In this work, a systematic approach is presented to obtain the input-output equations of a single loop 4-bar spatial mechanisms. The dialytic method along with Denavit-hartenberg parameters can be used to obtain these equations efficiently. A genetic algorithm （GA） has been used to solve the problem of spatial mechanisms synthesis. Two types of mechanisms, e.g., RSCR and RSPC （R： revolute; S： spherical; C： cylindrical; P： prismatic）, have illustrated the application of the GA to solve the problem of function generation and path generation. In some cases, the GA method becomes trapped in a local minimum. A combined GA-fuzzy logic （GA-FL） method is then used to improve the final result. The results show that GAs, combined with an adequate description of the mechanism, are well suited for spatial mechanism synthesis problems and have neither difficulties inherent to the choice of the initial feasible guess, nor a problem of convergence, as it is the case for deterministic methods.

The Egyptian Nubian Shield(ENS)represents the northwestern part of the Arabian-Nubian Shield and the northern extension of the East African *** ENS is regarded as being formed due to northward-directed escape *** is characterized by mild accretion and suture zones dominated by major strike-slip zones with a commonly sinistral sense of movement;some shear zones display a dextral sense of *** is dominated by gneisses and migmatites in the south,arc volcaniclastic metasediments and highly dismembered ophiolites in the central parts,whereas its northern part is dominated by late-to post-tectonic *** southern Sinai,the Neoproterozoic rocks are grouped into four complexes,namely Feiran–Solaf,sa’al–Zaghra,Kid and *** ENS ophiolites were formed between 730–750 Ma,mainly in a supra-subduction zone *** ENS has undergone a Neoproterozoic deformation history involving three successive phases:(1)Early N–S shortening phase(D1),(2)Syn-accretionary phase(D2)and(3)Post-accretionary phase(D3).The initial island-arc stage(780–730 Ma)is a N–S shortening phase initiated by collision between the Eastern Desert tectonic terrane to the north with both the Gebeit and Gabgaba terranes to the south(830–720 Ma).During the arc-splitting and back-arc spreading stage(730–620),voluminous syn-tectonic granitoids intruded into the ENS(750–610 Ma).The E–W-directed compressional/transpressional phase(620–450 Ma)led to the overall uplift of the central part of the ENS and consequently the development and exhumation of the core complexes in oblique convergent *** E–W intense shortening deformation resulted also in the formation of NW-and NE-striking sinistral and dextral strike-slip shear zones,*** latest periods of the E–W-directed compressional/transpressional regime were characterized by deposition of the molasse-type hammamat Sediments unconformably over the Dokhan Volcanics,or interbedded with *** combined thrusting,folding and sin

AIM： TO establish a cell culture system with longterm replication of hepatitis C virus （HCV） genome and expression of viral antigens in vitro. METHODS： HepG2 cell line was tested for its susceptibility to HCV by incubation with a serum from a patient with chronic hepatitis C. Cells and supernatant were harvested at various time points during the culture. Culture supernatant was tested for its ability to infect na＇ive cells. The presence of minus （antisense） RNA strand, and the detection of core and E1 antigens in cells were examined by RT-PCR and immunological techniques （flow cytometry and Western blot） respectively. RESULTS： The intracellular HCV RNA was first detected on d 3 after infection and then could be consistently detected in both cells and supernatant over a period of at least three months. The fresh cells could be infected with supernatant from cultured infected cells. Flow cytometric analysis showed surface and intracellular HCV antigen expression using in house made polyclonal antibodies （anti-core, and anti-E1）. Western blot analysis showed the expression of a cluster of immunogenic peptides at molecular weights extended between 31 and 45 kDa in an one month old culture of infected cells whereas this cluster was undetectable in uninfected HepG2 cells. CONCLUSION： HepG2 cell line is not only susceptible to HCV infection but also supports its replication in vitro. Expression of HCV structural proteins can be detected in infected HepG2 cells. These cells are also capable of shedding viral particles into culture media which in turn become infectious to uninfected cells.

The purposes of this study were to describe and compare the techniques used by elite world triple jumper and the Algerian elite team to determine the impact of distribution modality phases allowing the elite to exceeds 17-meter. Our subjects were two world elite 2009 and two Algerian national elite 2013. In the lack of new technology Modem measuring instruments kinematics or kinetics, our study based in measure of the Phase distribution ratio as measure of Stride length Jump distance. That literature review two schools, the Russian technique （which emphasizes the hop phase） and the Polish technique （which emphasizes the jump phase）. Our aims for this study are： Are there any statistically significant differences between the results of the samples in the distance achieved？ Are there any statistically significant differences between practical Ratio relative distances （world 2009-national 2013）？ Are there any statistically significant differences between Stride length phase distances （world 2009-national 2013）？ For that, we have chosen the analysis of variance and correlation of the distances achieved in each of the phases with the official distance of jumper and ＂T＂ student to compare implementation distribution of phases （hop, step and jump） with the results accuses. Based on the practices and weaknesses of elites in practice, we confirm：（1） All the samples practice the Russian technique as model in the distribution of the phase ratio; （2） The problem of our elites is in the hop phase distribution and its relationship with other phases; （3） Improve achieve horizontal vertical velocity in hop phase as solution.

The cancellable biometric transformations are designed to be computationally difficult to obtain the original biometric *** paper presents a cancellable multi-biometric identification scheme that includes four stages:biometric data collection and processing,Arnold’s Cat Map encryption,decimation process to reduce the size,and finalmerging of the four biometrics in a single generated ***,a 2D matrix of size 128×128 is created based on Arnold’s Cat Map(ACM).The purpose of this rearrangement is to break the correlation between pixels to hide the biometric patterns and merge these patterns together for more *** decimation is performed to keep the dimensions of the overall cancellable template similar to those of a single template to avoid data ***,some sort of aliasing occurs due to decimation,contributing to the intended distortion of biometric *** hybrid structure that comprises encryption,decimation,andmerging generates encrypted and distorted cancellable *** simulation results obtained for performance evaluation show that the system is safe,reliable,and feasible as it achieves high security in the presence of noise.

Interactive Effect of Sewage Sludge Application with Phytohormones IAA or sa on Three Broad Bean Cultivars

The present work has been performed to study the growth and metabolic activities of three broad bean cultivars (Giza 843, sakha 1, and Giza 716) which are shown to have different response to sewage sludge applications and to determine the effects of phytohormones IAA or sa. Along with identifying the mechanisms of broad bean response and the role of growth regulators (200 ppm of IAA or 10 mM of sa) in counteract sewage sludge effects is examined. The situation can be recorded that growth parameters fresh, dry matter and water content of pods were significantly increased as increasing SSL in cultivars 843 and in sakha up to 70% level. However, these parameters were markedly decreased as increasing SSL in cv. Giza 716. Length and number of pods were unchanged in cv. sakha 1, increased in cv. Giza 843 while they decreased in cv. Giza 716 with increasing SSL. Phytohormonal application stimulated growth parameters in pods of three tested cultivars Giza 843, Sakha 1 and Giza 716 with sewage treatments. Soluble sugar and soluble protein content decreased as increasing SSL in both cv. Sakha 1 and cv. Giza 716. In cv. Giza 843, soluble sugar was significantly increased while soluble protein was decreased as increasing SSL. Proline content was unchanged in cv. Sakha 1, increased in cv. Giza 716 while decreased in cv. Giza 843. Metabolites (soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline) showed variations in three broad bean cultivars to IAA or SA application plus sewage sludge treatments. In cv. Giza 716 SS treatment increased Zn, Ni, PB and Cu. In cv. Giza 843 SS treatment decreased Zn, Pb, and Cu while increased Ni. In cv. Sakha 1 SS treatment decreased Zn, Ni, Pb and Cu. Phytohormonal treatments showed an increasing or decreasing effect in heavy metal in three tested cultivars.

This paper presents an optimization of shadow volume algorithm, which allow a rendering in real-time. This technique is based on previous works which makes it possible to obtain shadows in real-time, although the calculation of the silhouette requires a pretreatment of the geometry implemented on the CPU （Central Processing Unit）. By using last version of the GPU （Graphic Processing Unit）, the authors propose to implement the calculation of the silhouette on the GPU by using Geometry Shader. The authors present the step which made it possible to lead to a concrete implementation of this algorithm, the modifications which were made, as well as a comparative study of results, followed by a discussion of these results and choices of implementation.

The sa'al Metamorphic Complex(SMC;southern Sinai)encompasses the oldest arc rocks in the Arabian–Nubian Shield,comprising two non-consanguineous metavolcanic successions(the Agramiya Group and the Post-Ra'ayan Formation)separated by the metasediments of the Ra'ayan *** experienced three distinct deformational events(D_(1)–D_(3))and two low-medium grade regional metamorphic events(M_1–M_(2)).The Agramiya Group and the Ra'ayan Formation experienced all tectonometamorphic events(D_1–D_(3)and M_(1)–M_(2)),whereas the Post-Ra'ayan volcanic rocks were only affected by the D_(3)and M_(2)events.D_(1)is an extensional event and is connected to the late Rodinia break-up(~Tonian;900–870 Ma).The M_(1)metamorphism variably affected the older Agramiya Group,the rhyolitic tuffs experiencing lower to upper greenschist facies conditions and the basic and intermediate volcanic rocks undergoing amphibolite facies *** Ra'ayan Formation metasediments experienced upper greenschist to amphibolite facies *** upper greenschist facies M_(2)affected the youngest Post-Ra'ayan volcanic rocks and other stratigraphic *** compressive D_(2)and D_(3)events were coeval with the accretion of dismembered terranes in the assembly of Gondwana.D_(2)can be linked to the Tonian–Cryogenian arc-arc assembly(~880–760 Ma;in elat and Sinai),whereas D_(3)and the accompanying M_(2)is constrained to 622–600 Ma(Ediacaran).

AIM： To analyze the neutralizing activity of antibodies against E1 region of hepatitis C virus （HCV）. Specific polydonal antibody was raised via immunization of New Zealand rabbits with a synthetic peptide that had been derived from the E1 region of HCV and was shown to be highly conserved among HCV published genotypes. METHODS： Hyper-immune HCV E1 antibodies were incubated over night at 4 ℃ with serum samples positive for HCV RNA, with viral loads ranging from 615 to 3.2 million IU/mL. Treated sera were incubated with HepG2 cells for 90 min. Blocking of viral binding and entry into cells by anti E1 antibody were tested by means of RTPCR and flow cytometry. RESULTS： Direct immunostaining using FITC conjugated E1 antibody followed by Flow cytometric analysis showed reduced mean fluorescence intensity in samples pre-incubated with E1 antibody compared with untreated samples. Furthermore, 13 out of 18 positive sera （72%） showed complete inhibition of infectivity as detected by RT-PCR. CONCLUSION： In house produced E1 antibody, blocks binding and entry of HCV virion infection to target cells suggesting the involvement of this epitope in virus binding and entry. Isolation of these antibodies that block virus attachment to human cells are useful as therapeutic reagents.
