耐药结核病是全球面临的重大公共卫生挑战。2018年WHO将贝达喹啉列为耐多药结核病/利福平耐药结核病(multi-drug resistant tuberculosis/rifampicin resistant tuberculosis, MDR/RR-TB)治疗的首选药物之一。近年全球围绕含贝达喹啉不同药物组合及不同疗程的治疗新方案的探索与应用不断积累并迭代了大量循证依据。本文对贝达喹啉在儿童/青少年、孕产妇和老年人等MDR/RR-TB特殊人群以及MDR/RR-TB共患病人群中的有效性及安全性进行综述, 以期为其临床应用提供参考。

为探究高油酸花生干燥过程中的水分变化规律,本文研究了不同风温(35、40、45、50℃)、风速(0.5、0.8、1.1 m/s)对三种不同高油酸花生热风干燥特性的影响,并借助Weibull分布函数分析干燥过程。结果表明,高油酸花生干燥过程以降速干燥为主;风温、风速越高,高油酸花生有效水分扩散系数越大、干燥速率越快,干燥用时越短。其中,‘圣油3号’花生水分扩散速率最快、活化能最低,与Weibull分布函数拟合结果最佳;尺度参数α值随风温、风速的升高而降低,风温对α值影响极显著(P<0.01),风速对α值影响显著(P<0.05);干燥条件对形状参数β值无显著影响。另外,温度的升高促进了焓值和熵值的降低和吉布斯自由能的增加,表明干燥过程需要从干燥介质中吸收能量方能进行。Weibull分布函数可用于描述高油酸花生的热风干燥过程,为高油酸花生的工业化干燥提供技术依据,奠定理论基础。

The tracks,sleepers and fasteners are easy to appear defects in the running process of track *** the rail transit operation in China has developed rapidly,the development of track defect detection technology which main method is still manual inspection is relatively ***,a method for automatic multi-target defect identification of railway track line using image processing has been proposed in this ***,mean filtering and histogram equalization are used to denoise and enhance original images,*** that,a Gamma correction based illumination compensation algorithm is proposed to realize automatic grayscale correction under the condition of uneven ***,an image recognition method based on scale-invariant features is adopted to extract the target features and to store them in the ***,the fasteners and track in the preprocessed images are located according to the statistical difference between grayscale and vertical ***,the gray-scale variance rate is utilized to extract the defects on the rail surface and the absence of rivets,and LBP（Local Binary Patterns） method is applied to extract the features of each part after segmentation,which are compared with the features collected in the *** experimental results demonstrate that the accuracy of classification can reach 90%.

Autophagy is the basic catabolic progress involved in cell degradation of unnecessary or dysfunctional cellular *** has been proven that autophagy could be utilized for cell survival under ***-preconditioning(HPC)could reduce apoptosis induced by ischemia and hypoxia/serum deprivation(H/SD)in bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).Previous studies have shown that both leptin signaling and autophagy activation were involved in the protection against apoptosis induced by various stress,including ***,it has never been fully understood how leptin was involved in the protective effects conferred by *** the present study,we demonstrated that HPC can induce autophagy in BMSCs by increased LC3-II/LC3-I ratio and autophagosome ***,similar effects were also observed when BMSCs were pretreated with *** beneficial effects offered by HPC were absent when BMSCs were incubated with autophagy inhibitor,3-methyladenine(3-MA).In addition,down-regulated leptin expression by leptin-shRNA also attenuated HPC-induced autophagy in BMSCs,which in turn was associated with increased apoptosis after exposed to sustained H/***,increased AMP-activated protein kinase phosphorylation and decreased mammalian target of rapamycin phosphorylation that were observed in HPC-treated BMSCs can also be attenuated by down-regulation of leptin *** data suggests that leptin has impact on HPC-induced autophagy in BMSCs which confers protection against apoptosis under H/SD,possibly through modulating both AMPK and mTOR pathway.

Waste-to-Energy treatment is a promising path to environment and energy management in the *** work detailed a binary molten salt thermal treatment methodology for the detoxification of spent cathode carbon block(SCCB)waste and the recycling of carbonaceous *** thermal behavior of SCCB and SCCB blended with molten salts was *** was found that the NaCl-Na_(2)CO_(3)binary molten salts significantly contributed to reducing pyrolysis onset temperature by 334.3 K compared to that of SCCB itself(i.e.,activation energy of pyrolysis reaction was reduced from 4.24×10^(5)to 2.30×10^(5)J/mol),thus helping to lower thermal treatment energy *** the addition of binary molten salts,the residue after thermal treatment in a horizontal tube furnace experiment was separated into two *** bottom-layer residue was mainly composed of molten *** fluorine content in the form of NaF and CaF_(2)of top-layer residue was reduced significantly while the carbon content remained ***,the leaching concentration of fluoride ion was decreased from 4620 mg/L to 856 mg/*** is noted that the NaF and CaF_(2)can be removed through water-leaching and hydrothermal acid-leaching methods and thus the carbonaceous materials with a calorific value of 17.5 MJ/kg were obtained.
