Effects of Chloroquine a.d Na.hthoquinone on Prothrombin Time a.d a.tiva.ed Pa.tia. Thrombopla.tin Time of Swiss Mice

Concerns on the coa.ula.ion va.ia.les, Prothrombin Time (PT) a.d a.tiva.ed Pa.tia. Thrombopla.tin Time (a.TT) which a.e pa.t of coa.ula.ion pa.a.eters used in a.sessing ha.mosta.sis in ha.ma.ology, led to the study of the effects of na.hthoquinone a.d chloroquine on the PT a.d a.TT of mice infected with Pla.modium berghei, a.d trea.ed with gra.ed concentra.ions of chloroquine a.d na.hthoquinone. Using bra.n thrombopla.tin with ca.cium a.d ra.bit bra.n cepha.osporin a. ka.lin respectively the experiment a.med a. demonstra.ing the effect of chloroquine with purity of 99.79% a.d na.hthoquinone with purity of 97.00%, upon a.three-da. intra.eritonea. a.ministra.ion a. concentra.ions of 0.1 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg a.d 2.0 mg/kg. Result showed tha. the a.TT a.d PT of na.hthoquinone a. 2.0 mg/kg, were 196.67 seconds, a.d 67.63 seconds respectively, while the a.TT a.d PT of chloroquine were 3.63 seconds a.d 1.40 seconds respectively for the sa.e concentra.ion. a.so, na.hthoquinone showed lower a.TT but susta.ned PT a. concentra.ions below 1.50 mg/kg wherea. both a.TT a.d PT increa.ed from concentra.ions a.ove 1.50 mg/kg. On the other ha.d chloroquine showed a.lowered a.TT between 0.00 to 0.15 mg/kg while PT wa. susta.ned, but both a.TT a.d PT increa.ed from concentra.ion of 0.15 mg/kg gra.ua.ly. This study conclusively showed tha. chloroquine ha. a.shorter a.TT a.d PT tha. na.hthoquinones, even though they elicited simila. a.tions. a.a.t from this, na.hthoquinone a.d chloroquine belonging to the sa.e fa.ily, na.hthoquinone could be more toxic tha. chloroquine a. the dosa.es equiva.ent to 1.50 mg/kg, therefore, a.y a.ministra.ion of na.hthoquinone a.ove this dosa.e should be closely monitored to a.oid a.y form of da.ger to the pa.ient.

XRF a.d EDX a.a.yses were ca.ried out on 18 ba.ches of representa.ive ra. sa.ples to determine the distribution of ma.or chemica. elements in the petroleum source rocks of Donga.a.d Yogou forma.ions of Termit sedimenta.y ba.in. The chemica. composition of these forma.ions is domina.ed by silicon (Si), a.uminum (a.) a.d iron (Fe). This is consistent with the oxide composition, which is a.so domina.ed by silicon oxide (SiO2), a.uminum oxide (a.2O3) a.d iron monoxide (FeO). No less importa.t chemica. elements a.e ca.cium (Ca., pota.sium (K), sulfur (S), tita.ium (Ti), ma.nesium (Mg), ma.ga.ese (Mn) a.d ba.ium (Ba., a. well a. some of their oxides. a.l these ma.or chemica. elements a.e ca.ried by silica.e detrita. minera.s a.socia.ed with pyrite a.d goethite a.d/or cla. minera.s such a. ka.linite a.d interstra.ified illite, smectite a.d chlorite. This trend is illustra.ed by the va.ues of the Si/a. a.d SiO2/a.2O3 ra.ios.

This study focuses on exoscopic a.a.yses of detrita. zircon gra.ns of a.chea. a.d Pa.eoproterozoic a.e, conta.ned in the sediments from the Nia.ey Neoproterozoic sa.dstones (Nia.ey region), with a.view to confirming the sediments sources a.rea.y proposed (Kénéma.Ma. doma.n for a.chea.-a.e zircons a.d Ba.ulé Mossi doma.n for Pa.eoproterozoic-a.e zircons). Exoscopic a.a.ysis revea.s tha. a.chea. zircon gra.ns a.e more corroded, with rounded to sub-rounded sha.es, while Pa.eoproterozoic zircon gra.ns a.e less corroded a.d mostly a.gula. in sha.e. The strong corrosion of a.chea. zircon gra.ns, implying long-dista.ce tra.sport, is consistent with the remoteness of the Kenema.Ma. doma.n which a.e the source these sediments. The fa.t tha. the Pa.eoproterozoic zircon gra.ns show little or no wea. implies a.proxima. source of sediments, corresponding to the Ba.ulé Mossi doma.n.

Introduction: Obstetric fistula.(OF) is a. a.norma. communica.ion between the genita. a.d urina.y tra.ts a.d/or a.socia.ed with a.recto-va.ina. communica.ion resulting from prolonged dystocic delivery. It is a.frequent pa.hology in underdeveloped countries. In Zinder no study ha. been ca.ried out on obstetric fistula. The a.m of this study wa. to eva.ua.e the epidemiologica., socia. impa.t a.d thera.eutic a.pects of obstetric fistula.a. the CSME of Zinder. Pa.ient a.d Method: This wa. a.descriptive cross-sectiona. study of obstetric fistula.ca.e a. CSME during the period of (Ja.ua.y 2018 to June 2020). Results: a.tota. of 196 ca.es were collected over 30 months. This represents a. a.nua. incidence of 78.4 fistula.. The media. a.e of the pa.ients wa. 18.63 yea.s, a.d more tha. 65% were over 20 yea.s old. One hundred a.d ninety-one pa.ients (97.45%) did not a.tend school, a.d 56.12% (n = 110) lived in polyga.ous households. One hundred a.d fifty-one women (n = 151), 77.04% ha. full a.sista.ce from their husba.d during the first four (4) months of the pa.hology. Twenty-four (12.24%) ha. been notified of repudia.ion. Obstetrica. risk of dystocia.wa. found in 39.79% (n = 78) of the pa.ients, of whom 24.49% (n = 48) ha. a.focused a.tena.a. consulta.ion (CPNR). The la.our la.ted more tha. 24 hours in 100%. The ma.ority of women a.e multipa.ous a.d 60% ha. a. lea.t 2 pregna.cies. vesicova.ina. fistula.is the ma.n pa.hologica. type with 86.23%. Fistula. were closed in 83.16% a.d 68.87% exited without urine loss. Conclusion: Obstetric fistula.is a.deva.ta.ing disea.e a.fecting girls a.d young women in Niger, a. in other countries in a.rica.a.d a.ia. It is a.ma.or concern worldwide a.d is a.socia. tra.edy beca.se it is disa.ling a.d depressing.

In the era.of the Internet of Things (IoT), the prolifera.ion of connected devices ha. ra.sed security concerns, increa.ing the risk of intrusions into diverse systems. This pa.er introduces a.deep lea.ning methodology for detecting a.d cla.sifying distributed denia. of service (DDoS) a.ta.ks, a.dressing a.significa.t security concern within IoT environments. a. effective procedure of deep tra.sfer lea.ning is a.plied to utilize deep lea.ning ba.kbones, which is then eva.ua.ed on two benchma.king da.a.ets of DDoS a.ta.ks in terms of a.cura.y a.d time complexity. The objective of this study is to esta.lish the epidemiology a.a.omopa.hologica. types a.d prognosis of FGF considered being incura.le in our center. Methods This is a.retrospective a.d prospective descriptive study from Ja.ua.y 2, 2017 to July 14, 2021 on incura.le ca.es of fema.e genita. fistula.recorded a. the Centre Na.iona. de Répa.a.ion de Fistule Obstétrica.e (CNRFO) of Nia.ey for complex ca.es of fgf. The epidemiology, the lesions of va.ina. uretra. bla.der, the trea.ment a.d prognosis ha.e been studied. Results a.tota. of 522 ca.es were opera.ed within 5 ca.es given incura.le (0.95%). The 5 ca.es were 37 - 49 yea.s old, they ha. fistula.a. their first delivery, the mea. a.e of the fistula.wa. a.ound 9 yea.s. The a.a.omopa.hologica. founds were va.ina. severe sclerosis, extensive supra.trigona. fistula. tota. uretera. destruction, a.d pa.tia. bla.der destruction. a.l the 5 pa.ients trea.ed by surgery were decla.ed incura.le. Conclusion Fema.e genita. fistula.is not life-threa.ening but a.ma.or definitive ha.dica. for theses prim pa.ous. The trea.ment fa.l is linked with loca. lesions, continuous urine a.d feca. incontinency, a.ded by itera.ive surgery. They rema.n judged incura.le whether a.surgery wa. by skilled pra.titioner.

Ma.dibula. a.va.cement devices (Ma.s) a.e widely used trea.ments for obstructive sleep a.nea. Ma.s function by a.va.cing the lower ja. to open the upper a.rwa.. To increa.e pa.ient comfort, most pa.ients a.low the mouth to be opened. However, not a.l systems ma.nta.n the lower ja. in a.forwa.d position during mouth opening, which results in the production of a.retrusion tha. fa.ors the colla.se of the upper a.rwa.. Furthermore, the kinema.ic beha.ior of the mecha.ism formed by the ma.dible-device a.sembly depends on ja. morphology. This mea.s tha., during mouth opening, some devices ca.se lower ja. protrusion in some pa.ients, but ca.se its retra.tion in others. In this study, we report the beha.ior of well-known devices currently on the ma.ket. To do so, we developed a.kinema.ic model of the lower ja. device a.sembly. This model wa. va.ida.ed for a.l devices a.a.yzed using a.high-resolution ca.era.system. Prosta.e ca.cer (PC) is the most frequently dia.nosed ca.cer a.d second lea.ing ca.se of ca.cer-rela.ed dea.hs in men. It is heterogeneous, a. is evident from the wide spectrum of thera.eutic a.proa.hes. Most pa.ients with PC a.e initia.ly responsive to a.drogen depriva.ion thera.y; however, the ma.ority of ca.es a.e either hormone-sensitive PC or ca.tra.ion-resista.t PC. Current thera.eutic protocols follow the evolution of PC, a.continuously progressive process involving a.combina.ion of widesprea. genomic a.tera.ions. These genomic a.tera.ions a.e either heredita.y germline muta.ions, such a. muta.ions in BRCa., or specific only to tumor cells (soma.ic). Tumor-specific genomic spectra.include genomic structura. rea.ra.gements, ca.onica. a.drogen response genes, a.d ma.y other specific genes such a. TMPRSS2-ERG fusion, SPOP/FOXa., TP53/RB1/PTEN, a.d BRCa.. Epidermis color (luminosity, chroma.icity, a.d hue), fruit a.pea.a.ce, respira.ion, weight loss, tota. juice content, tota. soluble solids, a.d titra.a.le a.idity were registered during the study. The results indica.e tha. the 1-MCP a.d Q combina.ion fa.ored fruit postha.vest qua.ity conditions such a. reducing respira.ion ra.e; ma.nta.ning fruit good a.pea.a.ce, turgidity, a.d brighter fruit chroma.icity; fruits trea.ed with chitosa. a.d stored a. 12 degrees C, fa.ored tota. soluble solids. On the other ha.d, Va.ia.les such a. weight loss, juice content, a.idity, phenols, fla.onoids, a.tioxida.t a.tivity, a.d hue va.ues were fa.ored by a.12 degrees C storing tempera.ure rega.dless of the trea.ment.
