Detecting light from a wealth of physical degrees of freedom(e.***.wavelength,intensity,polarization state,phase,etc)enables the acquirement of more comprehensive information.In the past two decades,low-dimensional van der Waals materials(vdWMs)have established themselves as transformative building blocks toward lensless polarization optoelectronics,which is highly beneficial for optoelectronic system miniaturization.This review provides a comprehensive overview on the recent development of low-dimensional vdWM polarized photodetectors.To begin with,the exploitation of pristine 1D/2D vdWMs with immanent in-plane anisotropy and related heterostructures for filterless polarization-sensitive photodetectors is introduced.Then,we have systematically epitomized the various strategies to induce polarization photosensitivity and enhance the degree of anisotropy for low-dimensional vdWM photodetectors,including quantum tailoring,construction of core–shell structures,rolling engineering,ferroelectric regulation,strain engineering,etc,with emphasis on the fundamental physical principles.Following that,the ingenious optoelectronic applications based on the low-dimensional vdWM polarized photodetectors,including multiplexing optical communications and enhanced-contrast imaging,have been presented.In the end,the current challenges along with the future prospects of this burgeoning research field have been underscored.On the whole,the review depicts a fascinating landscape for the next-generation high-integration multifunctional optoelectronic systems.

Decitabine induces IRF7-mediated immune responses in p53-mutated triple-negative breast cancer:a clinical and translational study

p53 is mutated in half of cancer cases.However,no p53-targeting drugs have been approved.Here,we reposition decitabine for triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC),a subtype with frequent p53 mutations and extremely poor prognosis.In a retrospective study on tissue microarrays with 132 TNBC cases,DNMT1 overexpression was associated with p53 mutations(P=0.037)and poor overall survival(OS)(P=0.010).In a prospective DEciTabinE and Carboplatin in TNBC(DETECT)trial(NCT03295552),decitabine with carboplatin produced an objective response rate(ORR)of 42%in 12 patients with stage IV TNBC.Among the 9 trialed patients with available TP53 sequencing results,the 6 patients with p53 mutations had higher ORR(3/6 vs.0/3)and better OS(16.0 vs.4.0 months)than the patients with wild-type p53.In a mechanistic study,isogenic TNBC cell lines harboring DETECT-derived p53 mutations exhibited higher DNMT1 expression and decitabine sensitivity than the cell line with wild-type p53.In the DETECT trial,decitabine induced strong immune responses featuring the striking upregulation of the innate immune player IRF7 in the p53-mutated TNBC cell line(upregulation by 16-fold)and the most responsive patient with TNBC.Our integrative studies reveal the potential of repurposing decitabine for the treatment of p53-mutated TNBC and suggest IRF7 as a potential biomarker for decitabine-based treatments.

Ion diffusion-induced double layer doping toward stable and efficient perovskite solar cells

The perovskite layer,electron transport layer(ETL)and their interface are closely associated with carrier transport and extraction,which possess a pronounced effect on current density.Consequently,the dissatisfactory electric properties of functional layers pose a serious challenge for maximizing the thermodynamic potential of current density of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,we report an ion diffusion-induced double layer doping strategy for efficient and stable PSCs,where LiOH is directly added into SnO_(2)colloidal dispersion solution.It is uncovered that a small amount of Li+ions remain in the ETL and doped SnO2 while a large amount of Li+ions diffuse to SnO_(2)/perovskite interface and into perovskite layer and gradient concentration distribution is spontaneously formed.The Li+ion doping endows both perovskite and SnO_(2)layers improved electric properties,which contributes to facilitated carrier transport and extraction.Moreover,the crystallinity and grain size of perovskite films are enhanced after doping.The doped device delivers a higher power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 21.31%together with improved ambient stability in comparison with the control device(PCE=19.26%).This work demonstrates a simple and effective ion diffusion-induced double layer by chemical doping strategy to advance the development of perovskite photovoltaics.

Apigenin ameliorates imiquimod-induced psoriasis in C57BL/6J mice by inactivating STAT3 and NF-κB

Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune disease featured by patches on the skin.It is caused by malfunction of immune cells and keratinocytes with inflammation as one of its key features.Apigenin(API)is a natural flavonoid with anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory properties.Therefore,we speculated that API can ameliorate psoriasis,and determined its effect on the development of psoriasis by using imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis mouse model.Our results showed that API attenuated IMQ-induced phenotypic changes,such as erythema,scaling and epidermal thickening,and improved splenic hyperplasia.Abnormal differentiation of immune cells was restored in API-treated mice.Mechanistically,we revealed that API is a key regulator of signal transducer activator of transcription 3(STAT3).API regulated immune responses by reducing interleukin-23(IL-23)/STAT3/IL-17A axis.Moreover,it suppressed IMQ-caused cell hyperproliferation by inactivating STAT3 through regulation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)pathway.Furthermore,API reduced expression of inflammatory cytokines through inactivation of NF-κB.Taken together,our study demonstrates that API can ameliorate psoriasis and may be considered as a strategy for psoriasis treatment.

A method for detecting two-dimensional plane stress distribution in basin-type insulator based on critically refracted longitudinal wave

Basin-type insulator often has small cracks due to stress concentration.The current method cannot accurately reflect the stress condition of the insulator to find the stress concentration areas.To solve these problems,a method for detecting two-dimensional plane stress(δ_(1) andδ_(2))within different depth ranges in a basin-type insulator is proposed based on critically refracted longitudinal(LCR)wave.First,the acoustoelastic equation characterising the relationship between the variation of LCR wave propagation time and the plane stress was derived.Next,the propagation characteristics of LCR wave in epoxy resin samples were investigated.Then,the stress distribution within different depth ranges of the insulator subjected to hydraulic load was measured using the proposed method,including direction(θ),δ_(1) andδ_(2).The results show that the magnitude of the stress alone cannot accurately characterise the stress state.Points with equal distances to the centre have similar stress magnitudes,but their directions are not the same.With increasing depth,θremains essentially unchanged at the same location,whileδ1 andδ2 decrease,and the rate of decrease varies at different locations.Comparing the measured and simulated data,the results showed that they were in good agreement,and the maximum errors of stress value andθwere 0.69 MPa and 2.97°,respectively,which confirmed the feasibility and accuracy of the stress detection in the proposed method.

Gout is a common rheumatism and its long-term recurrent attacks can cause joint destruction and deformity,even disability,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Chinese medicine plays a unique advantage in the treatment and rehabilitation of gout.To further standardize the diagnosis and treatment of gout with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine issued the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Gout with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in August 2021.Expert recommendations were made on the etiology and pathogenesis;diagnosis and classification standards;patient health management;and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,prevention,and nursing of gout.This article interprets the guidelines from the nursing point of view,focusing on the detailed explanation of diet care,functional exercise,and appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine for gout,in order to provide better clinical reference for high-quality nursing services for gout patients.

Dissolved nitrous oxide and emission relating to denitrification across the Poyang Lake aquatic continuum

Most aquatic ecosystems contribute elevated N2 O to atmosphere due to increasing anthropogenic nitrogen loading. To further understand the spatial heterogeneity along an aquatic continuum from the upriver to wetland to lake to downriver, the study was conducted on spatial variations in N2 O emission along Poyang Lake aquatic continuum during the flood season from 15 July 2013 to 10 August 2013. The results showed the N2 O concentrations, the ratio of N2O/dinitrogen（N2） gases production, N2 O emission and denitrification rates ranged from 0.10 to 1.11 μg N/L,- 0.007% to 0.051%,- 9.73 to 127 μg N/m2/hr and 1.33 × 104to31.9 × 104μg N2/m2/hr, respectively, across the continuum. The average N2 O concentrations,the ratio of N2O/N2 and N2O emission was significantly lower in wetlands as compared to the rivers and lake（p 〈 0.01）. The significantly high denitrification rate and low N2 O emission together highlighted that most N2 O can be converted into N2 via near complete denitrification in the Poyang Lake wetlands. Our study suggests that the wetlands might impact N2 O budget in an integrated aquatic ecosystems. Moreover, N2 O emission from different aquatic ecosystem should be considered separately when quantifying the regional budget in aquatic ecosystem.

Inorganic lead-free cesium copper chlorine nanocrystal for highly efficient and stable warm white light-emitting diodes

Inorganic cesium lead halide(CsPbX_(3), X=Cl, Br, I) nanocrystals(NCs) attract extensive attention because of their excellent optoelectronic performance. However, the classic CsPbX_(3) NCs suffer from toxicity and instability, which impede their further applications in commercial fields. Here the inorganic lead-free cesium copper chlorine NCs are synthesized by a facile hot-injection method. The blue-emission 3D CsCu_(2)Cl_(3) and green-emission 0DCs_(3)Cu_(2)Cl_(5) NCs are prepared at 70℃ and 120℃, respectively, suggesting that the reaction temperature may account for the final components. Owing to the self-trapped exciton effect, the unique optical properties, such as high photoluminescence(PL) quantum yield, broadband emission, large Stokes shift, and long PL decay time, are demonstrated for both cesium copper chlorine NCs. Moreover, highly efficient and stable warm white light-emitting diodes are fabricated with CsCu_(2)Cl_(3) and Cs_(3)Cu_(2)Cl_(5) NCs. The study highlights the promising potential for lead-free cesium copper chlorine nanocrystals in nontoxic solid-state lighting applications.

城市轨道交通站点地区兼具“节点”和“场所”双重特征,通过回溯和系统梳理“节点-场所”模型提出及发展演变历程,深度剖析该模型应用拓展和发展脉络,将其分为“模型提出与完善、与TOD交叉融合、三维拓展”3个阶段,并对其应用和优化拓展方向进行讨论和反思。研究认为,源于欧洲城市再开发背景下提出的“节点-场所”模型具有定量分析优势和弹性评估框架,国内外学界从最初的单纯描述发展到站点分类和预测,逐步发展研究对城市再开发的推动作用,并与TOD理念进行互补和联动,但该模型在我国本土化应用实践中还需要继续加强国内城市站点地区持续性跟踪实证研究,应重视实地数据调研和网络数据校核,以期更好地促进轨道交通网络和站点全面融入到城市更新过程。

Highly efficient emission and high-CRI warm white light-emitting diodes from ligand-modified CsPbBr_(3) quantum dots

All-inorganic CsPbBr_(3) perovskite quantum dots(QDs)have received great attention in white light emission because of their outstanding properties.However,their practical application is hindered by poor stability.Herein,we propose a simple strategy to synthesize excellent stability and efficient emission of CsPbBr_(3) QDs by using 2-hexyldecanoic acid(DA)as a ligand to replace the regular oleic acid(OA)ligand.Thanks to the strong binding energy between DA ligand and QDs,the modified QDs not only show a high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 96%but also exhibit high stability against ethanol and water.Thereby warm white light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)are constructed by combining lig-and modified CsPbBr_(3) QDs with red AgInZnS QDs on blue emitting InGaN chips,exhibiting a color rendering index of 93,a power efficiency of 64.8 lm/W,a CIE coordinate of(0.44,0.42)and correlated color temperature value of 3018 K.In ad-dition,WLEDs based on ligand modified CsPbBr_(3) QDs also exhibit better thermal performance than that of WLEDs based on the regular CsPbBr_(3) QDs.The combination of improved efficiency and better thermal stability with high color quality indicates that the modified CsPbBr_(3) QDs are ideal for WLEDs application.
