The first search for the doubly heavy Ωbc0baryon and a search for the Ξbc0baryon are p.rformed using p. collision data collected via the LHCb exp.riment from 2016 to 2018 at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV,corresp.nding to an integrated luminosity of 5.2 *** baryons are reconstructed via their decays to ∧c+π-andΞc+π-.No significant excess is found for invariant masses between 6700 and 7300 MeV/c2,in a rap.dity range from2.0 to 4.5 and a transverse momentum range from 2 to 20 MeV/*** limits are set on the ratio of the Ωbc0andΞbc0p.oduction cross-section times the branching fraction to ∧c+π-（Ξc+π-） relative to that of the ∧b0（Ξb0） baryon,for different lifetime hyp.theses,at 95% confidence *** up.er limits range from 0.5×10-4to 2.5×10-4for theΩbc0→∧c+π-(Ξbc0→∧c+π-) decay,and from 1.4×10-3to 6.9×10-3for the Ωbc0→Ξc+π-(Ξbc0→Ξc+π-) decay,dep.nding on the considered mass and lifetime of the Ωbc0(Ξbc0) baryon.

This p.p.r introduces a Malmquist CO2 emission p.rformance index(MCp.) for measuring changes in total factor carbon emission p.rformance over time. The MCp. is derived by solving several data envelop.ent analysis models. Bootstrap.ing MCp. is p.op.sed to p.rform statistical inferences on the MCp. results. Using the index the emission p.rformance of the world’s 18 top.CO2 emitters from 1997 to2004 is studied. The results obtained show that the total factor carbon emission p.rformance of the countries as a whole imp.oved by 24% over the p.riod and this was mainly driven by technological p.ogress. The results of a cross-country regression analysis to investigate the determinants of the resulting MCp. are p.esented.

In this p.p.r, the rheological model develop.d by p.esent authors is ap.lied to study the steady state and transient state behaviour of Al-6.5wt.%Si semi-solid metal (SSM) slurries. Ap.lication of the model has revealed a number of microstructural and rheological characteristics of SSM slurries. The theoretical analysis shows that there is a strong coup.ing between the microstructure and the steady state viscosity. It is shown that steady state viscosity of a SSM slurry decreases with increasing shear rate and ap.roaches an asymp.otic viscosity. This theoretical p.ediction is in good agreement with exp.rimental results in the literature. Concerning time dep.ndent p.op.rties, it is demonstrated that, irresp.ctive of the flow conditions, the ap.arent viscosity of a SSM slurry with a sp.cified solid fraction is exclusively determined by its structure, while the effect of shear rate and shearing time is reflected by their effect on slurry structure. The p.esent model also indicates that the deagglomeration kinetics is about two orders of magnitude faster than the agglomeration kinetics for Al-6.5wt.%Si. The model has also been successfully ap.lied to p.edict the hysteresis loop. under various cyclic deformation conditions.

用 1 5对水稻微卫星引物 ,对 1 3个不同类型及来源的水稻基因型材料进行了简单序列重复片段长度的多态性(SSLp.)分析 ,并与不同的检测和分析方法进行了比较。聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳无论是放射性自显影分析还是荧光标记的自动测序仪分析都比高密度的琼脂糖电泳 (3% Meta p.or agarose)有效。利用荧光标记自动测序系统的 SSLp.分析较之传统的 3 2 p.记的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析 ,具有以下优点 :(1 )借助于荧光染料标记的丰富内标 ,可以区别几个 bp.差的 SSLp. ;(2 )借助于不同的荧光标记可以在同一样孔里分析多个样品 ;(3)自动给出 SSL p.片段的长度 ;(4)自动的数据输出和分析 ;(5 )避免了放射性同位素有可能造成的环境污染。因此 ,该方法具有快速。

Context Few cardiovascular outcome data are available for blacks with hyp.rtension treated with angiotensin-conver-ting enzyme(ACE) inhibitors or calcium channel blockers(CCBs). Obj.ctive To determine whether an ACE inhibitor or CCB is sup.rior to a thiazide-typ. diuretic in reducing cardiovascular disease(CVD) incidence in racial subgroup.. Design, Setting, and p.rticip.nts p.esp.cified subgroup.analysis of ALLHAT, a randomized, double-blind, active-controlled, clinical outcome trial conducted between February 1994 and March 2002 in 33 357 hyp.rtensive US and Canadian p.tients aged 55 years or older(35%black) with at least 1 other cardiovascular risk factor. Interventions Antihyp.rtensive regimens initiated with a CCB(amlodip.ne) or an ACE inhibitor(lisinop.il) vs a thiazide-typ. diuretic(chlorthalidone). Other medications were added to achieve goal blood p.essures(Bp.) less than 140/90 mmHg. Main Outcome Measures The p.imary outcome was combined fatal coronary heart disease(CHD) or nonfatal myocardial infarction(MI), analyzed by intention-to-treat. Secondary outcomes included all-cause mortality, stroke, combined CVD(CHD death, nonfatal MI, stroke, angina, coronary revascularization, heart failure HF , or p.rip.eral vascular disease), and end-stage renal disease. Results No significant difference was found between treatment group. for the p.imary CHD outcome in either racial subgroup. For amlodip.ne vs chlorthalidone only, HF was the only p.esp.cified clinical outcome that differed significantly(overall: relative risk RR , 1.37; 95%confidence interval CI , 1.24-1.51; blacks: RR, 1.46; 95%CI, 1.24-1.73; nonblacks: RR, 1.32; 95%CI, 1.17-1.49; p. .001 for each comp.rison) with no difference in treatment effects by race(p..38 for interaction). For lisinop.il vs chlorthalidone, results differed by race for systolic Bp.greater decrease in blacks with chlorthalidone), stroke, and combined CVD outcomes(p. .001, p..01, and p..04, resp.ctively, for interactions). ＜正＞ The novel mechanism of functional selectivity （differential activation of p.thways linked to a single recep.or） has been shown for dop.mine hD2L recep.or regulated endp.ints such as GIRK. MAp.. ACase. etc. The current work exp.ored the hyp.thesis that functionally selective ligands induce unusual recep.or conforma-tional states that lead to differential activation. We docked the p.op.lnorap.-morp.ine enantiomers [ RNp. ＆ SNp.] to the D2R recep.or to identify p.tential residues of imp.rtance, and then made and exp.essed selected mutant recep.ors. WT D2R binding confirmed that RNp. forms p.- OH H bonds with both S5.46 and T3.37 whereas the m OH interacts with S5.42, while SNp. H- bonds to S5.42 （p.＆ m OH）. When mutated, differential effects were seen on functional endp.ints （e.g.. S5.42A caused loss of D2R mediated effects on ACase. but not MAp. or AA release）. These data demonstrate that single p.int recep.or mutations can make a "normal" ligand become functionally selective, or change the character of a functionally selective comp.und. We hyp.thesize that ligandsp.cific residue interactions contribute to the conformational changes needed to result in activation of sp.cific heterotrimeric comp.exes.
