Some properties of Sugeno measure are further discussed, which is a kind of typical nonadditive measure. The definitions and properties of gλ random variable and its distribution function, expected value, and variance are then presented. Markov inequality, Chebyshev＇s inequality and the Khinchine＇s Law of Large Numbers on Sugeno measure space are also proven. Furthermore, the concepts of empirical risk functional, expected risk functional and the strict consistency of ERM principle on Sugeno measure space are proposed. According to these properties and concepts, the key theorem of learning theory, the bounds on the rate of convergence of learning process and the relations between these bounds and capacity of the set of functions on Sugeno measure space are given.

Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp is a highly popular ornamental plant for garden *** engineering technology ha. been successfully used in many plant species,but it is limited in *** we established an efficient regeneration system by using stem segments as explants for the first *** our study,the plant growth regulators(PGRs)were evaluated at the different regeneration processes,including axillary shoots regeneration and root *** found tha. the optimal concentration for axillary buds’induction was 2.0 mgL^(-1)6-BA and 0.5 mgL^(-1)1 IAA,its highest induction rate was 70%.Moreover,the highest axillary shoots proliferation coefficient was 10.7 on the Murashige and Skoog(MS)medium with 2.0 mgL^(-1)6-benzyladenine(BA),0.2 mgL^(-1)indole-3-butyric acid(IBA),and 1.0 mgL^(-1)gibberellin A3(GA3).The highest frequency of root induction was 80.0±0.06%by culturing the elongated shoots in 1/2 MS medium containing 0.1 mgL^(-1)*** summary,our study will provide an effective technology for large-scale propagation and important pathway for promoting the popularization and application of Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp.

Electrolytic manganese residue(EMR) is the waste slag generated from the electrolysis manganese *** a promising exploitable adsorbent,EMR ha. become a hot research ***,EMR’s low adsorption capacity ha. limited its applications as an efficient *** this study,the EMR was mixed with serpentine and calcined(at 800℃ for 2 h) to prepare a composite adsorbent(S-EMR) with its specific surface area of 11.998 m^(2)·g^(-1)(increased compared to the original EMR) and improved adsorption capacities for Cd^(2+)(98.05 mg·g^(-1)) and Pb^(2+)(565.81 mg·g^(-1)).Kinetic studies ha.e shown tha. the pseudo-first-order kinetics(PSO)model could best describe the adsorption kinetics of S-EMR for Cd^(2+)/Pb^(2+),implying tha. the chemisorption process is the rate-limiting *** effects of different interfering ions on S-EMR’ s adsorption for Cd^(2+)/Pb^(2+)may be due to the difference in their *** of response surface methodology tests showed tha. pH ha. the highest influence on adsorption,and the removal efficiency of S-EMR reached 99.92% for Cd(Ⅱ) and 94.00%for Pb(Ⅱ).X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analyses revealed tha. chemical precipitation was the predominant mecha.ism for Cd^(2+)/Pb^(2+)removal,and the adsorption mecha.isms were associated with ion excha.ge and electrostatic *** results showed tha. S-EMR could be used as an effective adsorbent for the removal of Cd(Ⅱ)/Pb(Ⅱ) from water bodies,rendering dual benefits of pollution control and resource recovery.

Taihu Lake region is one of the most industrialized areas in China, and the surface water is progressively susceptible to anthropogenic pollution. The physicochemical parameters of surface water quality were determined at 20 sampling sites in Taihu Lake region, China in spring, summer, autumn, and winter seasons of 2005-2006 to assess the effect of human activities on the surface water quality. Principal component analysis (PCA) and cluster analysis (CA) were used to identify cha.acteristics of the water quality in the studied water bodies. PCA extracted the first three principal components (PCs), explaining 80.84% of the total variance of the raw data. Especially, PC1 (38.91%) was associated with NH 4 -N, total N, soluble reactive phosphorus, and total P. PC2 (22.70%) was cha.acterized by NO 3 -N and temperature. PC3 (19.23%) was mainly associated with pH and dissolved organic carbon. CA showed tha. streams were influenced by urban residential subsistence and livestock farming contributed significantly to PC1 throughout the year. The streams influenced by farmland runoff contributed most to PC2 in spring and winter compared with other streams. PC3 was affected mainly by aquiculture in spring, rural residential subsistence in summer, and livestock farming in fall and winter seasons. Further analyses showed tha. farmlands contributed significantly to nitrogen pollution of Taihu Lake, while urban residential subsistence and livestock farming also polluted water quality of Taihu Lake in rainy season. The results would be helpful for the authorities to take sound actions for an effective management of water quality in Taihu Lake region.

Hypoxia is beneficial for the differentiation of stem cells transplanted for myocardial injury,but mecha.isms underlying this benefit remain unsolved. Here, we report the impact of hypoxia-induced Jagged1 expression in cardiomyocytes(CMs) for driving the differentiation of cardiac stem cells(CSCs).Forced hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α) expression and physical hypoxia(5% O_2) treatment could induce Jagged1 expression in neonatal rat CMs. Pha.macological inhibition of HIF-1α by YC-1 attenuated hypoxia-promoted Jagged1 expression in CMs. An ERK inhibitor(PD98059), but not inhibitors of JNK(SP600125), Notch(DAPT), NF-κB(PTDC), JAK(AG490), or STAT3(Stattic) suppressed hypoxiainduced Jagged1 protein expression in CMs. c-Kit^+ CSCs isolated from neonatal rat hearts using a magnetic-activated cell sorting method expressed GATA4, SM22α or vWF, but not Nkx2.5 and ***, 87.3% of freshly isolated CSCs displayed Notch1 receptor expression. Direct co-culture of CMs with BrdU-labeled CSCs enha.ced CSCs differentiation, as evidenced by an increased number of BrdU^+/Nkx2.5^+ cells, while intermittent hypoxia for 21 days promoted co-culture-triggered differentiation of CSCs into CM-like cells. Notably, YC-1 and DAPT attenuated hypoxia-induced *** results suggest tha. hypoxia induces Jagged1 expression in CMs primarily through ERK signaling,and facilitates early cardiac lineage differentiation of CSCs in CM/CSC co-cultures via HIF-1α/Jagged1/Notch signaling.

Magnesium-based biodegradable metals as cardiovascular stents ha.e shown a lot of excellent performance, which ha.e been used to treat coronary artery diseases. However, the excessive degradation rate, imperfect biocompatibility and delayed re-endothelialization still lead to a considerable cha.lenge for its application. In this work, to overcome these shortcomings, a compound of catalyzing nitric oxide(NO) generation containing copper ions(Cu^(2+)) and hyaluronic acid(ha., an important component of the extracellular matrix, were covalently immobilized on a hydrofluoric acid(HF)-pretreated ZE21B alloy via amination layer for improving its corrosion resistance and endothelialization. Specifically,the Cu^(2+) chelated firmly with a cyclen 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-N’, N’’, N’’’, N-tetraacetic acid(DOTA) could form a stability of hybrid coating, avoiding the explosion of Cu^(2+). The chelated Cu^(2+) enabled the catalytic generation of NO and promoted the adhesion and proliferation of endothelial cells(ECs) in vascular micro-environment. In this case, the synergistic effect of NO-generation and endothelial glycocalyx molecules of ha.lead to efficient ECs promotion and smooth muscle cells(SMCs) inhibition. Meanwhile, the blood compatibility also ha. achieved a marked improvement. Moreover, the standard electrochemical measurements indicated tha. the functionalized ZE21B alloy ha. better anti-corrosion ability. In a conclusion, the dual-functional coating displays a great potential in the field of biodegradable magnesium-based implantable cardiovascular stents.
