Pore Size Distribution of a Tight Sandstone Reservoir and its Effect on Micro Pore-throat Structure: A Case Study of the Chang 7 Member of the Xin’anbian Block, ordos Basin, China

Pore distribution and micro pore-throat structure characteristics are significant for tight oil reservoir evaluation, but their relationship remains unclear. This paper selects the tight sandstone reservoir of the Chang 7 member of the Xin’anbian Block in the ordos Basin as the research object and analyzes the pore size distribution and micro pore-throat structure using field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM), high-pressure mercury injection(HPMI), highpressure mercury injection, and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) analyses. The study finds that:(1) Based on the pore size distribution, the tight sandstone reservoir is characterized by three main patterns with different peak amplitudes. The former peak corresponds to the nanopore scale, and the latter peak corresponds to the micropore scale. Then, the tight sandstone reservoir is categorized into three types: type 1 reservoir contains more nanopores with a nanopore-to-micropore volume ratio of 82:18;type 2 reservoir has a nanopore-to-micropore volume ratio of 47:53;and type 3 reservoir contains more micropores with a nanopore-to-micropore volume ratio of 35:65.(2) Affected by the pore size distribution, the throat radius distributions of different reservoir types are notably offset. The type 1 reservoir throat radius distribution curve is weakly unimodal, with a relatively dispersed distribution and peak ranging from 0.01 μm to 0.025 μm. The type 2 reservoir’s throat radius distribution curve is single-peaked with a wide distribution range and peak from 0.1 μm to 0.25 μm. The type 3 reservoir’s throat radius distribution curve is single-peaked with a relatively narrow distribution and peak from 0.1 μm to 0.25 μm. With increasing micropore volume, pore-throat structure characteristics gradually improve.(3) The correlation between micropore permeability and porosity exceeds that of nanopores, indicating that the development of micropores notably influences the seepage capacity. The structure and the production process for flying shear machine are introduced ***,a quintic polynomial is applied to the design of an electronic cam system for the rotary knife axis in short materials *** dimensionless equation for a quintic polynomial cam curve is ***,the curve is plotted with the cam constructor integrated into Siemens engineering development software SCoUT and it is tested with a laboratory platform,which consists of a motion controller SIMoTIoN and motor drivers SINAMICS *** results show that the running stability of the flying shear machine and the position control accuracy of the rotary knife can be effectively improved by using the curve designed in this paper.

one novel binuclear Co（Ⅱ） coordination polymer ∞ [Co2（4,4＇-bpy）2（L）4] （1, bpy = bipyridine, HL = 2-fluorbenzoic acid） has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.163（2）, b = 21.943（4）, c = 9.6381（19） A, β = 113.92（3）°, V= 2158.2（7） A3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.518 g/cm^3, Mr = 493.31, F（000） =1004, R = 0.0303 and wR = 0.0808 for 3614 observed reflections （I〉 2σ（I））. Complex I exhibits a 3D Schlafli symbol （4.62）（4.66.83） topological framework, and the magnetic characterization shows weak antiferromagnetic coupling exchange between two Co ions.

In seed breeding, the vibrating screen used for pre-sowing grading parental seeds often has the problem of poor self-purification rate. Using elastic balls to clean the plugging seeds and ensure the self-purification of the screen is a viable technical solution. To clarify and improve the operating performance of the elastic ball particles, a DEM-MBD coupling simulation model of the elastic ball screen-cleaning device was established in this study, and a numerical simulation analysis of the complex motion process was carried out. The mechanism of action of the elastic ball was explained more completely from the aspects of excitation force and energy transfer. Through the Plackett-Burman test, it was determined that the vibration frequency has the most significant effect on the excitation force. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed on each factor and the mathematical relationship equation. It was found that when the maximum excitation force was greater than 7 N and the average excitation force was greater than 2 N, the self-purification rate was greater than 95%. The self-purification rate was then increased to 99.81% by variable frequency tests. The variable frequency achieved better self-purification effect.

Sea ice export through the Baffin Bay plays a vital role in modulating the sea ice cover variability in the Labrador *** this study,satellite-derived sea ice products are used to obtain the sea ice area flux(SIAF)through the three passages in the Baffin Bay(referred to as A,B,and C for the north,middle,and south passages,respectively).The spatial variability of the monthly sea ice drift in the Baffin Bay is *** interannual variability and trends in SIAF via the three passages are *** connection to several large-scale atmospheric circulation modes is *** the period of 1988-2015,the average annual(october to the following September)SIAF amounts to 555×10^(3) km^(2),642×10^(3) km^(2),and 551×10^(3) km^(2) through Passages A,B,and C,*** quantities are less than that observed through the Fram Strait(FS,707×10^(3) km^(2))of the corresponding *** positive trends in annual SIAF,on the order of 53.1×10^(3) km^(2)/(10 a)and 43.2×10^(3) km^(2)/(10 a)(significant at the 95%confidence level),are identified at Passages A and B,*** trend of the south passage(C),however,is slightly negative(-13.3×10^(3) km^(2)/(10 a),not statistically significant).The positive trends in annual SIAF through the Passages A and B are primarily attributable to the significant increases after *** connection between the Baffin Bay sea ice export and the North Atlantic oscillation is not significant over the studied *** contrast,the association with the cross-gate sea level pressure difference is robust in the Baffin Bay(R equals 0.69 to 0.71,depending on the passages considered),but relatively weaker than that over FS(R=0.74).

Three-dimensional(3D) thin-film electrodes are promising solution to the volume change of active materials in lithium-ion *** a conductive current collector,the 3D Tio_(2) nanotube array networks(TNAs) have a one-dimensional stable electronic conductive path and increase the adhesion between the current collector and raw material,thereby improving the cycle stability of active *** this study,a novel 3D-TNAs@Sb_(2)S_(3) anode was fabricated by directly depositing natural stibnite onto3D *** adhesion of Sb_(2)S_(3) particles to the substrate was enhanced due to the large surface area provided by ***,the porous layered structure composed of Sb_(2)S_(3) nanoparticles relieved the stress generated during lithiation and adapted to the volume change of Sb_(2)S_(3) during ***,the resulting composite anode exhibits high cycle and rate performance,reaching0.36 mAh·cm^(-2) after 80 cycles at the galvanostatic rate of1 mA·cm^(-2),with high coulombic efficiency of 98%.

The novel coronavirus pneumonia broke out in 2019 and spread rapidly. In 30 different countries, there are over seventy thousand patients have been diagnosed in total. Therefore, it is urgent to develop the effective program to prevent and treat for the novel coronavirus pneumonia. In view of Traditional Chinese Medicine has accumulated a solid theoretical foundation of plague in ancient and recent decades. Meanwhile, Traditional Chinese Medicine can provide the more effective and personalized treatment via adjusting the specific medicine for each patient based on the different syndromes. In addition, TCM often has different effect on the distinct stages of diseases, contributing to the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. Nowadays, TCM has exhibited decent effect in the in the fight against NCP. Therefore, it is convinced that Traditional Chinese Medicine is an effective treatment for 2019 novel coronavirus pneumonia.

New [1＋1] and 62-membered [2＋2] Schiff base macrocycles containing a 2,6-diamidopyridine subunit have been synthesized by condensation reaction of the precursors pyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide and 1,10- bis（2＇-formylphenyloxy）decane in the presence of phosphoric acid via a one-pot process. The cyclo- condensed products were effectively isolated by gel column chromatography and characterized by 1H NMR, FTIR, mass spectrometry and X-ray analysis. The two macrocycles have a twisted structure, and not an open ＇circular＇ conformation in the solid state.

Mitogen-activated protein kinase-8-interacting protein 2(MAPK8IP2)is a scaffold protein that modulates MAPK signal *** MAPK pathways were heavily implicated in prostate cancer progression,the regulation of MAPK8IP2 expression in prostate cancer is not yet *** assessed MAPK8IP2 gene expression in prostate cancer related to disease progression and patient survival ***8IP2 expression was analyzed using multiple genome-wide gene expression datasets derived from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)RNA-sequence project and complementary DNA(cDNA)*** Cox regressions and log-rank tests were used to analyze the overall survival outcome and progression-free ***8IP2 protein expression was evaluated using the immunohistochemistry *** quantitative PCR and Western blot methods analyzed androgen-stimulated MAPK8IP2 expression in LNCaP *** primary prostate cancer tissues,MAPK8IP2 mRNA expression levels were significantly higher than those in the case-matched benign prostatic *** MAPK8IP2 expression was strongly correlated with late tumor stages,lymph node invasion,residual tumors after surgery,higher Gleason scores,and preoperational serum prostate-specific antigen(PSA)***8IP2 upregulation was significantly associated with worse overall survival outcomes and progression-free *** castration-resistant prostate cancers,MAPK8IP2 expression strongly correlated with androgen receptor(AR)signaling *** cell culture-based experiments,MAPK8IP2 expression was stimulated by androgens in AR-positive prostate cancer ***,MAPK8IP2 expression was blocked by AR antagonists only in androgen-sensitive LNCaP but not castration-resistant C4-2B and 22RV1 *** results indicate that MAPK8IP2 is a robust prognostic factor and therapeutic biomarker for prostate *** potential role of MAPK8IP2 in the castration-resistant progression is under further investigation.
