基于标定直接吸收光谱方法的近红外乙烯检测

实现乙烯气体(C_(2)H_(4))实时在线精确检测对石油化工、煤矿等行业安全具有重要意义,但是C_(2)H_(4)在近红外波段的谱线强度信息不明确,具有谱带吸收特征,且与CH4有明显的混叠干扰,因此对其浓度进行精确检测是目前激光吸收光谱测量面临的共性技术难题。将波长调制光谱中的标定方法与直接吸收光谱相结合,提出了一种适用于C_(2)H_(4)气体检测的标定直接吸收光谱法(CDAS)。该方法不需要激光吸收光谱反演过程中的确切谱线强度信息,并克服了波长调制光谱在测量过程中出现的非线性效应。为了避免特定工况(如煤矿)中CH_(4)的干扰,实验装置采用了高精度压强控制系统,并且在100 mbar(1 bar=105 Pa)稳定压强下实现了CH_(4)和C_(2)H_(4)混叠光谱的分离。实验过程中对1626 nm附近的CH_(4)和C_(2)H_(4)仿真和实测吸收光谱进行了分析,确定了C2H4的标定光谱范围,进而验证了该方法在体积分数低于100×10^(-6)的范围内,对C2H4气体的检测误差不超过-1.47×10^(-6),并且测量体积分数与标准体积分数之间的线性拟合优度达到了0.999。对体积分数为10×10^(-6)的C2H4直接吸收光谱进行分析,以1倍信噪比对应的浓度作为检测下限进行等效计算,得到检测下限为1.38×10^(-6)。在Allan方差分析中,积分时间为77 s时检测精度达到了0.04×10^(-6)。以上实验结果充分说明了标定直接吸收光谱法能够在近红外波段实现C2H4的精确检测,并为此类气体的检测提供了一种新思路。

针对石油化工、煤矿安全等领域对气体浓度宽量程检测的需求,对波长调制光谱检测气体浓度时的非线性特征进行了研究,提出仅用波长调制方法实现气体浓度的宽动态范围测量。该方法根据激光吸收光谱技术原理,对吸收项及其泰勒展开式进行分析,在小吸收度时采用线性近似,在大吸收度时采用三次多项式近似。并且使用甲烷气体(CH_(4))作为实验对象,搭建了CH_(4)检测系统,验证了该方法在气体浓度宽量程检测方面的可行性。经过实验验证,该方法能够实现4个数量级大跨度范围(1.5×10^(-6)~10000×10^(-6))的CH_(4)检测。对阈值为1000×10^(-6)(在3 m有效光程下吸收度为0.0236)以下和以上的气体体积分数分别进行检测,反演浓度和标准浓度之间均表现出良好的相关性,拟合优度均大于0.999。另外,在吸收度大于0.0236的范围内,该方法的最大测量相对误差为0.93%,绝对误差为-92.1×10^(-6)。为了验证其稳定性,对体积分数为5000×10^(-6)(吸收度为0.118)的CH_(4)进行长时间测量,并统计其反演浓度的高斯分布,经过计算得到其半峰半宽为15.9×10^(-6)。实验证明该方法突破了传统波长调制光谱只能测量低浓度的局限,在宽量程检测中获得了良好的检测结果,为气体浓度宽量程检测提供了一种新思路,同时也大大拓宽了波长调制光谱的应用范围。

Genesis and microscopic characteristics of tight reservoirs in the Fengcheng Formation, at the southern margin of the Mahu Sag

The tight reservoirs of the Fengcheng Formation at the southern margin of the Mahu Sag have strong heterogeneity due to the diversity in their pore types, sizes, and structures. The microscopic characteristics of tight reservoirs and the mechanisms that generate them are of significance in identifying the distribution of high-quality reservoirs and in improving the prediction accuracy of sweet spots in tight oil reservoirs. In this paper, high-pressure mercury intrusion (HPMI) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiments were carried out on samples from the tight reservoirs in the study area. These experimental results were combined with cluster analysis, fractal theory, and microscopic observations to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate pore types, sizes, and structures. A classification scheme was established that divides the reservoir into four types, based on the microstructure characteristics of samples, and the genetic mechanisms that aided the development of reservoir microstructure were analyzed. The results show that the lower limit for the tight reservoir in the Fengcheng Formation is Φ of 3.5% and K of 0.03 mD. The pore throat size and distribution span gradually decrease from Type I, through Type II and Type III reservoirs to non-reservoirs, and the pore type also evolves from dominantly intergranular pores to intercrystalline pores. The structural trend shows a decrease in the ball-stick pore-throat system and an increase in the branch-like pore-throat system. The dual effects of sedimentation and diagenesis shape the microscopic characteristics of pores and throats. The sorting, roundness, and particle size of the original sediments determine the original physical properties of the reservoir. The diagenetic environment of ‘two alkalinity stages and one acidity stage’ influenced the evolution of pore type and size. Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)can be easily promoted by antibiotics,however,the structural effects of antibiotics on the proliferation of ARGs dynamic and the associated mechanisms remain obscure in,especially,activated sludge sequencing batch *** the present study,the effects of 9 sulfonamides(SAs)with different structures on the proliferation dynamic of sulfonamide resistance genes(Suls)in the activated sludge sequencing batch reactors and the corresponding mechanisms were determined(30 days),and the results showed that the largest proliferation value(ΔA^(R))of Suls dynamic for SAs(sulfachloropyridazine)was approximately 2.9 times than that of the smallest one(sulfadiazine).The proliferation of Suls was significantly related to the structural features(minHBint6,SssNH,SHBd and SpMax2_Bhm)that represent the biological activity of *** interpret the phenomenon,a mechanistic model was developed and the results indicated that the biodegradation of SAs(T_(1/2))rather than conjugative transfer frequency or mutation frequency tends to be the key process for affecting Suls proliferation.T_(1/2)was proved to be dependent on the interactions between SAs and receptors(E_(binding)),the cleavage mode(bond dissociation energy),and the site of nucleophilic ***,the metagenomic analysis showed that SAs posed significant effect on antibiotic resistome and Tnp31 played a vital role in the proliferation of ***,our findings provide important insight into a theoretical basis for understanding the structural effects of SAs on the proliferation of ARGs in SBR systems.

As an important spice species in Rutaceae, the Sichuan pepper (Zanthoxylum armatum) can provide pungent and numbing taste, as well as aroma in its mature fruit. Here we assembled a chromosome-level genome of green prickly ash which was widely cultivated in a major production area including Chongqing and Sichuan province, China. We generated 712 Gb (~112×) PacBio long reads and 511 Gb (~82×) Hi-C data, and yielded an assembly of 99 pseudochromosomes with total size of 5.32 Gb and contig N50 of 796 kb. The genomic analyses and cytogenetic experiments both indicated that the cultivarZhuye Huajiao’ was a triploid. We identified a Zanthoxylum-specific whole genome duplication event emerging about 24.8 million years ago (Mya). We also detected a transposition burst event (0.3-0.4 Mya) responsible for the large genome size of Z. armatum. Metabolomic analysis of the Zanthoxylum fruits during development stages revealed profiles of39 volatile aroma compounds and 528 secondary metabolites, from which six types of sanshools were identified. Based on metabolomic and transcriptomic network analysis, we screened candidate genes encoding long chain acyl-CoA synthetase, fatty acid desaturase,branched-chain amino acid aminotransferase involved in sanshool biosynthesis and three genes encoding terpene synthase during fruit development. The multi-omics data provide insights into the evolution of Zanthoxylum and molecular basis of numbing and aroma flavor of Sichuan pepper.

Reservoir Characteristics of Lacustrine Shale and Marine Shale:Examples from the Songliao Basin,Bohai Bay Basin and Qiannan Depression

Lacustrine shale from the Qingshankou Formatin of Songliao basin and the Shahejie Formation of Bohai Bay basin, and marine shale from the lower Cambrian Jinmenchong Formation of Qiannan depression were analysed by using rock pyrolysis, TOC （total organic carbon）, XRD （X-ray diffraction）, SEM （scanning electron microscope）, FE-SEM （field emission scanning electron microscope）, high pressure mercury intrusion, and low pressure N2 and CO2 gas adsorption experiments, in aim to reveal their reservoir features. The results show that：（1） the width of micro-pores of all the studied samples mainly ranges from 0.45 to 0.7 nm indicated by CO2 isotherms, and the width of meso-pores is less than 10 nm, with type IV adsorption isotherms and type H2 hysteresis loop, indicative of ＂ink-bottle＂-shaped pores. Good correlations exist among pore volume, surface area and averaged pore diameter, and a good positive correlation exists between micro-pore volume and TOC content; however, there is no obvious correlation between meso-pore volume and TOC content; （2） interparticle pores, pores among the edge of mineral grains and organic matter pores were all identified in marine and lacustrine shale, among which the interparticle pores may be influence by dissolution effect. Not all bitumen develops organic matter pore, and only high to over mature bitumen present pores. Now the description methods of micrometer scale pores developed in shale are very lack. Micro- fractures developed in Jiyang depression and dissolution interparticle pores developed in Songliao Basin should be the accumulation sites for shale oil in lacustrine shale, and can be as sweet spots.

Based on the microscopic pore-throat characterization of typical continental tight reservoirs in China,such as sandstone of Cretaceous Qingshankou and Quantou formations in Songliao Basin,NE China sandy conglomerate of Baikouquan Formation in Mahu area and hybrid rock of Lucaogou Formation in Jimusaer sag of Junggar Basin,NE China the theoretical lower limit,oil accumulation lower limit,effective flow lower limit and the upper limit of tight oil reservoirs were defined by water film thickness method,oil bearing occurrence method,oil testing productivity method and mechanical balance method,*** analysis method was used to compare the differences in pore-throat structure of different tight reservoirs,determine the grading criterion of tight reservoirs,and analyze its correlation with the limit of reservoir *** results show that the boundary between tight reservoir and conventional reservoir corresponds to the upper limit of physical properties,the boundary of classⅡand classⅢtight reservoirs corresponds to the lower limit of effective flow,the boundary of classⅢand classⅣtight reservoirs corresponds to the lower limit of reservoir forming,and the theoretical lower limit of tight reservoir corresponds to the boundary between tight reservoir and ***,the application results of the grading evaluation criterion show that the tight oil productivity is highly controlled by the type of tight reservoir,and classⅠand classⅡtight reservoirs are the favorable sections for high production of tight oil.
