Hybrid tri-memristor hyperchaotic map and application in Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Nets

Inspired by basic circuit connection methods,memristors can also be utilized in the construction of complex discrete chaotic *** investigate the dynamical effects of hybrid memristors,we propose two hybrid tri-memristor hyperchaotic(HTMH)mapping structures based on the hybrid parallel/cascade and cascade/parallel operations,*** the HTMH mapping structure with hybrid parallel/cascade operation as an example,this map possesses a spatial invariant set whose stability is closely related to the initial states of the *** distributions and bifurcation behaviours dependent on the control parameters are explored with numerical ***,the memristor initial offset-boosting mechanism is theoretically demonstrated,and memristor initial offset-boosting behaviours are numerically *** results clarify that the HTMH map can exhibit hyperchaotic behaviours and extreme multistability with homogeneous coexisting infinite *** addition,an FPGA hardware platform is fabricated to implement the HTMH map and generate pseudorandom numbers(PRNs)with high ***,the generated PRNs can be applied in Wasserstein generative adversarial nets(WGANs)to enhance training stability and generation capability.

A change in neuronal-action potential can generate a magnetically induced current during the release and propagation of intracellular *** better characterize the electromagnetic-induction effect,this paper presents an improved discrete Rulkov(ID-Rulkov)neuron model by coupling a discrete model of a memristor with sine memductance into a discrete Rulkov neuron *** ID-Rulkov neuron model possesses infinite invariant points,and its memristor-induced stability effect is evaluated by detecting the routes of period-doubling and Neimark-Sacker *** investigated the memristor-induced dynamic effects on the neuron model using bifurcation plots and firing ***,we theoretically expounded the memristor initial-boosting mechanism of infinite coexisting *** results show that the ID-Rulkov neuron model can realize diverse neuron firing patterns and produce hyperchaotic attractors that are nondestructively boosted by the initial value of the memristor,indicating that the introduced memristor greatly benefits the original neuron *** hyperchaotic attractors initially boosted by the memristor were verified by hardware experiments based on a hardware *** addition,pseudorandom number generators are designed using the ID-Rulkov neuron model,and their high randomness is demonstrated based onstrict test results.

Bursting is a diverse and common phenomenon in neuronal activation patterns and it indicates that fast action voltage spiking periods are followed by resting *** interspike interval(ISI)is the time between successive action voltage spikes of neuron and it is a key indicator used to characterize the ***,a three-dimensional memristive Hindmarsh-Rose(mHR)neuron model was constructed to generate hidden chaotic ***,the properties of the discrete mHR neuron model have not been investigated,*** this article,we first construct a discrete mHR neuron model and then acquire different hidden chaotic bursting sequences under four typical sets of *** make these sequences more suitable for the application,we further encode these hidden chaotic sequences using their ISIs and the performance comparative results show that the ISI-encoded chaotic sequences have much more complex chaos properties than the original *** addition,we apply these ISI-encoded chaotic sequences to the application of image *** image encryption scheme has a symmetric key structure and contains plain-text permutation and bidirectional diffusion *** results and security analyses prove that it has excellent robustness against various possible attacks.

Chaotic systems are an effective tool for various applications, including information security and internet of things. Many chaotic systems may have the weaknesses of incomplete output distributions, discontinuous chaotic regions, and simple chaotic *** may result in many negative influences in practical applications utilizing chaos. To deal with these issues, this study introduces a modular chaotification model(MCM) to increase the dynamic properties of current one-dimensional(1 D) chaotic maps. To exhibit the effect of the MCM, three 1 D chaotic maps are improved using the MCM as examples. Studies of the resulting properties show the robust and complex dynamics of these improved chaotic maps. Moreover, we implement these improved chaotic maps of MCM in a field-programmable gate array hardware platform and apply them to the application of PRNG. Performance analyses verify that these chaotic maps improved by the MCM have more complicated chaotic behaviors and wider chaotic ranges than the existing and several new chaotic maps.

随着多媒体编辑软件和生成式神经网络的发展,数字图像的可信度正在不断削弱。作为一种新兴的溯源式取证技术,图像归因回溯需分析图像的可信源和可视化图像的编辑性改变,因而能够有效对抗恶意篡改并辅助群体和个人对图像信息形成正确判断。但是目前的图像归因方法对网络空间中常见的几何变形和信号压缩表现不够稳定,特别是对于图像同时包含多种畸变的情况。为此,文章提出一种多畸变稳健的图像归因方法,该方法基于一种正交且协变的图像局部表征策略,具有对多种几何变换和信号损失的稳健性,同时设计了面向稀疏域和稠密域表征任务的两种快速计算方案。由此形成的图像归因方法能够有效回溯可信数据库中的近重复图像源,矫正待分析图像的几何姿态,并可视化潜在的图像篡改区域。该方法对网络空间中的多种良性变换具有稳健性,同时保持对恶性内容篡改的敏感性。仿真结果表明,该方法具有更优的篡改检测稳健性和综合检测精度,同时具有更优的特征紧凑性和实现成本。

图像重着色是一种新兴的图像编辑技术,通过篡改像素值达到改变图像颜色风格的目的。随着社交网络和图像编辑技术的快速发展,重着色图像已经严重阻碍了信息传达的真实性。然而,专门为重着色而设计的工作少之又少,现有的重着色检测方法在传统重着色场景下仍有很大提升空间,在应对手工重着色图像时效果不佳。为此,提出了一种基于通道间相关性的重着色图像检测方法,该方法适用于重着色任务中的传统重着色和手工重着色场景。基于相机成像和重着色图像生成方式之间存在显著差异这一现象,提出重着色操作或许会破坏自然图像的通道间相关性这一假设。通过数值分析说明,通道间相关性差异可作为区分重着色图像和自然图像的重要鉴别度量。基于上述先验知识,所提方法通过提取差分图像的一阶微分残差的通道共生矩阵,获得图像的通道间相关性特征集。此外,根据实际情况,假设了3种检测场景,包括训练-测试数据之间匹配、不匹配以及手工重着色场景。实验结果表明,所提方法能够准确识别重着色图像,在假设的3种场景下均优于现有方法,取得了较高的检测精度。除此之外,所提方法对训练数据量的依赖性较小,在训练数据有限的情况下,能实现相当精确的预测结果。

Magnetic interaction between magnetic particles is of great significance in the fields of magnetic separation and functional materials.A good understanding of interaction mechanism of magnetic particles would further boost its promising industrial *** hereby present our work which visualizes the movement behavior of magnetic spheres in magnetic fields employing high-speed imaging and simulates the dynamic behavior of spheres using an Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(ALE)based on finite element *** this paper,we investigated the stress tensor,magnetic force,and dynamic behavior of magnetic spheres in magnetic fields,especially magnetic energy density in different *** show that there are four relatively independent regions of magnetic energy density distribution in external spatial domains of a single sphere *** force will generate when the energy density in the spatial region between two spheres is relatively high,while a repulsive force will generate when the energy density in the spatial region between two spheres is relatively *** magnetic sphere spontaneously moves towards the region with high energy density and stays away from the region with low energy *** total magnetic energy in magnetic spheres’domains(V_(1))and external spatial domains(V_(2))increases,but the magnetic energy in the external spatial domain decreases over time during the aggregation *** magnetic spheres ultimately arrange in chain-like structures oriented along magnetic field *** hereby proposed a novel and efficient approach to predict the movement trends and final state of magnetic particle swarm from the view of energy density.

目的:对免疫相关不良事件(irAEs)的研究热点及趋势进行可视化分析,以期为我国癌症病人irAEs的研究提供借鉴。方法:选择Web of Science核心合集数据库,以建库至2022年12月15日的irAEs文献记录为数据来源,采用CiteSpace软件绘制作者与机构、国家、关键词、突现词及时间线等可视化图谱。结果:共纳入2648篇文献,涉及65个国家和地区、652位作者及506个科研机构;发文量居前3位的国家分别为美国(1022篇),日本(534篇)、中国(341篇);研究机构中发文量排名居第1位的是美国的University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center(154篇);irAEs研究热点涉及“immune checkpoint inhibitor”“adverse event”“toxicity”“management”“safety”等多个方面。结论:irAEs的研究起步较晚,发展较快,国家与机构合作网络联系密切,该领域已形成了核心作者群;研究方向集中于irAEs机制研究、irAEs的预防以及irAEs管理3个方面。构建irAEs早期预测模式、危险因素探索、irAEs的评估量表开发及接受免疫疗法病人的生存护理是未来关注的方向。
