It is well known that the symmetric cone complementarity problem（SCCP） is a broad class of optimization problems which contains many optimization problems as special *** on a general smoothing function,we propose in this paper a non-interior continuation algorithm for solving the monotone *** proposed algorithm solves at most one system of linear equations at each *** using the theory of Euclidean Jordan algebras,we show that the algorithm is globally linearly and locally quadratically convergent under suitable assumptions.

The International Diabetes Federation's most recent data indicates that the prevalence of diabetes worldwide is projected to rise to 12.2%by 2025,with783 million people affected^([1]).The prevalence of diabetes in China has risen from 9.3%in 2011 to13.04%in 2021^([1]).A cross-sectional study in China showed that the prevalence of diabetes among Tibetans was 6.5%and it was 6.3%among the Hui people in 2018,while the incidence of diabetes in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was as high as 19.9%,ranking first in the country^([2]).The Mongolian population has a diet structured around meat and milk,supplemented by pasta,rice and vegetables,and foods such as homemade yogurt and bacon are often *** a unique diet may have contributed to a high incidence of diabetes among the Mongolian people.

The Xianshuihe-Anninghe fault extends SE–S and constitutes the southeastern margin of the Tibetan ***,the Dadu River which is associated with the fault does not flow following the path,but makes a 90ºturn within a distance of 1 km at Shimian,heading east,and joins the Yangtze River,finally flowing into the East China *** to the abrupt turn,a low and wide pass near the Daqiao reservoir at Mianning separates the N–S course of the Dadu River from the headwater of the Anning River which then flows south into the Yunnan Province along the Anninghe ***,many previous studies assumed southward flow of the paleo-Dadu River from the Shimian to the Anning ***,evidences for the capture of the integrated N–S paleo-Dadu-Anning River,its timing,and causes are still *** study explored the paleo-drainage pattern of the Dadu and Anning Rivers based on bulk mineral and geochemical analyses of the large quantities of fluvial/lacustrine sediments along the trunk of the Dadu and Anning *** with sands in the modern Dadu River,the Xigeda sediments also exhibit a granitoid affinity with the bulk major mineral compositions of quartz(>50%),anorthite(about 10%),orthoclase(about 5%),muscovite(about 5%),and clinochlore(about 4%).Correspondingly,bulk major elements show high SiO_(2),with all samples>60%,and some of them>70%,low TiO_(2)(≤0.75%),P_(2)O_(5)(≤0.55%),FeO*(≤5%),and relatively high CaO(1.02%–8.51%),Na_(2)O(1.60%–2.52%),and K_(2)O(2.17%–2.71%),with a uniform REE ***,synthesizing all these results indicate that these lacustrine sediments have similar material sources,which are mainly derived from its course in the Songpan-Ganzi flysch block,implying that the paleo-Dadu originally flowed southward into the Anning River and provided materials to the Xigeda ancient *** rearrangement of the paleo-Dadu River appears to be closely related to the locally focused uplift driven by strong activities of the Xians

In recent two years,organometal halide perovskites quantum dots are emerging as a new member of the nanocrystals *** the chemical point of view,these perovskites quantum dots can be synthesized either by classical hot-injection technique for inorganic semiconductor quantum dots or the reprecipitation synthesis at room temperature for organic *** a physical point of view,the observed large exciton binding energy,well self-passivated surface,as well as the enhanced nonlinear properties have been of great interest for fundamental *** the application point of view,these perovskites quantum dots exhibit high photoluminescence quantum yields,wide wavelength tunability and ultra-narrow band emissions,the combination of these superior optical properties and low cost fabrication makes them to be suitable candidates for display *** this short review,we introduce the synthesis,optical properties,the prototype light-emitting devices,and the current important research tasks of halide perovsktie quantum dots,with an emphasis on CH_3NH_3PbX_3（X= CI,Br,I） quantum dots that developed in our group.

Silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) with well-distributed sizes were prepared by magnetron sputtering on slides and crystalline silicon(c-Si) solar cell following by annealing at different temperatures. The morphologies,optical and photovoltaic performance were investigated in detail. The spectroscopic result shows that two resonance peaks resulting from coupling effect among neighboring particles are difficult to obtain by other chemical *** photovoltaic performances reveal that the solar cells decorated with AgNPs significantly are degraded, including a maximal decrease of 20.4 % in short-circuit density and 53.9 % in energy conversion efficiency. The lowest efficiency achieved is 5.85 % for c-Si solar cells with AgNPs annealed at 500 ℃. The deterioration should result from the synergetic effect of the intrinsic absorption of single particle and coupling absorption between neighboring particles.

In this paper, a sampling adaptive for block compressed sensing with smooth projected Landweber based on edge detection （SA-BCS-SPL-ED） image reconstruction algorithm is presented. This algorithm takes full advantage of the characteristics of the block compressed sensing, which assigns a sampling rate depending on its texture complexity of each block. The block complexity is measured by the variance of its texture gradient, big variance with high sampling rates and small variance with low sampling rates. Meanwhile, in order to avoid over-sampling and sub-sampling, we set up the maximum sampling rate and the minimum sampling rate for each block. Through iterative algorithm, the actual sampling rate of the whole image approximately equals to the set up value. In aspects of the directional transforms, discrete cosine transform （DCT）, dual-tree discrete wavelet transform （DDWT）, discrete wavelet transform （DWT） and Contourlet （CT） are used in experiments. Experimental results show that compared to block compressed sensing with smooth projected Landweber （BCS-SPL）, the proposed algorithm is much better with simple texture images and even complicated texture images at the same sampling rate. Besides, SA-BCS-SPL-ED-DDWT is quite good for the most of images while the SA-BCS-SPL-ED-CT is likely better only for more-complicated texture images.

In this paper, we investigate a smoothing-type algorithm for solving the symmetric cone linear program （（SCLP） for short） by making use of an augmented system of its optimality conditions. The algorithm only needs to solve one system of linear equations and to perform one line search at each iteration. It is proved that the algorithm is globally convergent without assuming any prior knowledge of feasibility/infeasibility of the problem. In particular, the algorithm may correctly detect solvability of （SCLP）. Furthermore, if （SCLP） has a solution, then the algorithm will generate a solution of （SCLP）, and if the problem is strongly infeasible, the algorithm will correctly detect infeasibility of （SCLP）.

In this paper, we discuss complex convex quadratically constrained optimization with uncertain data. Using S-Lemma, we show that the robust counterpart of complex convex quadratically constrained optimization with ellipsoidal or intersection-of-two-ellipsoids uncertainty set leads to a complex semidefinite program. By exploring the approximate S-Lemma, we give a complex semidefinite program which approximates the NP-hard robust counterpart of complex convex quadratic optimization with intersection-of-ellipsoids uncertainty set.

Asymmetric Oscillation and Acoustic Response from an Encapsulated Microbubble Bound within a Small Vessel

Understanding the dynamics of ultrasonic excited microbubbles bound within microvessels is of significance for novel ultrasonic imaging, drug delivery and therapeutic biomedicad applications. A finite element model （FEM） considering acoustic nonlinearity is developed to describe the asymmetric oscillation and acoustic response from mn encapsulated microbubble bound within a small vessel. Numerical simulation is performed for a 2 μm encapsulated microbubble bound within 8-20μm vessels using 2 MHz ultrasound excitation. The oscillation of the bound microbubble becomes more asymmetric under larger ultrasound pressure or within the smaller vessel. The normalized difference between the major and minor axes of epllipse is estimated to be 2.16%for the 8 μm vessel at an acoustic pressure of 0.5 MPa. In addition, the fundamental component of the acoustic scattering from the bound microbubble is enhanced by 6 dB while the second harmonic component is decreased by approximately 29 dB compared with the free microbubble.
