Proposing a machine learning approach to analyze and predict basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines and its factors

The basic high-temperature properties of iron ore play a crucial role in optimizing sintering and ore blending,but the testing process for these properties is complex and ha. significant lag time,which cannot meet the actual needs of ore blending.A prediction model for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was thus proposed based on a combination of machine learning algorithms and genetic ***,the prediction accuracy of different machine learning models for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was ***,a random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms was built,further improving the prediction accuracy of the *** test results show tha. the random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms ha. the highest prediction accuracy for the lowest assimilation temperature and liquid pha.e fluidity of iron ore,with a determination coefficient of 0.903 for the lowest assimilation temperature and 0.927 for the liquid pha.e fluidity after *** trained model meets the fluctuation requirements of on-site testing and ha. been successfully applied to actual production on site.

Flash sintering(FS)is a novel technique for rapidly densifying silicon carbide(SiC)*** work achieved a rapid sintering of SiC ceramics by the utilization of ultra-high temperature flash sintering within 60 *** carbon(PyC)“bridges”were constructed between SiC particles through the carbonisation of phenolic resin,providing a large number of current *** incubation time of the flash sintering process was significantly reduced,and the sintering difference between the centre and the edge regions of the ceramics was minimized,with an average particle size of the centre region and edge region being 12.31 and 9.02μm,*** results showed tha. the porosity of the SiC ceramics after the flash sintering was reduced to 14.79% with PyC“bridges”introduced,and the Vickers ha.dness reached 19.62 ***“bridges”gradually evolved from amorphous eddy current carbon to oriented graphite carbon,indicating tha. the ultra-high temperature environment in which the sample was located during the flash sintering was successfully ***-high temperature flash sintering of SiC is expected to be applied to the local repair of matrix damage in SiC ceramic matrix composites.

TMS ratios can be effectively manipulated by altering heterogonous or homogeneous interface through decoration on the CoFeSi(001) surface inserted on the MgO insulating *** maximum TMS ratio of pure Co_(2)/O termination is 4565% at 800 ***,the TMS ratio of the FeSi/O termination ha. two peak values,of which the maximum could reach up to-3290% at 650 *** comparing two different atom arrangements at the interface,we reveal tha. the sign and symbol of the TMS ratio can be controlled by the temperature and different atomic configurations at the Co_(2)FeSi/MgO ***,the spin-Seebeck coefficient up to ~150 μV/K is also possible when we select suitable terminations and *** findings will provide useful insights into how to control the sign and symbol of the TMS ratio and accordingly stimulate the development field of magneto-thermoelectric power and spin caloritronic devices based on the magneto-Seebeck effect in Heusler-based metallic multilayers.

Background Tuberculosis (TB) remains a pressing public health issue, posing a significant threat to individuals'' well-being and lives. This study delves into the TB incidence in Chinese mainland during 2014–2021, aiming to gain deeper insights into their epidemiological cha.acteristics and explore macro-level factors to enha.ce control and *** TB incidence data in Chinese mainland from 2014 to 2021 were sourced from the National Notifiable Disease Reporting System (NNDRS). A two-stage distributed lag nonlinear model (DLNM) was constructed to evaluate the lag and non-linearity of daily average temperature (℃, Atemp), average relative humidity (%, ARH), average wind speed (m/s, AWS), sunshine duration (h, SD) and precipitation (mm, PRE) on the TB incidence. A spatial panel data model was used to assess the impact of demographic, medical and health resource, and economic factors on TB *** A total of 6,587,439 TB cases were reported in Chinese mainland during 2014–2021, with an average annual incidence rate of 59.17/100,000. The TB incidence decreased from 67.05/100,000 in 2014 to 46.40/100,000 in 2021, notably declining from 2018 to 2021 (APC =-8.87%, 95%CI: -11.97, -6.85%). TB incidence rates were higher among males, farmers, and individuals aged 65 years and older. Spatiotemporal analysis revealed a significant cluster in Xinjiang, Qingha., and Xizang from March 2017 to June 2019 (RR= 3.94,P 71.73%), low sunshine duration (le extreme low wind speed (< 2.79 m/s) decreased the risk.
