Additive manufacturing technology,by manipulating and emulating inherent multiscale,multi-material,and multifunctional structures found in nature,has created new opportunities for constructing heterogeneous structures associated with special properties and achieving ultra-high mechanical performance and reliability in ceramic composite *** this study,we have developed an innovative fabrication method designated as coaxial 3D printing for the synchronous construction of two constituents into ceramic composites with a tooth enamel biomimetic ***,the stiff silicate and flexible epoxy served as a strengthening bridge and toughening layer,*** method differed from the traditional approach of randomly dispersing reinforcing components within a ceramic *** allowed for the direct creation of an internally effective three-dimensional reinforcement network structure in ceramic *** process facilitated synergistic deformation and simultaneous enhancement of multiple materials and hierarchical *** to the uniform distribution of internal stress and effective block of microcrack propagation,the biomimetically structured silicate/epoxy ceramic composite has demonstrated much significant enhancement in mechanical properties,includingcompressive strength(48.8±3.12MPa),flexuralstrength(10.39±1.23MPa),andflexuraltoughness(218.7±54.6kJ/m^(3)),which was 0.5,2.1,and 47.5 times as high as those of the intrinsic brittle silicate ceramics,***-situ characterization and multiscale finite element simulation of microstructural evolution during three-point bending deformation further validated multiple-step features of the fracture process(silicate bridge fracture,interface detachment,epoxy extraction,and rupture),which benefited from interpenetrating structural features achieved by coaxial printing to accomplish with the complex propagating routines of the crack deflection in silicate ceramic *** coaxia

The present study has proposed a compact process for the production of high-purity β-Ga2O3powder by simply using gallium metal and water as the raw materials. The process basically consists of two essential steps including hydrothermal synthesis of Ga OOH and calcination of Ga OOH for the production of the target product of β-Ga2O3. Thermodynamic evaluation and systematic experiments were conducted for process parameter optimization. X-ray diffractometer（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, thermogravimetryDdifferential scanning calorimetry（TG-DSC） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS） were utilized to clarify the reaction mechanisms of the hydrothermal synthesis and transformation of Ga OOH to β-Ga2O3by calcination. Chemical analysis of the final product of β-Ga2O3obtained under the optimal conditions was carried out with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ICP-MS）, and the results showed that the contents of the representative impurities such as Ni, Cu, In, Mn, Co, Zn and Cr are obviously lower than the requirement of 5N β-Ga2O3standard, exhibiting excellent application prospect of the proposed process to produce high-purity β-Ga2O3.

Improving flight performance of UAVs by ice shape modulation

Aircraft icing poses a great threat to flight *** response to the characteristics of high-power consumption,large volume,and heavy weight of traditional anti-/de-icing technologies,the concept of ice shape modulation is proposed,which is called ice tolerant ***,the flight performance of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)was compared in three states:no ice,full ice,and modulated ice through flight *** was found that ice shape modulation has a significant improvement effect on the aerodynamic performance of aircraft under icing *** the three modulated ice shape conditions in this experiment,the lift coefficient of the UAV under different ice shape modulation conditions increased by 18%–33%,and the stalling angle was delayed by 3°-5°.Subsequently,the pressure distribution,streamlines in the flow field,and detached vortex distribution of the UAV model in these three states were obtained through numerical simulation,to study the mechanism of ice shape modulation on the aerodynamic performance of *** simulation found that the reason for the improvement of the wings effect after ice shape modulation is that the modulated area forms a leading-edge protrusion structure similar to a vortex *** structure prolongs the mixed flow region on the wings surface and reduces the trend of flow separation,which plays a role in increasing lift and reducing drag for UAVs under icing ***,a reverse reachable set that can be used for unexpected state recovery is used as the definition of flight safety boundaries,and an aircraft dynamics model is established to obtain flight safety boundaries for different *** has found that the flight safety boundary of the UAV in a no ice state is greater than that in a modulated ice state,and the safety boundary in a modulated ice state is greater than that in a full ice *** with the full ice state,the flight safety boundary after modulation has expanded by 27.0%.The sch

The metastable retained austenite(RA)plays a significant role in the excellent mechanical performance of quenching and partitioning(Q&P)steels,while the volume fraction of RA(V_(RA))is challengeable to directly predict due to the complicated relationships between the chemical composition and process(like quenching temperature(Qr)).A Gaussian process regression model in machine learning was developed to predict V_(RA),and the model accuracy was further improved by introducing a metallurgical parameter of martensite fraction(fo)to accurately predict V_(RA) in Q&P *** developed machine learning model combined with Bayesian global optimization can serve as another selection strategy for the quenching temperature,and this strategy is very effcient as it found the"optimum"Qr with the maximum V_(RA) using only seven consecutive *** benchmark experiment also reveals that the developed machine learning model predicts V_(RA) more accurately than the popular constrained carbon equilibrium thermodynamic model,even better than a thermo-kinetic quenching-partitioning-tempering-local equilibrium model.

Recently,poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolytes have been attracting great attention,and efforts are currently underway to develop PEO-based composite electrolytes for next generation high performance all-solid-state lithium metal *** this article,a novel sandwich structured solid-state PEO composite electrolyte is developed for high performance all-solid-state lithium metal *** PEO-based composite electrolyte is fabricated by hot-pressing PEO,LiTFSI and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene nanosheets into glass fiber cloth(GFC).The as-prepared GFC@PEO-MXene electrolyte shows high mechanical properties,good electrochemical stability,and high lithium-ion migration number,which indicates an obvious synergistic effect from the microscale GFC and the nanoscale *** as,the GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte shows a high tensile strength of 43.43 MPa and an impressive Young's modulus of 496 MPa,which are increased by 1205%and 6048%over those of ***,the ionic conductivity of GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene at 60℃ reaches 5.01×10^(-2) S m^(-1),which is increased by around 200%compared with that of GFC@PEO *** addition,the Li/Li symmetric battery based on GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte shows an excellent cycling stability over 800 h(0.3 mA cm^(-2),0.3 mAh cm^(-2)),which is obviously longer than that based on PEO and GFC@PEO electrolytes due to the better compatibility of GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte with Li ***,the solid-state Li/LiFePO_(4) battery with GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene as electrolyte demonstrates a high capacity of 110.2–166.1 mAh g^(-1) in a wide temperature range of 25–60C,and an excellent capacity retention *** developed sandwich structured GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte with the excellent overall performance is promising for next generation high performance all-solid-state lithium metal batteries.

Both morphology and composition have a great influence on the properties and functions of materials,however,how to rational modulate both of them to achieve their synergistic effects has been a longstanding ***,we demonstrate a competitive assembling strategy for the construction of metal-free graphite carbon nitride(CN)homojunctions in which morphology and composition can be easily controlled simultaneously by only changing the ratio of assembly raw *** homojunctions are comprised of porous nanotubular S-doped CN(SCN)grafted with CN nanovesicles,which are derived from thermal polycondensation of melamine-thiocyanuric acid(M-T)/melamine-cyanuric acid(M-C)supramolecular hybrid *** unique architecture and component engineering endows the novel SCN-CN homojunction with abundant active sites,enhanced visible trapping ability,and intimate interface *** a result,the synthesized SCN-CN homojunctions demonstrate high photocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution and pollutant *** developed strategy opens up intriguing opportu-nities for the rational construction of intricate metal-free heterostructures with controllable architecture and interfacial contact for applications in energy-related fields.

We utilize the calculation of hierarchical equations of motion to demonstrate that the spin-dependent properties between adjacent quantum dots(QDs)can be changed by breaking the internal symmetry configuration,corresponding to the inversion of dominant chiral *** the linear triple quantum dots(LTQDs)connected to two electron reservoirs,we can observe that the blockage appears at the triangle triple quantum dots(TTQDs)by gradually increasing the coupling strength between next-nearest double *** the initial coupling between LTQDs has altered,the internal chiral circulation also undergoes the corresponding transform,thus achieving qualitative regulation and detection of the blocking *** also investigate the response of the chiral circulation to the dot–lead coupling strength,indicating the overall robust chiral circulation of the TTQDs frustration.

BACKGROUND The efficacy of Vonoprazan-amoxicillin dual therapy(VAT)in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(***)is *** To evaluate the efficacy of VAT in the Chinese *** This prospective,multicenter,randomized,open-label,and two-stage study was conducted at 23 centers in Fujian,China(May 2021-April 2022).***-infected patients were randomized to bismuth quadruple therapy(BQT),BQT-Vonoprazan(BQT-V),seven-day VAT(VAT-7),ten-day VAT(VAT-10),and fourteen-day VAT(VAT-14)*** primary endpoint was the *** eradication *** secondary endpoint was the frequency of adverse *** study was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry,*** In the first stage,VAT-7 and BQT-V groups were selected for early termination because less than 23 among 28 cases were *** the second stage,the eradication rates for BQT,VAT-10,and VA-14 were 80.2%[95%confidence interval(95%CI):71.4%-86.8%],93.2%(86.6%-96.7%),92.2%(85.3%-96.0%)in the intention-to-treat(ITT)analysis,and 80.9%(95%CI:71.7%-87.5%),94.0%(87.5%-97.2%),and 93.9%(87.4%-97.2%)in the per-protocol *** ITT analysis showed a higher eradication rate in the VAT-10 and VAT-14 groups than in the BQT group(P=0.022 and P=0.046,respectively).The incidence of adverse events in the VAT-10 and VAT-14 groups was lower than in the BQT group(25.27%and 13.73%vs 37.62%,respectively;P<0.001).CONCLUSION VAT with a duration of 10 or 14 days achieves a higher eradication rate than the BQT,with a more tolerable safety profile in ***-infected patients in *** XP et *** for *** eradication.
