Background:The incidence of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is notably high.Consensus among experts highlights non-surgical treatments as the primary therapeutic approach for LDH.Contemporary medicine frequently employs pharmacotherapy and epidural injections in such treatments,which are associated with numerous adverse effects.Prolonged use can severely impair the liver and kidney functions of patients.Hence,the role of safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine techniques becomes pivotal.Among various traditional Chinese medicine approaches for treating LDH,fire dragon cupping,renowned for its remarkable efficacy,cost-effectiveness,and ease of application,is extensively utilised in clinical settings for managing LDH.Nonetheless,there is a scarcity of systematic and standardised evidence from evidence-based medicine studies.Therefore,conducting a meta-analysis is imperative.Methods:A comprehensive computerised search was conducted in databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang Data,VIP,China Biology Medicine disc,PubMed,EMbase,The Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and CINAHL.The search aimed to gather randomised controlled trials on fire dragon cupping therapy for LDH,spanning from the inception of these databases until December 2023.Two researchers independently screened the literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted data,and assessed the methodological quality of the studies included,utilising Revman 5.3 software for meta-analysis.Results:The results show that the fire dragon cupping therapy group had better clinical effectiveness(relative risk=1.23,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.14,1.33),P<0.00001),less pain(standardized mean difference=–1.33,95%CI(–1.49,–1.16),P<0.00001),and some improvement in lumbar function(Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores:mean difference=3.37,95%CI(2.31,4.43),P<0.00001.Conclusion:The fire dragon cupping therapy significantly alleviates LDH,warranting its extensive application.However,considering the limitations in the number and quality

A novel emissive probe consisting of an oxide cathode coating is developed to achieve a low operating temperature and long service life.The properties of the novel emissive probe are investigated in detail,in comparison with a traditional tungsten emissive probe,including the operating temperature,the electron emission capability and the plasma potential measurement.Studies of the operating temperature and electron emission capability show that the tungsten emissive probe usually works at a temperature of 1800 K-2200 K while the oxide cathode emissive probe can function at about 1200 K-1400 K.In addition,plasma potential measurements using the oxide cathode emissive probe with different techniques have been accomplished in microwave electron cyclotron resonance plasmas with different discharge powers.It is found that a reliable plasma potential can be obtained using the improved inflection point method and the hot probe with zero emission limit method,while the floating point method is invalid for the oxide cathode emissive probe.

A facile catalytic enantioselective 1,2-addition of diynes to trifluoromethyl ketones was developed. By a com- bination of Me2Zn, Ti（OPr-i）4, BaF2 and quinine, the reaction of a series of terminal diynes with trifluoromethyl ke- tones proceeded to afford trifluoromethylated chrial tertiary alcohols with the diyne moiety in good to high yields with moderate to high enantioselectivities. Furthermore, this catalytic asymmetric diyne addition to trifluoro- methylketone was applied in the synthesis of the Efavirenz analogue.

We theoretically study the charge order and orbital magnetic properties of a new type of antiferromagnetic kagome metal FeGe.Based on first-principles density functional theory calculations,we study the electronic structures,Fermi-surface quantum fluctuations,as well as phonon properties of the antiferromagnetic kagome metal FeGe.It is found that charge density wave emerges in such a system due to a subtle cooperation between electron-electron interactions and electron–phonon couplings,which gives rise to an unusual scenario of interaction-triggered phonon instabilities,and eventually yields a charge density wave(CDW)state.We further show that,in the CDW phase,the ground-state current density distribution exhibits an intriguing star-of-David pattern,leading to flux density modulation.The orbital fluxes(or current loops)in this system emerge as a result of the subtle interplay between magnetism,lattice geometries,charge order,and spin-orbit coupling(SOC),which can be described by a simple,yet universal,tight-binding theory including a Kane-Mele-type SOC term and a magnetic exchange interaction.We further study the origin of the peculiar step-edge states in FeGe,which sheds light on the topological properties and correlation effects in this new type of kagome antiferromagnetic material.

The dual incorporation of two important functional groups—trifluoromethyl and cyano moieties into one heterocyclic core in a single-step reaction represents an appealing but largely unaddressed synthetic challenge.Here we demonstrate that a silver-catalyzed[3+2]cycloaddition reaction of dicyanoalkenes with trifluorodiazoethane(CF_(3)CHN2)could render a facile construction of a unique category of pyrazoles that are simultaneously adorned by trifluoromethyl and cyano groups.Changing the location pattern of the cyano group in starting dicyanoalkene material allows regiodivergent access to two series of previously elusive trifluoromethyl cyanopyrazoles with an exquisite level of regiocontrol.Thus,this method could be applied in the preparation of cyano-analogues of CF_(3)-containing drugs(Celecoxib)and agrochemicals(Penthiopyrad and Fluazolate).Notably,several cyano-analogues of Celecoxib demonstrate enhanced inhibitory activity towards cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),thereby laying a good foundation for developing new lead-based antiinflammatory agents.

为了解银川市黄河滩区土壤重金属污染现状及来源,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了银川市黄河滩区共92个采样点土壤样品中Zn、Cu、Cr、Pb、Ni、Cd、As和Mn这8种重金属的含量,采用富集因子、地累积指数法与潜在生态风险指数法对重金属污染特征进行分析和评价,并结合相关性分析、绝对主成分-多元线性回归受体模型(APCS-MLR)、正定矩阵因子分解(PMF)模型和地统计学对土壤重金属进行来源解析.结果表明,Cu和Pb含量平均值低于银川市土壤背景值,Zn、Cr、Ni、Cd、As和Mn含量平均值分别是背景值的1.28、1.06、1.08、1.79、1.11和1.19倍,所测8种重金属元素含量平均值均低于农用地土壤污染风险筛选值;不同用地类型之间重金属含量平均值表现为:荒地>退耕地>林地>耕地;研究区Zn和Cd呈轻微富集,其余6种元素无富集;Cd属于中度潜在生态风险水平,其余重金属处于轻度水平;联合受体模型表明交通和农业等人为活动来源对Zn和Cd的贡献较大,其余重金属受土壤母质等自然源影响较大.研究结果可为银川市黄河生态保护与可持续发展提供科学依据.

异步电机是最常见的电气设备,在国民生产活动中占有重要的地位,电机故障诊断能够有效降低事故发生率和企业运行成本,对其进行研究有着重要的意义。为此以常用的笼型异步电机故障为对象,在完成电机及负载的选择、故障设置和电气系统设计的基础上,以电压、电流作为基本分析信号,完成了故障诊断实验台的开发。在该实验台上设置了气隙偏心、转子断条和匝间短路等三种故障,通过对输出电流信号进行了傅里叶变换和Park变换,对其故障特征进行了对比分析。结果表明,当电机存在气隙偏心故障时,在25Hz及75Hz频率点附近出现特征分量,当存在转子断条故障时,分别在频率为44.9Hz、45.9Hz、54.1Hz及55.1Hz处出现特征分量,当存在匝间短路故障时,Park轨迹图的椭圆形扁平程度会随着故障程度的增加越来越高。

元代五台山研习律学最为著名者当属兴国大师信明,他是海云和尚之后慧聚寺北戒坛《戒本》的传人。明末观衡法师的戒法以北戒坛为主,参照诸方科仪而改进,与古心一系有所区别。古心律师戒法来源等问题还得从其传记中探寻,其戒法与五台山关系更为密切。宝华山见月深刻地意识到宦官与佛教关系过于密切在戒律方面产生的负面影响,自觉地采取与五台山澄芳不同的弘戒路线,随着见月宝华系的崛起,以结交中贵而兴盛的五台山系逐渐隐没。需要辨正的是,清代书祯律师是宝华系的高僧,他并未住持过五台山寺院,其戒法来源与五台山无关。

针对Kalman平滑估计器在非高斯噪声环境下性能衰退问题,本文提出了一种基于最大相关熵准则作为最优估计标准的平滑估计方法,将其应用于固定滞后问题的状态估计,称之为固定滞后最大相关熵平滑估计器(FLMCS).首先,使用矩阵变换,给出最大相关熵Kalman滤波器的另一种形式;然后,以此为基础,通过引入新的状态变量来增广系统,并推导出所提平滑估计器的在线迭代方程;进一步比较平滑前后状态估计误差协方差,从理论上分析算法性能改进效果;最后,通过算例仿真验证所提平滑估计器在非高斯噪声干扰下的有效性和优越性.
