The susceptibilities of Oxya chinensis to malathion were studied in three populations collected from outskirt of Tianjin, China, using bioassays and biochemical analysis. Populations were chosen to represent different exposure to insecticides： BDG （Beidagang; low exposure）, BD （Baodi; high exposure previously but low exposure now）, and JN （Jinnan; high exposure）. The results showed that the LD50 values of BD and JN populations were 3.95- and 12.02-fold and 3.64- and 10.07- fold higher than that of BDG population in females and males, respectively. The LD50 values in females were higher than those in males. The results of biochemical analysis indicated that the esterase （EST） activities in JN population were higher than those in BD and BDG populations. They showed that when α-NA, α-NB, and α-NA were used as substrates, females＇ EST activities of JN population were 1.11-, 1.30-, and 1.14-fold and 1.39-, 1.59-, and 1.54-fold higher than those of BD and BDG populations, respectively. When α-NA, α-NB, and β-NA were used as substrates, males＇ EST activities of JN population were 1.13-, 1.12-, and 1,00-fold and 1.20-, 1.14-, and 1.07-fold higher than those of BD and BDG populations, respectively. The results also showed that the specific activities of the females were higher than those of the males in the BD and JN populations, whereas the specific activities of the males were higher than those of the females in the BDG population. The results of bioassay were consistent with those of biochemical analysis. Thus, it was inferred that the elevated ESTs activities might play an important role in conferring the differences of susceptibility of O. chinensis to malathion in the three collected populations. Enzyme kinetic studies indicated that the Km and Vmax values were different among the three collected populations and between the females and the males. Ingenious establishment of transition metal-nitrogen-carbon electrocatalysts with diverse catalytic active sites and hierarchically porous frameworks is highly significant to boost the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)in Zn-air batteries(ZABs).In this study,Fe/Co co-doped zeolitic imidazolium frameworks(ZIFs)and graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))were integrated and pyrolyzed to construct carbon-based electrocatalysts containing Fe,Co and N elements(labelled as Co-CoFe@NRPC),in which atomic-sc ale FeN_x and CoN_x,and nano scale metallic Co and CoFe alloy moieties were aligned with hierarchically porous N-doped carbon frameworks constructed by interconnected micropolyhedrons,nano tubes and *** diverse active moieties guaranteed excellent intrinsic catalytic activity,while the hierarchically porous N-doped carbon frameworks ensured admirable accessibility of the catalytic active sites,excellent electrical conductivity,satisfactory mass transport and good ***,the optimized Co-CoFe@NRPC-90(with 90 mg g-C_(3)N_(4) added)electrocatalyst exhibited excellent ORR performance with a high half-wave potential of 885 mV(*** hydrogen electrode(RHE)),diffusion-limiting current density of 6.15 mA·cm^(-2),desirable durability and methanol ***,the liquid ZAB established with Co-CoFe@NRPC-90 as an air-cathode electrocatalyst manifested an outstanding power density(281 mW·cm^(-2))and specific capacity(820.9 mAh·g_(Zn)^(-1)),transcending the liquid ZAB based on a commercial Pt/C electrocatalyst.

目的分析间苯三酚应用于无痛胃镜中对食管胃结合部观察效果的影响及安全性。方法选取2022年9月~2023年2月于承德市中心医院行无痛胃镜检查患者,按患者登记号的奇偶性随机分为对照组(无痛胃镜组)135例,观察组(无痛胃镜加用间苯三酚组)115例。观察记录2组患者食管胃结合部观察效果、病变检出率、病变内镜下特征、病理结果、术中术后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组食管胃结合部易观察率及该部位病变检出率均高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P=0.038,P=0.035),观察组非红色调病变检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。2组病理结果及不良反应发生率比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无痛胃镜检查前应用间苯三酚,有助于改善食管胃结合部观察效果,从而增加病变检出率,尤其对易漏诊的非红色调病变的检出具有优势,且不良反应较少,安全性较高。

The corrosion behavior of high-strength low-alloy 921A steel in a simulated marine atmospheric environment was studied using a high-throughput experimental *** corrosion behavior,corrosion morphology,and corrosion products of 921A steels were analyzed using various techniques,including corrosion mass loss method,polarization curve,white-light interferometry,scanning electron microscopy,energy-dispersive spectrometry,microbeam X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray diffraction technique,and X-ray photoelectron *** test results indicated that 921A steel exhibits better corrosion resistance than Q450NQR1 steel in simulated harsh atmospheric environments,as evidenced by a lower corrosion mass loss rate throughout the corrosion *** corrosion products of both steels consisted ofα-FeOOH,Fe_(3)O_(4),andγ-FeOOH,withα-FeOOH being more prevalent in the rust layer of 921A steel than in Q450NQR1 *** inner rust layer of 921A steel also exhibited an appositional enrichment region of Cr,Ni,Mo,and V,leading to its superior corrosion resistance compared to that of Q450NQR1 *** efficacy of high-throughput accelerated corrosion experimental methods was highlighted for evaluating the corrosion resistance of steel materials in harsh environmental *** findings suggest that 921A steel exhibits better corrosion resistance compared to Q450NQR1 steel and has the potential to be more suitable in harsh marine atmospheric *** characterization of the rust layer structures and composition reveals the parallel enrichment of certain elements in the inner rust layer of 921A steel,which enhances its corrosion resistance.

Sheep have been one of the most important groups of animals since ancient ***,the knowledge of their migration routes and genetic relationships is still poorly *** investigate sheep maternal migration histories alongside Eurasian communications routes,in this study,we obtain mitochondrial genomes(mitogenomes)from 17 sheep remains in 6 Chinese sites and 1 Uzbekistan site dated 4429–3100 years before present(BP).By obtaining the mitogenomes from the sheep(4429–3556 BP)found in the Tongtian Cave site in Xinjiang,Altai region of northwest China,our results support the emergence of haplogroup C sheep in Xinjiang as early as 4429–3556 *** combined phylogenetic analyses with extant ancient and modern sheep mitogenomes suggest that the Uzbekistan-Altai region may have been a migration hub for early sheep in eastern *** least two migration events have taken place for sheep crossing Eurasia to China,one passing by Uzbekistan and Northwest China to the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River at approximately 4000 BP and another following the Altai region to middle Inner Mongolia from 4429 BP to 2500 ***,this study provides further evidence for early sheep utilization and migration patterns in Eastern Asia.

By using the multi-taper method(MTM)of singular value decomposition(SVD),this study investigates the interdecadal evolution(10-to 30-year cycle)of precipitation over eastern China from 1951 to 2015 and its relationship with the North Pacific sea surface temperature(SST).Two significant interdecadal signals,one with an 11-year cycle and the other with a 23-year cycle,are identified in both the precipitation and SST *** show that the North Pacific SST forcing modulates the precipitation distribution over China through the effects of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO)-related anomalous Aleutian low on the western Pacific subtropical high(WPSH)and Mongolia high(MH).During the development stage of the PDO cold phase associated with the 11-year cycle,a weakened WPSH and MH increased the precipitation over the yangtze River Basin,whereas an intensified WPSH and MH caused the enhanced rain band to move northward to North China during the decay *** the development stage of the PDO cold phase associated with the 23-year cycle,a weakened WPSH and MH increased the precipitation over North China,whereas an intensified WPSH and the weakened MH increased the precipitation over South China during the decay *** 11-year and 23-year variabilities contribute differently to the precipitation variations in the different regions of China,as seen in the 1998flooding *** 11-year cycle mainly accounts for precipitation increases over the yangtze River Basin,while the 23-year cycle is responsible for the precipitation increase over Northeast *** results have important implications for understanding how the PDO modulates the precipitation distribution over China,helping to improve interdecadal climate prediction.
