越南ha Noi市土地利用变化分析

采用LUCC单一动态度、综合动态度模型和LUCC转移矩阵分析研究了越南ha Noi市2000—2010年的LUCC空间格局变化,土地利用动态变化。分析结果表明:在2000—2010年内,haNoi市土地利用变化较大,其中专用设施用地面积由于转移到居住用地等各种土地而减少,农业产业用地面积变化最大也最活跃,林业用地、未利用土地是减少,而其他农业用地、水产地、居住用地、信仰-宗教用地、坟地、水域、其他非农业用地出现了增长;从土地利用综合动态度来看,2000—2005年的土地利用的综合动态度比2005—2010年活跃,具体2000—2005年ha Noi市LUCC综合利用年变化率为0.824 6%;2005—2010年LUCC综合利用年变化率为0.597 81%。

Treatment 2.0 Pilot in Vietnam—Early Progress and Challenges

Announced in 2010 at the International AIDS Conference in Vienna and pioneered by the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) and the World Health Organization's (WHO) leadership at the global level, Treatment 2.0 is a new approach to the HIV response that encourages innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. Building upon WHO and UNAIDS' '3 by 5' Initiative, Treatment 2.0 focuses upon scale-up and universal access of life-saving ART treatment through strategic investments and innovations in five priority pillars that include: 1) Optimize drug regimens, 2) Provide point-of-care (POC) and other simplified diagnostic and monitoring tools, 3) Reduce costs, 4) Adapt service delivery, and 5) Mobilize communities [1-3]. The Treatment 2.0 approach is in line with UNAIDS' 2011-2015 Strategy: Getting to Zero with the vision of, 'Zero New infections;Zero discrimination;and Zero AIDS-related deaths', and as well as the four strategic directions for the health sector response outlined under WHO's Global Health Sector Strategy on HIV/AIDS 2011-2015 [4,5]. At the Sixty-fourth World Health Assembly (Wha) in May 2011, it was formally announced that Vietnam has taken the leadership to pilot Treatment 2.0 in two of its provinces, with support from both the WHO and UNAIDS country offices [6,7]. Given that Vietnam is one of the few countries with a concentrated epidemic to pilot Treatment 2.0, the outcomes and experiences of this initiative can provide valuable insight to other countries who may consider implementation. The objectives of this article are therefore to: 1) Describe the early process for translating Treatment 2.0 concept in Vietnam's context;and 2) Highlight early progress and challenges.

A novel injectable hydrogel that was synthesized by in situ crosslinking of hyaluronan and polyvinyl phosphonic acid was proposed in this study. Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR) analysis, scanning electron microscope (SEM), pH measurement, and biodegradation test were used to confirm its characteristics. The results permitted to prove successful crosslinking, observe the inner morphology of hydrogel and pore sizes distribution, and determine the decomposition of hydrogel components during incubation time. Result of pH measurement showed that the pH scale of hydrogel decreased when volume of PVPA increased. As a consequence, it affected the cytotoxicity value, cell proliferation, and cell growth behaviors of each hydrogel. Optical microscope observation showed that chondroblasts cell proliferated well on ha-PVPA hydrogel. Therefore, these results suggest that the new injectable hydrogel is appropriate for bone/cartilage regeneration applications.

The BR （Ba River） basin is one of 9 main river basins in Vietnam. In the past 20 years, natural hazards such as flood andinundation have been complex and increased dramatically in both frequency and intensity in the BR basin. Recently, there have beenapproximately 198 large and small operating reservoirs which lead to increase natural hazards in the river basin. An Khe reservoir,one of big reservoirs in the upstream of the Ba river, impacts significantly on flooding in the downstream. This paper useshydrological model to simulate the flows as a basic for the safety operation of An Khe reservoir in order to prevent the downstreamfloods. The results indicate the Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient higher than 0.8 is stable and reliable parameter.

Analytical Results of Cam Ranh-Tuy Phong Fault Characteristics and Its Relation to Mud Eruption in Nam Trung Bo Area, Viet Nam

By analyzing the satellite images, topology map, geology map, geomorphology map, and field survey data, this study has determined the Cam Ranh-Tuy Phong fault in the South Central area, Viet Nam has NE-SW orientation and inclines to SE with high slope angle of 70-80°. During the Pliocene-Quaternary period, the Cam Ranh-Tuy Phong fault is left-lateral movement with the extension mechanisms, which formed the graben have an NE-SW orientation, deposited by Quaternary sediment. The fracture systems and fault are the channels for the mineral water and hot water to move up from the deep zone in the area of Cam Thinh Dong, ha Nhi, Vinh hao, Nha Me, Tuy Thinh..., and also to be the channels for the mud material, clay and underground water to move from below zone to the surface to form high mud mounds. The analytical results of clay mud have identified clay mineral composition to be main montmorilonit, illite, kaolinite, calcite, chlorite. The occurrence of montmorilonit minerals in this study area is characterized by the alkali-rich environment. The chemical composition of calcite is determined forming in the environment of with pH 〉 9, characterized by the add climates. Besides, other analytical results of clay mud also identified some minerals, such as： ankerite （Fe, Mg）CO3, calcite and some accessory minerals such as： fluorite, lepidocrokit with the participation hydrothermal process.

Antibacterial and Antioxidant Activity of Rhodomyrtus Tomentosa and Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Crude Extracts

The aim of this study was to investigate the extraction method for ***mentosa and *** leaves and the evaluation of antibacterial and antioxidant activities of crude *** results of the study showed that the active ingredients of crude extracts were clearly separated by Thin-layer chromatography and the presence of rhodomyrtone in *** crude extract and cinnamaldehyde in *** crude ex*** crude extract was antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus with 13.1 mm of inhibition zone,but is not effective against Salmonella *** leaf extract did not show antibacterial activity on both *** and *** a dilution of 1/2 of the *** crude extract can completely inhibit *** *** study also indicated the presence of antioxidant compounds such as flavonoids,tannins,phenols and terpenoids in *** and *** crude *** results showed that *** and *** crude extracts should be used as a biotherapy alternative to antibiotic ***,further study would be needed to investigate the antibacterial activity of crude extracts in vivo.

Effects of Foods on Maturity and Spawning Induction Methods on Ovulation of Rice Field Eel Monopterus albus(Zuiew,1793)in Thua Thien Hue Province,Vietnam

Adult rice field eels with 125.52±27.99 g body weight corresponding to 44.79±5.93 cm in length were maturity cultured in a 5 m^2 cement tank without mud for three months with density 30 eels/m^*** broodstocks were fed with three types of food including:sea fish(T1),commercial pellet food(T2)and mixed food—50%sea fish and 50%commercial pellet food(T3).Result showed that the maximum gonadosomatic index(GSI)of female eels fed by sea fish(2.89%±0.67%)was higher than both commercial pellet food(1.62%±0.62%)and mixed food(2.03%±0.82%)(P0.05).Maturity rate of female fed by sea fish(88.91%±9.64%)was higher than commercial pellet food(61.12%±9.64%)(P0.05).*** eels were induced for spawning with two kinds of hormones,including T1:human chorionic ganadotropin(HCG)at 1,500 IU/kg,T2:luteinzing hormone-releasing hormone(LHRH-a)at 150μg/kg and domperidon 10 mg/kg,and T3:control without *** results of spawning induction methods showed that the reproduction rate of female eels induced by LHRH-a and HCG hormones were higher than that by natural reproduction method(Phan both using LHRH-a(67.77%±1.91%)and HCG(68.65%±1.23%)hormones(Phatched eels was 1.72±0.19 cm.

The Red-Thai Binh River system is an important water resource to the Northern Delta, serving the development of agriculture, people’s livelihood and other economic sectors through its upstream reservoirs and a system of water abstraction works along the rivers. However, due to the impact of climate change and pressure from socio-economic development, the operation of the reservoir system according to Decision No. 740/QD-TTg was issued on June 17, 2019 by the Prime Minister of Government promulgating the Red-Thai Binh River system inter-reservoir operation rules (Operation rules 740) has some shortcomings that need adjustments for higher water use efficiency, meeting downstream water demand and power generation benefits. Through the results of water balance calculation and analysis of economic benefits from water use scenarios, this research proposed adjustment to the inter-reservoir operation during dry season in the Red River system. The result showed that an average water level of 1.0 - 1.7 m should be maintained at hanoi during the increased release period.

Comparative Analysis on Fruit Qualities of 7 Litchi Varieties from Vietnam

[Objective] The aim was to screen litchi varieties suitable for local production in Vietnam. [Method] The fruit botanical and quality characteristics of the seven litchi varieties introduced into Northern Mountainous Agriculture and Forestry Science Institute of Vietnam Academy of Agriculture Sciences were compared and analyzed. [Result] Three varieties with good general qualities including Lai Phu Ho,Thach Binh and Hung Long which were suitable to be cultivated in the local area were selected. In addition,Phu Dong was the available,early-maturing germplasm resource. [Conclusion] This research will provide reference for litchi production and breeding in northern mountainous area.
