The hydrothermal reaction of 1,2-dicyanobenzene with NaN3 in the presence of CuC12, 2,2＇-bipyridine and H2O affords a novel dinuclear copper（Ⅱ）-ditetrazolate, [Cu（bpy）- （pdtz）]2 （Hpdtz = 5,5＂-1,2-phenylene-ditetrazole, bpy = 2,2＇-bipyridine）. The pdtz ligand is generated in situ through Sharpless 2＋3 cycloaddition reaction. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P211n with a = 8.2096（16）, b = 18.580（4）, c = 11.838（2） A, β = 103.12（3）°, V = 1758.5（6） A^3, Z = 2, Mr = 863.83, Dc = 1.631 g/cm^3, F（000） = 876 and μ = 1.272 mm^-1. In this novel dinuclear structure, the pdtz ligand adopts a peculiar μ2-η1,η2 coordination mode.

The title compound, [{Na（H2O）3}2lRu（dmso）3}2（MoO4）3]·3H2O, has been obtained by the reaction of Na2MoO4·2H2O with cis-Ru（dmso）4Cl2 in aqueous solution. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group PI^- with a = 12.3333（3）, b = 12.6289（3）, c = 32.0284（14） A, α = 79.873（7）, β= 87.549（9）, γ = 64.500（4）°, V = 4429.5（2） A^3, Z = 4, Mr = 1358.85, Dc = 2.038 g/cm^3, F（000） = 2696 and μ = 1.874 mm^-1. The compound contains a novel pentanuclear triangle bipyramidal core, [{ Ru（dmso）3 } 2（MoO4）3]^2-, which consists of two { Ru（dmso）3 } ^2＋ fragments and three {μ2-MoO4}^2- units. furthermore, the dmso ligands bridge the pentanuclear [Ru2Mo3] core and two [Na（H2O）3]^＋ fragments together, forming a neutral heptanuclear ruthenium- and sodiumcontaining polyoxomolybdate.

A new carboxylate-phosphonate, [Zn3（O3PCH（CH3）COO）2（H2O）] 1, has been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal technique and characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis, elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2 1/c with a = 4.9521（5）, b = 21.953（3）, c = 13.2266（18） A, β = 100.704（2）°, V= 1412.9（3） A3, Z= 4, Mr = 516.19, Dc= 2.427 g/cm^3, F（000） = 1016,μ（MoKα） = 5.332 mm^-1 and T= 293（2） K. The final R = 0.0605 and wR = 0.1354 for 2957 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. The thermogravimetric analysis （TGA） and fluorescent measurement have been done. The structure of compound 1 is a 3D open framework with 32-atom channels.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

The yangtze River is the mother river of *** promote the aquatic ecosystem protection of the great river,the Project of yangtze Fisheries Resources and Environment Investigation(2017-2021)supported by the ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,*** carried out by 24 institutes and universities that located in the yangtze River basin surveys the status of(1)fish species composition and spatial distribution,(2)current fish abundance,(3)endangered fishes,(4)yangtze finless porpoise,(5)aquatic eco-environments,(6)water-level fluctuation areas,(7)capture fisheries and recreational fisheries of the yangtze River mainstream and 10 of its main tributaries,including yalong River,heng River,min River(including Dadu River),Chishui River,Tuo River,Jialing River,wu River,Han River,Dongting Lake and Poyang *** results showed that there were 443 fish species(belonging to 163 genus,37 families,and 18 orders)before 2017,but only 323 fish species(including 15 new recorded exotic species)were recorded in the project of *** them,Cyprinus carpio,Carassius auratus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Coilia brachygnathus,Silurus asotus,Saurogobio dabryi,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Pelteobagrus nitidus,hemiculter leucisculus,Siniperca chuatsi,Coreius heterodon,Culter alburnus,Parabramis pekinensis,and Aristichthys nobilis were the dominant species across the whole yangtze River *** is estimated that there were 886 million individuals weighing 124.8 million kg,merely equivalent to 27.3%of the resources in 1950s,30.9%of the resources in 1960s,or 58.7%of the resources in *** the new list of protected fishes that recorded in the yangtze River system,only 15 of 29 were collected in this project of *** gladius has been affirmed to be Extinct by International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN).The wild individuals of Tenualosa reevesii and luciobrama macrocephalus have disappeared for many years and maybe have been extinct

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(iCCA)can originate from the large bile duct group(segment bile ducts and area bile ducts),small bile duct group(septal bile ducts and interlobular bile ducts),and terminal bile duct group(bile ductules and canals of hering)of the intrahepatic biliary tree,which can be histopathological corresponding to large duct type iCCA,small duct type iCCA and iCCA with ductal plate malformation pattern,and cholangiolocarcinoma,*** challenge in pathological diagnosis of above subtypes of iCCA falls in the distinction of cellular morphologies,tissue structures,growth patterns,invasive behaviors,immunophenotypes,molecular mutations,and surgical *** these reasons,this expert consensus provides nine recommendations as a reference for standardizing and refining the diagnosis of pathological subtypes of iCCA,mainly based on the 5th edition of the World health Organization Classification of Tumours of the Digestive System.

原发性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)中少见但至关重要的危重出血事件,给患者的预后、生活质量和治疗决策带来严重影响。尽管有一些研究探讨了ITP中与危重出血相关的风险因素,但目前尚缺乏大样本数据、大规模多中心研究结果以及针对ITP患者致命出血事件的预测模型。本研究首次采用国际血栓与止血学会新提出的ITP致命出血标准,利用大样本数据开发了首个基于机器学习的在线应用,用于预测ITP患者的致命出血.研究中,我们使用中国各地大型多中心数据进行开发,并对全国39家医疗中心进行为期一年的外部测试,得到了较好的训练、验证和测试数据集预测能力该基于新算法的便捷网络工具能够快速识别ITP患者的出血风险,辅助临床决策,有望未来降低不良事件的发生。
