BACKGROUNd.Women with a his.ory of s.rious.ps.chotic d.s.rd.rs.are at increas.d.ris. of d.s.as. relaps. d.ring ***-acting injectable(LAi)antips.chotics.have been wid.ly us.d.to improve ad.erence and.prevent relaps. in patients.with various.s.vere ps.chotic d.s.rd.rs.but there is.a lack of high-quality d.ta from previous.res.arch on the s.fety of LAi antips.chotics.d.ring *** To s.mmarize relevant d.ta on maternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and.d.velopmental outcomes.from publis.ed.cas.s.of LAi antips.chotic us. in *** A literature s.arch was.performed.through November 11,2023,us.ng three online d.tabas.s.PubMed.MEd.iNE,s.opus.and.Web of *** reports.or cas. s.ries.that reported.information about the outcomes.of pregnancy in women who us.d.LAi antips.chotics.at any point in pregnancy,with available full texts.were *** s.atis.ics.narrative s.mmation,and.tabulation of the extracted.d.ta were *** A total of 19 publications.s.tis.ied.the inclus.on criteria:3 cas. s.ries.15 cas. reports.and.1 conference *** reported.the outcomes.of LAi antips.chotic us. in 74 women and.77 *** us. of s.cond.eneration LAi antips.chotics.was.reported.in the majority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-generation LAi antips.chotics.were ad.inis.ered.d.ring 30 pregnancies.39.0%).Mos. of the women(approximately 64%)had either s.tis.actory control of s.mptoms.or no information about relaps.,while approximately 12%of them had d.veloped.ges.ational d.abetes.mellitus.A minority of cas.s.reported.ad.ers. outcomes.s.ch as.s.illbirth,s.ontaneous.abortion,preterm birth,low birth weight,congenital anomalies.and.neurological manifes.ations.in ***,there were no reports.of negative long-term d.velopmental *** Currently available d.ta s.em reas.uring,but further well-d.s.gned.s.ud.es.are required.to properly evaluate the ris.s.and.benefits.of LAi antips.chotic us. d.ring pregnancy.

This.work explored.pos.ibilities.of biod.grad.ble magnes.um alloy Mg-3Y preparation by two mod.rn powd.r metallurgy techniques.s.ark plas.a s.ntering(s.s.and.s.lective las.r melting(s.M).The powd.r material was.cons.lid.ted.by both method. utilis.ng optimis.d.parameters.which led.to very low poros.ty(∼0.3%)in the s.M material and.unmeas.rably low poros.ty in the s.s.*** main aim of the s.ud. was.the thorough micros.ructure characteris.tion and.interrelation between the micros.ructure and.the functional properties.s.ch as.mechanical s.rength,d.formability,and.corros.on *** materials.s.owed.comparable s.rength of∼110 MPa in tens.on and.compres.ion and.relatively good.d.formability of∼9%and.21%for the s.M and.s.s.materials.*** corros.on res.s.ance of the s.s.material in 0.1 M NaCl s.lution was.s.perior to the s.M one and.comparable to the conventional extrud.d.*** d.gital image correlation d.ring load.ng and.the cros.-s.ction analys.s.of the corros.on layers.revealed.that the res.d.al poros.ty and.large s.rained.grains.have the d.minant negative effect on the functional properties.of the s.M *** the other hand.one of the primary outcomes.of this.s.ud. is.that the s.s.cons.lid.tion method.is.very effective in the preparation of the W3 biod.grad.ble alloy,res.lting in material with convenient mechanical and.d.grad.tion properties.that might find.practical applications.

Unequal d.s.ribution of innovation Efforts.for Neglected.Tropical d.s.as.s. The Role of Fund.ng Evaluation Criteria

Background. international res.arch and.innovation efforts.for neglected.tropical d.s.as.s.have increas.d.in recent d.cad.s.d.e to d.s.arities.in overall health res.arch fund.ng in relation to global burd.n of d.s.as.. However, within the field.of neglected.tropical d.s.as.s.s.me s.em far more neglected.than others. in this.res.arch the aim is.to inves.igate the d.s.ribution of res.urces.and.efforts. as.well as.the mechanis.s.that und.rpin fund.ng allocation for neglected.tropical d.s.as.s. Method.logy: A s.s.ematic literature review was.cond.cted.to es.ablis. a comprehens.ve overview of known ind.cators.for innovation efforts.related.to a wid. range of neglected.tropical d.s.as.s. Articles.were s.lected.bas.d.on a s.bjective evaluation of their relevance, the pres.nce of original d.ta, and.the bread.h of their s.ope. This.was.followed.by thirteen in-d.pth open-end.d.interviews.with repres.ntatives.of private, public and.philanthropic fund.ng organizations. concerning evaluation criteria for fund.ng res.arch propos.ls. Res.lts. The find.ngs.reveal a large d.fference in the extent to which the ind.vid.al d.s.as.s.are neglected.with notable d.fferences.between abs.lute and.relative efforts. Criteria us.d.in the evaluation of res.arch propos.ls.relate to potential impact, the probability of s.cces. and.s.rategic fit. Private organizations.prioritize s.rategic fit and.economic impact;philanthropic organizations.prioritize s.ort-term s.cietal impact;and.public generally prioritize the probability of s.cces. by accounting for follow-up fund.ng and.involvement of ind.s.ry. Fund.ng d.cis.ons.of d.fferent types.of organizations.are highly interrelated. Conclus.ons. This.s.ud. s.ows.that the evaluation of fund.ng propos.ls.introd.ces.and.retains.unequal fund.ng d.s.ribution, reinforcing the relative neglect of d.s.as.s. s.cietal impact is.the primary rationale for fund.ng but application of it as.a fund.ng criterion is.as.ociated.with s.gnificant challenges. Marine heatwaves.MHWs.caus.d.by anthropogenic climate change are becoming a key d.iver of change at the ecos.s.em *** cond.tions.experienced.by marine organis.s.acros. their d.s.ribution,particularly toward. the equator,are likely to approach their phys.ological limits.res.lting in extens.ve mortality and.s.bs.quent changes.at the population *** at the margins.of their s.ecies.d.s.ribution are thought to be more s.ns.tive to climate-ind.ced.environmental pres.ures.than central populations.but our und.rs.and.ng of variability in fitnes.-related.phys.ological traits.in trailing vers.s.lead.ng-ed.e populations.is.*** a laboratory s.mulation s.ud.,we tes.ed.whether two lead.ng(iceland.and.two trailing(s.ain)peripheral populations.of the intertid.l macroalga Corallina officinalis.d.s.lay d.fferent levels.of maximum potential quantum efficiency(Fv/Fm)res.lience to current and.future winter MHWs.*** s.ud. revealed.that ongoing and.future local winter MHWs.will not negatively affect lead.ng-ed.e populations.of ***,which exhibited.s.able photos.nthetic efficiency throughout the *** ed.e populations.s.owed.a pos.tive though non-s.gnificant trend.in photos.nthetic efficiency throughout winter MHWs.*** and.equatorward.populations.d.d.not prod.ce s.gnificantly d.fferent res.lts.with winter MHWs.having no negative affect on Fv/Fm of either ***,we found.no long-term regional or population-level influence of a winter MHWs.on this.s.ecies.photos.nthetic ***,we found.no s.atis.ically s.gnificant d.fference in thermal s.res. res.ons.s.between lead.ng and.trailing ***,*** s.owed.a trend.toward. higher s.res. res.ons.s.in s.uthern than northern *** res.ons.s.res. on a variety of local population traits.they are d.fficult to pred.ct bas.d.s.lely on thermal pres.ures.

This.paper explains.various.factors.that contribute to s.ltwater intrus.on, includ.ng overexploitation of fres.water res.urces.and.climate change as.well as.the d.fferent techniques.es.ential for effective s.ltwater intrus.on management. The impact of s.ltwater intrus.on along coas.al regions.and.its.impact on the environment, hyd.ogeology and.ground.ater contamination. it s.gges.s.potential s.lutions.to mitigate the impact of s.ltwater intrus.on, includ.ng effective water management and.techniques.for managing s.i. The application of A.i (as.es.ment ind.x) s.rves.as.a guid.line to correctly id.ntify wells.with s.i ranging from no intrus.on, s.ight intrus.on and.s.rong intrus.on. The challenges.of s.ltwater intrus.on in Lagos.and.the s.linization of wells.were inves.igated.us.ng the hyd.o-chemical parameters. The s.ud. id.ntifies.four wells.(“AA”, “CMs., “OBA” and.“ViL”) as.having high electric cond.ctivities. ind.cating s.line water intrus.on, while other wells.(“EBM”, “iKJ, and.“iKO”) with lower electric cond.ctivities. ind.cate little or no s.lt-water intrus.on, and.“AJ” well s.ows.s.ight intrus.on. The elevation of the wells.als. played.a vital role in the s.i acros. coas.al regions.of Lagos. The s.ud. recommend. continuous.monitoring of coas.al wells.to help s.s.ain and.red.ce s.line intrus.on. The find.ngs.of the s.ud. are important for policymakers. res.archers. and.practitioners.who are interes.ed.in ad.res.ing the challenges.of s.ltwater intrus.on along coas.al regions. We as.es.ed.the s.i acros. the eight (8) wells.us.ng the As.es.ment ind.x to id.ntify wells.with s.i. Wells.in “CMs. and.“ViL” has.s.rong intrus.ons. A propos.d.clas.ification s.s.em bas.d.on s.ecific ion ratios.categorizes.water quality from good.(+) to highly (-) contaminated.(refer to Table 4). Neuropathic pain is.a s.vere and.chronic cond.tion wid.ly found.in the general *** reas.n for this.is.the extens.ve variety of d.mage or d.s.as.s.that can s.ark this.unpleas.nt cons.ant feeling in *** the proces.ing of pain,the d.rs.l root ganglia cons.itute an important region where d.rs.l root ganglion neurons.play a crucial role in the trans.is.ion and.propagation of s.ns.ry electrical ***,the d.rs.l root ganglia have recently exhibited.a regenerative capacity that s.ould.not be neglected.in the und.rs.and.ng of the d.velopment and.res.lution of neuropathic pain and.in the elucid.tion of innovative ***,we will review the complex interplay between cells.s.tellite glial cells.and.inflammatory cells.and.factors.cytokines.neurotrophic factors.and.genetic factors.that takes.place within the d.rs.l root ganglia and.accounts.for the generation of the aberrant excitation of primary s.ns.ry neurons.occurring in neuropathic *** importantly,we will s.mmarize an upd.ted.view of the current pharmacologic and.nonpharmacologic therapies.targeting the d.rs.l root ganglia for the treatment of neuropathic pain.
