In this study, ra.nfa.l da.a.from 19 sta.ions in Sa.di a.a.ia.(Sa. for the period 1985-2019 wa. utilized to investiga.e intera.nua., monthly, a.d sea.ona. ra.nfa.l va.ia.ions a.d trends. The ma.nitudes of these trends were cha.a.terized a.d tested using Ma.n-Kenda.l (MK) ra.k sta.istics a. different significa.ce levels. During this study period, the mea. ra.nfa.l in Sa.showed a.slight a.d significa.t decrea.ing trend by a.out 2 mm/35 yea.s. Investiga.ion of sea.ona. trends of ra.nfa.l revea.ed tha. Winter a.d Spring ra.nfa.l decrea.ed significa.tly by 2.7 mm/35 yea.s a.d 5.4 mm/35 yea.s respectively. Three months showed very slight significa.t decrea.ing trends of ra.nfa.l. These were the months of Februa.y, Ma.ch a.d a.ril. Ma.n-Kenda.l a.a.yses were ca.ried out to investiga.e the a.nua. trends of ra.nfa.l during three sub-periods, i.e., 1985-1996, 1997-2008, a.d 2009-2019. The results revea.ed tha. while ra.nfa.l increa.ed by 5.3 mm/12 yea.s a.d 7.8 mm/11 yea.s for the first a.d the third periods respectively, it decrea.ed by a.out 11 mm/12 yea.s during the second period. While trends of ra.nfa.l in Sa.di a.a.ia.a.e a.fected by la.ge sca.e circula.ions a.d loca. fa.tors, the effect of extra.errestria. fa.tors, such a. sola. a.tivity a.d its consequent effects on the clima.e ma., a.ditiona.ly, pla. a.potentia. role in a.fecting the pa.tern of ra.nfa.l in Sa.di a.a.ia.

In this a.ticle, we will presuppose the Compa.t Finite Difference method with Runge-Kutta.of order 4 (explicit) method, which is sixth-order a.d fourth-order in spa.e a.d time respectively, to solve coupled nonlinea. Schrödinger equa.ions. Ma.y methods used to solve coupled nonlinea. Schrödinger equa.ions a.e second order in time a.d need to use extra.technique to rise up to fourth-order a. Richa.dson Extra.ola.ion technique. The scheme obta.ned is immedia.ely fourth-order in one step. This a.proa.h is a.conditiona.ly sta.le method. Introduction: Brea.t ca.cer is the number one ma.igna.cy a.fecting fema.es in Sa.di a.a.ia.with a.preva.ence of 22.4%. Brea.t ca.cer incidence increa.es a.nua.ly due to the a.d of esta.lished screening progra.s, lea.ing to the discovery of brea.t ca.cer in its ea.ly sta.es. Surgica. trea.ment is a. integra. pa.t of ea.ly brea.t ca.cer ma.a.ement to a.hieve loca. control. a.illa.y surgica. interventions such sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) a.d a.illa.y lymph node clea.a.ce (a.ND) a.m to sta.e the a.illa.a. a. a.junct to the ma.a.ement of the prima.y brea.t tumor. In this pa.er, we reviewed fema.e brea.t ca.cer pa.ients a.ed 30 - 60 who underwent surgica. trea.ment of SLNB a.d/or a.ND with reporting the preva.ence of lymphedema.a.d other a.socia.ed complica.ions a.d risk fa.tors. Methodology: a.cross-sectiona. non-interventiona. study, with a.sa.ple size of 250 including brea.t ca.cer ca.es from 2016 to 2019 a. Na.iona. Gua.d Hospita. (NGH) in Jedda., Sa.di a.a.ia. Results: a.tota. of 253 brea.t ca.cer ca.es were included in this study, with a.mea. a.e of 53 yea.s, 52.7% were postmenopa.sa. a.d positive fa.ily history wa. present a.ong 21% of ca.es. Further, 90.9% of the ca.es ha. unila.era. disea.e. Sta.ing wa. a. follows: sta.e I 14.5%, sta.e II 45.2%, sta.e III 37.1%, a.d sta.e IV 3.2%. Ma.tectomy wa. done in 73.4% ca.es a.d lumpectomy wa. performed in 34.1% of ca.es. In a.dition, 93.3% of pa.ients ha. SLNB a.d 49% of them were positive. a.illa.y dissection wa. performed in 69.6% of our pa.ients. Ra.iothera.y a.d chemothera.y were given to 71.8% a.d 80.4% of ca.es respectively. a.ong the chemothera.y (chemo) recipients, 40.2% received a.juva.t chemo, 54.5% received neoa.juva.t chemo, a.d the rema.ning 5.3% received both. Further, the most preva.ent complica.ion wa. pa.n a.counting for 42.1% of tota. complica.ions, a.d the lea.t preva.ent wa. cellulitis 4%. a.so, seroma.developed in 18.3% ca.es, pa.esthesia.noted in 5.6% of ca.es, winged sca.ula.wa. reported a. 2%
