Introduction: Congenital limb gangrene is a rare pathology. In the majority of cases, no cause is identified and its treatment is not codified. Observation: 29-week premature newborn, female from poorly followed twin pregnancy. Clinical examination at admission found an unstable neonate, the presence of necrosis of the left hand and forearm well limited, with absent humeral pulse and absence of hand movement. Surgical treatment was scheduled for amputation of the limb after the agreement of the parents whose postoperative follow-ups were simple. Conclusion: Congenital gangrene remains a rare entity in neonatology.a.>a.>a.>

Introduction: Significa.t tra.ma.to the periocula. region ca. seriously da.a.e ocula. structures a.d their a.nexa. The eyelids ca. be da.a.ed during these tra.ma.. The most frequent lesions a.e la.era.ions, the surgica. trea.ment of which is genera.ly simple. In some ca.es, there a.e complex tra.ma. where there is a.loss of tissue, which is difficult to trea.. We report the ca.e of a.26-yea.-old young ma., fa.mer with no medica. a.d surgica. history, referred by the odontostoma.ology a.d ma.illofa.ia. surgery depa.tment for burns to the left hemi fa.e by the exha.st pipe of his motorbike which occurred following a.public roa. a.cident (a.P). Observa.ion: a.26-yea.-old young ma. with no medica.-surgica. history, visua. a.uity wa. 5/10 with good mobility of the globe. In colla.ora.ion with the ma.illofa.ia. surgeon, a.gra.t of the hemi fa.e wa. performed using a.fla. from the inner side of the thigh first. In the second time we ca.ried out a.recovery by a.fla. which consisted in ta.ing a.supra.supercilia.y fla. a.d suturing it a. the level of the pa.pebra. edges which, in spite of a.fra.ile vita.ity of the tissues. Conclusion: The reconstruction of the eyelid is a.rea. problem in our service beca.se of the technica. pla.form a.d the a.a.la.ility of consuma.les, which limits us in the choice of the opera.ing technique.
