Schottky mass spectrometry utilizing heavy-ion storage rings is a powerful technique for the precise mass and decay half-life measurements of highly charged *** to the nondestructive ion detection features of Schottky noise detectors,the number of stored ions in the ring is determined by the peak area in the measured revolution frequency *** of their intrinsic amplitude-frequency characteristic(AFC),Schottky detector systems exhibit varying sensitivities at different *** low-energy electron-cooled stored ions,a new method is developed to calibrate the AFC curve of the Schottky detector system of the Experimental Cooler Storage Ring(CSRe)storage ring located in Lanzhou,*** the amplitude-calibrated frequency spectrum,a notable refinement was observed in the precision of both the peak position and peak *** a result,the storage lifetimes of the electron-cooled fully ionized^(56)Fe^(26+)ions were determined with high precision at beam energies of 13.7 and 116.4 MeV/u,despite of frequency drifts during the *** electron cooling was turned off,the effective vacuum condition experienced by the 116.4 MeV/u^(56)Fe^(26+)ions was determined using amplitude-calibrated spectra,revealing a value of 2×10^(−10)mbar,which is consistent with vacuum gauge readings along the CSRe *** method reported herein will be adapted for the next-generation storage ring of the HIAF facility under construction in huizhou,*** can also be adapted to other storage ring facilities worldwide to improve precision and enhance lifetime measurements using many ions in the ring.

AIM:To analyze whether alterations of voxel mirror homology connectivity(VMHC)values,as determined by resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rsfMRI),occur in cerebral regions of patients with hypertensive retinopathy(HR)and to determine the relationship between VMHC values and clinical characteristics in patients with ***:Twenty-one patients with HR and 21 agematched healthy controls(HCs)were assessed by rsfMRI *** functional connectivity between the hemispheres of the cerebrum was assessed by measuring VMHC,with the ability of VMHC to distinguish between the HR and HC groups assessed using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve *** in the demographic and clinical characteristics of the HR and HC groups were analyzed by independent sample *** relationship between average VMHC in several brain areas of HR patients and clinical features was determined using Pearson correlation ***:Mean VMHC values of the bilateral cuneus gyrus(BA19),bilateral middle orbitofrontal gyrus(BA47),bilateral middle temporal gyrus(BA39)and bilateral superior medial frontal gyrus(BA9)were lower in the HR than in the HC ***:VMHC values can predict the development of early HR,prevent the transformation of hypertensive microangiopathy,and provide useful information explaining the changes in neural mechanism associated with HR.

AIM:To elucidate the neuropathological mechanisms underlying diabetic vitreous hemorrhage(DVH)and its correlation with clinical ***:Twenty-one individuals with DVH(male/female 12/9;mean age 52.29±11.66y)were selected,alongside 21 appropriately matched controls with diabetes mellitus(DM).Voxel-based morphometry(VBM)techniques were employed to identify aberrant functional regions in the *** operating characteristic(ROC)curves were utilized for classification based on the average VBM values of the two groups,and Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to assess the relationship between average VBM values in distinct brain regions and clinical ***:Relative to the DM controls,DVH patients exhibited reduced VBM values in the right superior temporal pole,the right superior temporal gyrus,the right medial orbital frontal gyrus,and the left superior frontal ***,ROC curve analysis of these four brain regions in DVH patients demonstrated a high degree of accuracy,as indicated by the area under the *** average VBM value in each of these regions exhibited a negative correlation with both the duration of DVH and the score on the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).CONCLUSION:Pathological alterations in four distinct brain regions are observed in patients with DVH,potentially reflecting neuropathological changes associated with this condition.

AIM:To assess the possibility of using different large language models(LLMs)in ocular surface diseases by selecting five different LLMS to test their accuracy in answering specialized questions related to ocular surface diseases:ChatGPT-4,ChatGPT-3.5,Claude 2,PaLM2,and ***:A group of experienced ophthalmology professors were asked to develop a 100-question singlechoice question on ocular surface diseases designed to assess the performance of LLMs and human participants in answering ophthalmology specialty exam *** exam includes questions on the following topics:keratitis disease(20 questions),keratoconus,keratomalaciac,corneal dystrophy,corneal degeneration,erosive corneal ulcers,and corneal lesions associated with systemic diseases(20 questions),conjunctivitis disease(20 questions),trachoma,pterygoid and conjunctival tumor diseases(20 questions),and dry eye disease(20 questions).Then the total score of each LLMs and compared their mean score,mean correlation,variance,and confidence were ***:GPT-4 exhibited the highest performance in terms of *** the average scores of the LLMs group with the four human groups,chief physician,attending physician,regular trainee,and graduate student,it was found that except for ChatGPT-4,the total score of the rest of the LLMs is lower than that of the graduate student group,which had the lowest score in the human *** ChatGPT-4 and PaLM2 were more likely to give exact and correct answers,giving very little chance of an incorrect ***-4 showed higher credibility when answering questions,with a success rate of 59%,but gave the wrong answer to the question 28% of the ***:GPT-4 model exhibits excellent performance in both answer relevance and ***2 shows a positive correlation(up to 0.8)in terms of answer accuracy during the *** terms of answer confidence,PaLM2 is second only to GPT4 and surpasses Claude 2,SenseNova,and *** the fact t

值函数估计偏差修正已成为深度强化学习领域的一个重要研究方向.现有大多数研究工作均聚焦于如何缓解高估偏差,却忽略了缓解高估偏差过程中引入的低估偏差问题.为此,通过在Actor-Critic框架中灵活设置多个Actor和Critic网络来缓解值函数低估偏差,提出一种基于组合网络优化的延迟深度确定性策略梯度(D3PGCNO). D3PG-CNO的主要思路为:在经验收集阶段用一个Critic网络对多个Actor网络的输出动作进行评估,并选择最优的动作存入经验池.在经验训练阶段,从多个Critic网络中选出在当前状态-动作对下估计结果最小的Critic网络,并用其对多个Actor网络的输出动作进行评估,选择评估最大值进行目标值的计算. MuJoCo平台上的实验结果显示,相比于现有的确定性策略梯度算法, D3PG-CNO显著降低了估计偏差,提高了算法的稳定性和收敛速度,并在多个任务中表现出更好的性能.

区块链作为当下以及未来炙手可热的颠覆性技术,其应用的“去中心化”特性为全球经济发展开拓了新机遇。值得警惕的是,该技术强大的匿名化属性及潜在的不当使用可能促成反竞争行为,诸如实施共谋、滥用市场支配地位、违法经营者集中等。鉴于区块链技术应用的特性,传统反垄断监管规则面临共谋行为无从界定、相关市场认定模糊的困境,反垄断监管方法上也存在竞争主体识别、责任分配以及救济方式甄选等难题。为此,首先在监管理念上应贯彻包容审慎的监管原则,突破工具理性的视角束缚,构建“法律+代码”的监管模式。其次在上述理念的筑基下,放宽区块链共谋中垄断协议形式要件的认定标准,并重塑区块链相关市场与市场势力认定方法。最后分别在行为主体、主体责任以及救济方式三个层面,设计相应的区块链信息服务提供者识别机制、核心节点分析机制与弹性多元的救济机制来完善并创新监管方法,以保障区块链市场井然有序发展。

溶解性有机质(DOM)和微生物群落间具有紧密联系,DOM为微生物提供营养,微生物代谢可转化DOM,两者间相互作用共同影响着生态系统的物质循环与能量流动。采集北方寒区天然湿地(河流湿地,HL;湖泊湿地,HP)和人工湿地(水田,ST;鱼塘,YT)表层(0~15 cm)底泥样品,采用三维荧光光谱法和高通量测序技术,揭示不同类型湿地表层底泥DOM荧光光谱及真菌群落特征,并进一步分析其相关性。结果表明:表层底泥DOM荧光光谱共识别出4种荧光组分,包括类富里酸(C1)、类胡敏酸(C2)和类蛋白质(类色氨酸C3和类酪氨酸C4)。C1和C2成显著正相关,而与类蛋白质间相关性不显著。C1的相对浓度高于C2,C3和C4的相对浓度接近。YT中DOM浓度相对高于其余样品,HL和HP中C2和类蛋白质相对浓度具有显著差异,ST和YT中C1、C2和C3的相对浓度均具有显著差异。湿地表层底泥真菌群落优势门(除未分类类群)为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)、罗兹菌门(Rozellomycota)。YT中真菌群落Chao1丰富度指数、Shannon多样性指数显著较低,而Simpson优势度指数显著较高,HP中Shannon多样性指数显著高于其余样品。C1、C2与真菌群落多样性显著相关,C2与真菌群落组成显著相关,而类蛋白质与真菌群落无显著相关性。C1、C2与子囊菌门均成显著正相关,C1与壶菌门(Chytridiomycota)和单毛壶菌门(Monoblepharomycota)成显著负相关,C2与担子菌门、罗兹菌门、壶菌门、单毛壶菌门均成显著负相关。因此,真菌群落对DOM相对大分子量荧光组分的相对浓度具有显著影响。针对北方寒区典型湿地表层底泥DOM荧光光谱特征及与真菌群落相关性进行分析,为湿地环境监测与评价提供基础数据,并为湿地合理利用提供理论参考。

AIM:To evaluate alterations in conjunctival vascular density(CVD)and macular capillary density(MCD)in female patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)using optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA).METHODS:A total of 60 female participants were recruited,comprising 20 patients with T2DM,20 patients with GDM,and 20 healthy age-matched controls(HCs).OCTA was used to assess superficial and deep retinal and conjunctival capillary ***,changes in MCD were analyzed using a circular segmentation method(C1-C6),a hemispheric quadrant segmentation method[superior right(SR),superior left(SL),inferior left(IL),and inferior right(IR)],and the early treatment diabetic retinopathy study(ETDRS)segmentation method(S,I,R,L).RESULTS:OCTA unequivocally demonstrated that the variations in CVD among HCs,T2DM,and GDM groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).In the superficial retinal capillary plexus(sRCP),significant differences were observed in the densities of total microvascular(TMI),microvasculature(MIR),and macrovascular(MAR)between patients with T2DM and HCs(P<0.05).Furthermore,the GDM group exhibited a more substantial reduction in MIR density compared to the T2DM group(P<0.01).In the deep retinal capillary plexus(dRCP),significant differences in the densities of TMI and MIR were identified between the T2DM group and HCs(P<0.05),with a notable difference in TMI density also observed between the GDM and T2DM groups(P<0.01).In the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis,the area under the ROC curve(AUC)for TMI in sRCP between the T2DM group and HCs was 0.975,with a 95%confidence interval(CI)of 0.941–*** AUC for MIR was highest in dRCP,with an AUC value of 0.914 and a 95%CI ranging from 0.847 to *** comparing the GDM and T2DM groups,the AUC for I region was maximized in sRCP,achieving a value of 0.978 with a 95%CI of 0.953–***,the AUC for R region was maximized in dRCP,reaching a value
