In the context of globa. wa.ming,the extreme summer precipita.ion over the Tibeta. Pla.ea.(TP)ha. cha.ged *** this study,the summer(June–a.gust)extreme precipita.ion on the TP wa. cla.sified into three spa.ia. types by a.plying the K-mea.s clustering method to the Third Pole Region long time-series high-resolution(1/30°)precipita.ion da.a.et(TPHi Pr,1979–2020).The cha.a.teristics of the circula.ion a.oma.ies a.d precursors corresponding to the extreme precipita.ion on the TP in summer during 1979–2020 were *** results showed tha. the summer extreme precipita.ion of the TP ca. be ca.egorized into northwestern(NW),southea.tern(SE),a.d southern Hima.a.a.(HS)types ba.ed on extreme precipita.ion *** NW a.d SE types a.e ma.nly influenced by a.oma.ous signa.s in the mid-to-high la.itude regions upstrea. of them,wherea. the HS type is controlled by the loca.ized subtropica. a.oma.ous *** the 8th da. before the onset of the NW type,a. a.oma.ous cyclone wa. observed in the western a.la.tic Ocea.(60°W,50°N),which triggered the west-to-ea.t qua.i-la.itudina. propa.a.ion of Rossby *** the onset da. of the NW type,the upper troposphere showed positive-nega.ive-positive geopotentia. height a.oma.ies a.ong the la.itudina. 40°N from the Ca.pia. In this pa.er, the optima. va.ia.iona. genera.ized Na.h equilibrium(v-GNE) seeking problem in merely monotone ga.es with linea.ly coupled cost functions is investiga.ed, in which the fea.ible stra.egy doma.n of ea.h a.ent is coupled through a. a.fine constra.nt. a.distributed a.gorithm ba.ed on the hybrid steepest descent method is first proposed to seek the optima. v-GNE. Then, a. a.celera.ed a.gorithm with rela.a.ion is proposed a.d a.a.yzed, which ha. the potentia. to further improve the convergence speed to the optima. v-GNE. Some sufficient conditions in both a.gorithms a.e obta.ned to ensure the globa. convergence towa.ds the optima. v-GNE.
