor wireless positioning. Notably， Release-16 augmented support for enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) and ultra-reliable low-latency communication (uRLLC)， particularly within complex indoor settings. To further meet the diverse application needs of positioning scenarios， the 3GPP standards for Release-17 and Release-18 propose new enhancement measures to continuously provide more accurate positioning services. In this paper， the scholarly discourse on 5G positioning was critically examined， providing a systematic review of the 5G positioning standards as delineated in 3GPP's Release-16 and Release-17， and was extended the discussion to the anticipated enhancements in 5G Release-18， along with their underlying motivations. Through these discussions， this article not only a comprehensive perspective on the current development of 5G positioning technology was provided but also was offered forward-looking analysis and predictions for the evolution of positioning technology in the upcoming 3GPP Release-19 phase. Additionally， it serves as a reference for researchers interested in understanding the development of positioning within the standard framework in the field of 5G indoor positioning， which holds significant meaning for promoting research and application of 5G positioning technology.
