Tumor lymph node(LN)metastasis seriously affects the treatment *** have shown that nanoparticles with size of sub-50 nm can directly penetrate into LN metastases after intravenous ***,we speculate through introducing targeting capacity,the nanoparticle accumulation in LN metastases would be further enhanced for improved local treatment such as photothermal *** micelles(yielded concentrated phthalocyanines with strong near-infrared *** micellar phthalocyanine(T-MP)was an effective photothermal transducer and ablated HT-29 cells in vitro.A heR2-expressing colorectal cancer cell line(HT-29)was used to establish an orthotopic mouse model that developed metastatic disease in mesenteric sentinel LN.T-MP accumulated more in the LN metastases compared to the micelles conjugated with control *** surgical resection of the primary tumor,minimally invasive photothermal treatment of the metastatic LN with T-MP,but not the control micelles,extended mouse *** findings demonstrate for the first time that targeted small-sized nanoparticles have potential to enable superior paradigms for dealing with LN metastases.

Dark photons have been well motivated as strong candidates for dark force carriers and light dark matter in the sub-GeV mass *** with collider experiments,fixed-target experiments provide a complementary approach to searching for dark photons,particularly in the lower mass *** have studied the physics potential of the electron-on-target experiment based on the shanghai SHINE facility,which provides 10 MHz single electron beam at 8 GeV *** analysis focuses on dark photons being produced via electron and nucleon interaction and then decays to dark matter candidates,which escape detection as missing momentum in the *** experiment takes advantage of using missing momentum to enhance signal versus background separation *** this study,signal samples as a function of dark photon mass and an inclusive background sample with 2.5 billion events are simulated with *** better background estimates,major rare background processes have also been *** paper presents the experiment and detector design,signal and background simulations,analysis strategy,and the prospective study of the experiment *** 9×10^(14) electron-on-target events(about three years running),this experiment is expected to rule out most of the sensitive regions predicted by popular dark photon models.

We report an enhanced rejuvenation in hot-drawn micrometer metallic glassy wires(MG wires)with the size *** to metallic glasses(MGs)in bulk form,the modulus and hardness for the micro-scale MG wires,tested by nanoindentation methods,are much lower and decrease with the decreasing size,with a maximum decrease of〜26%in modulus and^17%in *** pronounced rejuvenation is evidenced by the larger sub-Tg relaxation enthalpy of the MG *** pronounced rejuvenation is physically related to the higher energy state induced by a combined effect of severely thermomechanical shearing and freezing the shear How into a constrained small-volume *** results reveal that the internal states and properties of MGs can be dramatically changed by a proper modulation of temperature,flow stress and size.

The Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)is a mission proposed for the 25 th solar maximum by the chinese solar *** scientific objectives are to study the relationships between the solar magnetic field,solar flares and coronal mass ejections(CMEs).Three payloads are deployed:the Full-disk vector Magneto Graph(FMG),the Lyman-αSolar Telescope(LST)and the Hard X-ray Imager(HXI).ASO-S will perform the first simultaneous observations of the photospheric vector magnetic field,non-thermal imaging of solar flares,and the initiation and early propagation of CMEs on a single ***-S is scheduled to be launched into a 720 km Sun-synchronous orbit in *** paper presents an overview of the mission till the end of Phase-B and the beginning of Phase-C.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

Objective To evaluate four candidate variable number tandem repeat （VNTR） loci for genotyping Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex strains. Methods Genomic sequences for two M. tuberculosis strains （CCDC5079 and CCDC5180） were generated, and using published sequence data, four candidate VNTR loci were identified. The VNTRs were used to genotype 225 chinese clinical M. tuberculosis complex strains. The discriminatory power of the VNTRs was evaluated using BioNumerics 5.0 software. Results The hunter-Gaston Index （HGI） for BJ1, BJ2, BJ3, and BJ4 loci was 0.634, 0.917, 0.697, and 0.910, respectively. Combining all four loci gave an HGI value of 0.995, thus confirming that the genotyping had good discriminatory power. The HGI values for BJ1, BJ2, BJ3, and BJ4, obtained from Beijing family strain genotyping, were 0.447, 0.878, 0.315, and 0.850, respectively. Combining all four loci produced an HGI value of 0.988 for genotyping the Beijing family strains. We observed unique patterns for M. boris and M. africanum strains from the four loci. Conclusion We have shown that the four VNTR loci can be successfully used for genotyping M. tuberculosis complex strains. Notably, these new loci may provide additional information about chinese M. tuberculosis isolates than that currently afforded by established VNTR loci typing.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is highly prevalent among older men, impacting on their quality of life, sexual function, and genitourinary health, and has become an important global burden of disease. Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) is one of the foremost surgical procedures for the treatment of BPH. It has become well established in clinical practice with good efficacy and safety. In 2018, we issued the guideline “2018 Standard Edition”. However much new direct evidence has now emerged and this may change some of previous recommendations. The time is ripe to develop new evidence-based guidelines, so we formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists. The steering group members posed 31 questions relevant to the management of TUPKP for BPH covering the following areas: questions relevant to the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative) of TUPKP in the treatment of BPH, postoperative complications and the level of surgeons’ surgical skill. We searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of TUPKP for BPH, and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the grade criteria by the European Association of Urology. Recommendations were either strong or weak, or in the form of an ungraded consensus-based statement. Finally, we issued 36 statements. Among them, 23 carried strong recommendations, and 13 carried weak recommendations for the stated procedure. They covered questions relevant to the aforementioned three areas. The preoperative period for TUPKP in the treatment of BPH included indications and contraindications for TUPKP, precautions for preoperative preparation in patients with renal impairment and urinary tract infection due to urinary retention, and preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics.
