Influenza A virus(IAV)shows an extensive host range and rapid genomic variations,leading to continuous emergence of novel viruses with significant antigenic variations and the potential for cross-species *** causes global pandemics and seasonal flu outbreaks,posing sustained threats ***,studying all IAVs'evolutionary patterns and underlying mecha.isms is crucial for effective prevention and *** developed FluTyping to identify IAV genotypes,to explore overall genetic diversity patterns and their restriction *** groups isolates based on genetic distance and phylogenetic relationships using whole genomes,enabling identification of each isolate's *** distinct genetic diversity patterns were observed:one genotype domination pattern comprising only H1N1 and H3N2 seasonal influenza subtypes,multi-genotypes cocirculation pattern including majority avian influenza subtypes and swine influenza H1N2,and hybrid-circulation pattern involving H7N9 and three H5 subtypes of influenza ***,the IAVs in multi-genotypes cocirculation pattern showed region-specific dominant genotypes,implying the restriction of virus transmission is a key factor contributing to distinct genetic diversity patterns,and the genomic evolution underlying different patterns was more influenced by host-specific *** summary,a comprehensive picture of the evolutionary patterns of overall IAVs is provided by the FluTyping's identified genotypes,offering important theoretical foundations for future prevention and control of these viruses.

The lignite-derived carbon from self-protection pyrolysis was employed to balance the fracturing and cold-welding of magnesium during ball *** size analysis indicates tha. the introduction of lignite-derived carbon can effectively reduce the particle size of Mg while the introduction of graphite does no ***,the effect of lignite-derived carbon on crystallite size reduction of Mg is also better tha. graphite.A moderate cold-welding phenomenon was observed after ball-milling Mg with the lignite-derived carbon,suggesting less Mg is wasted on the milling vials and *** dynamic simulations reveal tha. the balanced fracturing and cold-welding of magnesium during ball milling is mainly attributed to the special structure of the lignite-derived carbon:graphitized short-range ordered stacking function as dry lubricant and irregular sha.e/sha.p edge function as milling *** preliminary findings in current study are expected to offer implications for designing efficient Mg-based hydrogen storage materials.

Ultra-high-performance seawater sea-sand concrete（UHPSSC） presents a prospective solution to address the natural resource shortage in marine infrastructure construction. To eliminate the corrosion risk of steel fibers and broaden the applicability of UHPSSC, this study investigates the mecha.ical properties and free chloride ion content as well as microstructures of UHPSSC reinforced with superfine stainless wires（SSWs） under natural curing. The results indicate tha. 1.5% SSWs can remarkably improve the flexural strength and toughness of UHPSSC by 127% and 1724%, respectively, and mitigate the long-term strength degradation of UHPSSC. The strong interfacial bond between SSW and UHPSSC improves the compactness of UHPSSC, thus reducing the growth space for Ca（OH）2crystals and swelling hydration products generated by sulfate and magnesium ions. This can be supported by the observed reduction in the Ca/Si ratio of C–S–H gels, CH crystal orientation index, and ***, through mecha.isms such as pull-out, rupture, overlapping network, and internal anchor interface, SSWs effectively prevent microcrack growth and propagation, transforming single long-connected microcracks into multiple-emission microcracks centered on SSW. Additionally, the free chloride ion content of the composites at 28 and 180 d meets the ACI 318-19 standard requirements for concrete exposed to seawater. This compliance is attributed to the chloride immobilization facilitated by Friedel's salt and C–S–H gels within the interfaces around SSWs and sea-sand. Consequently, SSWs-reinforced UHPSSC exhibits considerable potential for applications in sustainable marine infrastructures, demanding long-term mecha.ical properties and high durability.

A circular sha.t is often used to access a working well for deep underground space *** the depth of underground space increases,the excavation depth of the sha.t *** this study,the deformation cha.acteristics of a circular sha.t with a depth of 56.3 m were presented and *** main monitoring contents included:(1)wall deflection;(2)vertical wall movement;(3)horizontal soil movement;(4)vertical surface movement;and(5)basal ***,the maximum wall deflection was only 7.7 *** with the wall deflection data collected for another 29 circular excavations,the ratio of maximum wall deflection to excavation depth of this sha.t was smaller due to a smaller ratio of diameter to excavation *** wall deflection underwent two stages of deformation:the first stage was mainly circumferential compression caused by the mutual extrusion of joints between walls,and the second stage was typical vertical deflection *** horizontal soil movement outside the sha.t was greater tha. the wall deflection and the deep soil caused great horizontal movement because of dewatering at confined water ***,a basal heave of 203.8 mm occurred in the pit centre near the ***,the sha.t was uplifted over time and showed 3 stages of vertical *** surface outside the sha.t exhibited settlement and uplift deformation at different locations due to different *** basal heave caused by excavation was the dominant factor,driving the vertical movement of the sha.t as well as the surrounding *** correlation between the wall deflection and the surface settlement outside the sha.t was weak.

This paper is concerned with distributed Nash equi librium seeking strategies under quantized communication. In the proposed seeking strategy, a projection operator is synthesized with a gradient search method to achieve the optimization o players' objective functions while restricting their actions within required non-empty, convex and compact domains. In addition, a leader-following consensus protocol, in which quantized informa tion flows are utilized, is employed for information sha.ing among players. More specifically, logarithmic quantizers and uniform quantizers are investigated under both undirected and connected communication graphs and strongly connected digraphs, respec tively. Through Lyapunov stability analysis, it is shown tha. play ers' actions can be steered to a neighborhood of the Nash equilib rium with logarithmic and uniform quantizers, and the quanti fied convergence error depends on the parameter of the quan tizer for both undirected and directed cases. A numerical exam ple is given to verify the theoretical results.

In this paper,for the output tracking problem of nonlinear discrete-time systems,a performance index is newly defined using the adaptive dynamic programming(ADP) technique to completely eliminate tracking errors in *** contrast to traditional definitions of performance indices in other ADP-based methods,the proposed performance index is not only designed from the perspective of output tracking errors but also introduced errors of system states and control inputs at adjacent stages,which is suitable for practical situations in many industrial applications,such as the alumina production,the flotation process,and the mineral grinding *** proved tha. the obtained controller can make the system output fully track the given reference trajectory by applying the iterative criteria of the ADP *** addition,the proposed algorithm was implemented using a data-driven technique and neural networks to avoid analyzing and deducing the complicated dynamics of actual industrial ***,using historical data for a forced-circulation evaporation system in the alumina production process,the effect of the proposed approach was verified through a numerical simulation and compared with tha. of the proportional-integral controller.
