修剪措施对杨桃新梢生长及开花结果的影响

为了解杨桃对各种整形修剪措施的响应,以大棚栽培的马来西亚1号甜杨桃为试验材料,于5～9月研究回缩、短截、疏枝、拉枝对杨桃芽体萌发、新梢生长及开花的影响.结果表明：5～7月回缩、短截后侧芽萌发率达到40％～50％,5月中旬回缩和7月... 详细信息

为了解杨桃对各种整形修剪措施的响应,以大棚栽培的马来西亚1号甜杨桃为试验材料,于5～9月研究回缩、短截、疏枝、拉枝对杨桃芽体萌发、新梢生长及开花的影响.结果表明：5～7月回缩、短截后侧芽萌发率达到40％～50％,5月中旬回缩和7月中旬短截后发出的新梢80％可当年开花,而7月中旬回缩、疏大枝后萌发的强枝仅有35％左右可当年开花.回缩、疏枝处理能显著提高单果重和果实硬度,而短截处理能显著提高果实硬度.9月上旬采取拉枝措施可以极显著地促使直立枝开花,开花枝条比率较对照提高60％.因此,杨桃不宜修剪过于频繁,对于确需修剪的大棚杨桃,应选择5月进行回缩,适当抹除侧芽和不定芽,疏除弱枝、阴枝;7月后应以适度短截、抹芽、疏除弱枝为主;9月上旬采用拉枝方法促进直立枝开花.合理修剪后杨桃树体光照条件及营养状况得到改善,果实品质明显提高.

目的:探讨女子摔跤运动员赛前心理状态与运动成绩的相关性,旨在通过赛前心理监控,提高运动成绩。方法:分别在赛前1个月、15天、7天采用主观锻炼量表、POMS量表监测运动员赛前的心理状态;在赛前7天及比赛前1天晚上采用CSAI量表监测运动员的赛前心理压力。结果:1)运动员的积极幸福感、心理烦恼略有上升,无显著性差异(P>0.05);运动员的疲劳先降后升,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2)POMS量表测试显示,运动员的紧张情绪呈上升趋势,无显著性差异(P>0.05);愤怒、抑郁、精力呈下降趋势,无显著性差异(P>0.05);疲劳、慌乱先降后升,其中慌乱具有显著性差异(P﹤0.05);与自我有关的情绪先降后升,具有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。3)认知状态焦虑、躯体状态焦虑、状态自信心均略有上升,其中躯体状态焦虑具有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。4)Pearson相关分析发现,积极幸福感与成绩存在非常显著正相关(r=0.624,P﹤0.01);心理烦恼与成绩存在非常显著正相关(r=0.671,P﹤0.01);愤怒与成绩存在显著正相关(r=0.371,P﹤0.05);慌乱与成绩存在显著正相关(r=0.392,P﹤0.05);自我有关的情绪与成绩存在非常显著正相关(r=0.461,P﹤0.01);疲劳、认知状态焦虑、躯体状态焦虑、状态自信心状况、紧张、抑郁、精力均与成绩不存在相关性(P﹥0.05)。结论:1)慌乱、躯体状态焦虑、自我有关的情绪赛前均具有显著性差异;2)积极幸福感、心理烦恼、自我有关的情绪与成绩存在非常显著正相关。

Electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction (NO_(3)-RR) to ammonia under ambient conditions is expected to be a green process for ammonia synthesis and alleviate water pollution *** report a CuO nanoparticles incorporated on nitrogen-doped porous carbon (CuO@NC) catalyst for NO_(3)-*** of Cu(Ⅱ) is reduced to Cu(Ⅰ) during the NO_(3)-RR process to construct Cu(Ⅰ)-Cu(Ⅱ) pairs,confirmed by in situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Raman *** functional theory (DFT) calculations indicated that the formation of Cu(Ⅰ) could provide a reaction path with smaller energy barrier for NO_(3)-RR,while Cu(Ⅱ) effectively suppressed the competition of hydrogen evolution reaction (HER).As a result,CuO@NC catalyst achieved a Faradaic efficiency of 84.2% at -0.49 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode (RHE),and a NH_(3)yield rate of 17.2 mg h^(-1)mg^(-1)*** -0.79 V ***,higher than the HaberBosch process (<3.4 g h^(-1)g^(-1)cat.).This work may open a new avenue for effective NO_(3)-RR by modulating oxidation states.

In this article,we revisit an article,which specifically focuses on the utilization of exosomes derived from human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)for targeted delivery of gemcitabine in pancreatic cancer *** experimental results demonstrated that the exosome-based drug delivery system derived from MSCs significantly augmented apoptosis in pancreatic cancer *** biocompatibility,targeting specificity,and low immunogenicity of exosomes render them as optimal carriers for drug delivery,enabling precise administration of therapeutics to diseased tissues while mitigating adverse effects,thereby achieving targeted treatment of cancer cells and significantly enhancing anti-tumor ***,the clinical application of exosome drug delivery platforms in oncology still presents challenges,necessitating further optimization to ensure their stability and *** study focuses on elucidating the advantages of exosomes as a drug delivery platform,exploring the utilization of MSC-derived exosomes in oncology therapy,and discussing their potential and future directions in cancer treatment.

[目的]探寻诱导红掌(Anthurium andraeanum)水生根的最佳方法。[方法]采用不同方法浸泡、覆盖红掌根系。[结果]用清水培养烂根少,发根快,但是叶片失绿,老叶枯萎;单纯用营养液培养,根系腐烂严重,但叶片浓绿、长势良好;综合叶片和根系的生长情况,在清水中加入碎花泥覆盖根系,并适时滴加营养液,能减轻根系腐烂,并有效地改善叶片的营养,保持株型。[结论]该研究可为红掌生产提供技术参考。

[目的]为了探寻简便安全的方法使香石竹(Dianthus caryophyllus L.)切花在短时间内盛开,以减短存货期并随时满足用花需求。[方法]采用乙烯利溶液喷撒花枝、将乙烯利加入瓶插液以及将乙烯利放在花枝旁边3组处理方法。[结果]适宜的乙烯浓度(环境中乙烯浓度为8.65×10-6 mol/L左右)可促使香石竹切花提前4～5 d盛开,观赏期达7 d,处理的花枝花色正常,最大花径和花枝重有所提高。但是高浓度乙烯、乙烯利溶液喷撒花枝和将乙烯利加入瓶插液均对香石竹产生明显伤害,造成花瓣变色、坏死,花朵不能完全开展。[结论]超过浓度阀值的外源乙烯能使香石竹切花迅速开放,在花枝旁边放置适量乙烯利溶液可有效地促进花朵盛开。
