A series of microporous polyimide networks with porphyrin units （Pr-MPIs） were facilely synthesized through a one-step solution polymerization process. Of particular interest is that Pr-MPI-1 containing distorted spirobisindane unit revealed the highest BET surface area （953 m^2/g）, total pore volume （0.75 cma/g）, and extreme hysteresis between the N2 adsorption and desorption isotherm. Further study revealed the prepared Pr-MPI-1 exhibited a synergistic structural effect on exceptional uptake of volatile organic compounds （VOCs） due to the high porosity and highly distorted spirobisindane structure enabled large interface and the swellability. This new approach would open up a facile approach toward the preparation of highly swellable high performance polymeric microporous materials, which are deeply wanted for environment-related applications such as VOCs adsorption and oil/water separation.

Strong ferroelectric and luminescence properties of 0-3 type 0.8BaTiO_(3)-0.2CaTiO_(3):Pr^(3+)composite ceramics prepared by cold sintering process

0-3 type ferroelectric-phosphor composite ceramics cannot be prepared by the traditional solid-state sintering(SSS)method due to the strong chemical reaction between ferroelectrics and phosphors during high-temperature *** cold sintering process(CSP)may solve this issue by densifying ceramics at ultralow sintering *** this work,dense 0-3 type 0.8BaTiO_(3)-0.2CaTiO_(3):Pr^(3+)(0.8BT-0.2CT:Pr^(3+))binary composite ceramics were fabricated at an ultralow temperature of 225℃via CSP with the Ba(OH)2·8H2O hydrated *** effects of the Ba(OH)_(2)·8H2O content,sintering temperature,and sintering time on the microstructure and densification of the ceramics were *** density of the composite ceramics prepared by the optimized sintering parameters reaches 89%.Both energy-dispersive X-ray(EDX)spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction(XRD)confirm the existence of BT and CT:Pr^(3+)phases in the prepared ceramics.A strong ferroelectric performance is obtained,and the luminescent properties of CT:Pr^(3+)are preserved for the ***,the 0.8BT-0.2CT:Pr^(3+)composite ceramics prepared by CSP have stronger photoluminescence and photo-stimulated luminescence than their counterparts prepared by cold sintering assistance(CSA)and SSS ***,CSP is a promising method for combining luminescent and ferroelectric properties into 0-3 type composite ceramics.

Although single-atom Cu sites exhibit high efficiency in CO2hydrogenation to methanol,they are prone to forming Cu nanoparticles due to reduction and aggregation under reaction conditions,especially at high ***,single-atom Cu sites stabilized by adjacent Na+ions have been successfully constructed within a metal-organic framework（MOF）-based catalyst,namely *** is found that the electrostatic interaction between the Na+and Hδ-species plays a pivotal role in upholding the atomic dispersion of Cu in MOF-808-NaCu during CO2hydrogenation,even at temperatures of up to 275℃.This exceptional stabilization effect endows the catalyst with excellent activity(306 g·kgcat-1·h-1),high selectivity to methanol（93%） and long-term stability at elevated reaction temperatures,far surpassing the counterpart in the absence of Na+（denoted as MOF-808-Cu）.This work develops an effective strategy for the fabrication of stable single-atom sites for advanced catalysis by creating an alkali-decorated microenvironment in close proximity.

We suggest an experimental scheme that a single nitrogen-vacancy（NV） center coupled to a nearest neighbor ^13C nucleus as a sensor in diamond can be used to detect a static vector magnetic field. By means of optical detection magnetic resonance（ODMR） technique, both the strength and the direction of the vector field could be determined by relevant resonance frequencies of continuous wave（CW） and Ramsey spectrums. In addition, we give a method that determines the unique one of eight possible hyperfine tensors for an（NV–^13C） system. Finally, we propose an unambiguous method to exclude the symmetrical solution from eight possible vector fields, which correspond to nearly identical resonance frequencies due to their mirror symmetry about ^14N–Vacancy–^13 C（^14N–V–^13C） plane.

This paper presents an actuator used for the trajectory correction fuze,which is subject to high impact loadings during launch.A simulation method is carried out to obtain the peak-peak stress value of each component,from which the ball bearings are possible failures according to the ***,three schemes against impact loadings,full-element deep groove ball bearing and integrated raceway,needle roller thrust bearing assembly,and gaskets are utilized for redesigning the actuator to effectively reduce the bearings’***,multi-objectives optimization still needs to be conducted for the gaskets to decrease the stress value further to the yield *** gasket’s structure parameters and three bearings’peak-peak stress are served as the four optimization variables and three objectives,*** Latin hypercube design is used for generating sample points,and Kriging model selected according to estimation result can establish the relationship between the variables and objectives,representing the simulation which is ***,two optimization algorithms work out the Pareto solutions,from which the best solutions are selected,and verified by the simulation to determine the gaskets optimized structure *** can be concluded that the simulation and optimization method based on these components is effective and efficient.

Development of low-cost and high-performance catalysts for hydrogen generation via hydrolysis of ammonia borane （NH3BH3, AB） is a highly desirable pathway for future hydrogen utilization. In this work, Ni nanocatalysts doped with CeOx and supported on graphene （Ni-CeOdgraphene） were synthesized via a facile chemical reduction route and applied as robust catalysts for the hydrolysis of AB in aqueous solution at room temperature. The as-synthesized Ni-CeOdgraphene nanocomposites （NCs） exhibited excellent catalytic activity with a turnover frequency （TOF） as high as 68.2 min-1, which is 49-fold higher than that for a simple Ni nanoparticle catalyst and is among the highest values reported for non-noble metal catalysts in AB hydrolysis. The development of efficient and low-cost Ni-CeOdgraphene catalysts enhances the feasibility of using ammonia borane as a chemical hydrogen storage material, which may find application in a hydrogen fuel-cell based economy.

Characterizing the Structure Evolution of Tertiary Scale during Simulated Coiling by EBSD

An oxide scale formed at 900 ℃ for 60 s in dry air was subjected to the simulated coiling processed with different coiling temperatures. The phase transformation behavior, especially the orientation distribution of the oxide scale, was analyzed using electron backseattered diffraction （EBSD） technique. When cooling from the coiling tem- perature of 650 ℃, the scale consists of FeaO4 layer, FeO layer and FeaO4 seam. The FeaO4 precipitates are ob served in the FeO grains of the scale formed with the coiling temperature of 550 and 450 ℃. With the cofling temperature of 350 ℃, the decomposition of FeO is suppressed due to the low temperature. The Fe3O4 grains, which are decomposed from FeO, has the same orientation as the parent FeO grains. Moreover, the FeO grains, of which the growth direction is parallel to 〈001〉, is easier to decompose into Fe3O4 than the grains with other orientations.

Effects of Al addition on bainite transformation and properties of high-strength carbide-free bainitic steels

The effects of aluminum addition on bainite transformation and properties of carbide-free bainitic steels containing 0.22 wt.% carbon were investigated by two different types of heat treatment processes: continuous cooling process (CCP) and isothermal transformation process (ITP). The results indicate that for the CCP treatment, Al addition significantly promoted the ferrite and bainite transformation;however, it did not significantly increase the product of tensile strength and total elongation (PSE). For the ITP treatment, Al addition significantly promoted the kinetics of bainite transformation, and thus, more bainite was formed with Al addition;however, it was found that Al addition resulted in a decrease in tensile strength and an increase in elongation of the tested bainitic steels. Moreover, the effects of Al addition on comprehensive property were profoundly dependent on austempering temperatures. When the austempering temperature was higher (430℃), PSE significantly increased with Al addition, whereas it decreased at the lower austempering temperature (400℃). Therefore, it can be concluded that the effects of Al on properties of bainitic steels were more significant at higher austempering temperatures.
