Background Malnutrition is common among cancer patients,but few studies have evaluated the nutritional status among gynecological cancer patients in *** study aimed to assess the nutritional status of women with gynecological cancer using the patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA).Methods Data for gynecological cancer patients treated at 44 tertiary hospitals were retrieved from a multicenter study on tumor *** R Software was used for statistical *** analyses of PG-SGA scores were performed using the Chi-squared test for categorical variables and the Wilcoxon-rank sum test or Kruskal-Wallis test for continuous variables,as *** significance level was *** Data for 1962 women with three types of gynecological cancer(cervical,uterine and ovarian cancer)were used for the data *** median PG-SGA score was 4(interquartile range,IQR:1,8),the median participants’age was 51(IQR:46,59)years old,and the patients had a median BMI of 22.9(IQR:20.7,25.4).The percentages of women who had a medical co-morbidity,or had undergone any radical resection,chemotherapy,or radiotherapy were approximately 27.7%,55.4%,52.5%,and 30.2%,*** levels of serum albumin and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were 40.1g/L(IQR:36.8,43.1)and 1.2mmol/L(IQR:1.0,1.5),*** identified risk factors for malnutrition based on the PG-SGA score were age(0.05±0.01,p=0.002),BMI(-0.34±0.04,p<0.001),having a medical co-morbidity(0.95±0.33,p=0.004),receiving radiotherapy(1.52±0.31,p<0.001),the serum albumin level(-0.18±0.03,p<0.001),and the HDL-C(-1.12±0.35,p=0.001)as indicated by a linear regression *** A higher PG-SGA score is positively associated with the age of the patient,having a medical co-morbidity,and receiving radiotherapy,and is negatively related to the patients’BMI and serum albumin and HDL-C levels.

Cholangiocarcinoma refers to malignant tumors that develop in epithelial lining of biliary system, and it is divided into two categories according to tumor location, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ICC） and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ECC）. ICC occurs from the epithelial cells of the intrahepatic bile duct, its branches and interlobular biliary tree; and ECC is divided into hilar cholangiocarcinoma and distal cholangiocarcinoma by the circumscription at the confluence of cystic duct and the common hepatic duct.

The observation of short gamma ray bursts(SGRBs)in the TeV energy range plays an important role in understanding the radiation mechanism and probing potential new physics,such as Lorentz invariance violation(LIV).However,no SGRBs have been observed in this energy range owing to the short duration of SGRBs and the weakness of current *** experiments with new technology are required to detect the very high energy(VHE)emission of *** this study,we simulate the VHE γ-ray emissions from SGRBs and calculate the annu-al detection rate with the High Altitude Detection of Astronomical Radiation(HADAR)***,a set of pseudo-SGRB samples is generated and checked using the observations of the Fermi-GBM,Fermi-LAT,and Swift-BAT *** annual detection rate is calculated from these SGRB samples based on the performance of the HADAR *** a result,the HADAR experiment can detect 0.5 SGRBs per year if the spectral break-off of γ-rays caused by the internal absorption and Klein-Nishina(KN)effect is larger than 100 *** a GRB090510-like GRB in HADAR's view,it should be possible to detect approximately 2000 photons considering the internal absorption and KN *** a time delay assumption due to LIV effects,a simulated light curve of GRB090510 has evident energy *** hope that the HADAR experiment can perform SGRB observa-tions and test our calculations in the future.

癫痫患者5572例病因分析

目的回顾性收集5572例住院癫痫患者的临床资料，分析不同年龄段患者可能的病因并了解病因的构成。方法收集2003年1月1日至2009年12月30日在我院癫痫中心就诊的住院癫痫病例5572例，根据国际抗癫痫联盟（ILAE）2005年提出的癫痫诊断标准，由癫痫专科医师诊断为癫痫。依据病史、头部影像学及病理学资料将全部病例分为特发性、症状性、隐源性3类。参考ILAE2001年癫痫相关疾病的分类，将症状性癫痫病因按脑外伤、围产期损伤、中枢神经系统感染、脑血管病、脑肿瘤、脑皮质发育畸形、神经皮肤综合征和其他病因进行分类。采用非参数分析的多样本秩和检验比较热性惊厥和癫痫家族史在癫痫病因中的作用及诊断价值。结果5572例患者中，特发性66例，症状性2834例，隐源性2672例，分别占总体的1％，51％和48％。症状性癫痫患者中脑外伤822例、围产期损伤497例、中枢神经系统感染360例、脑肿瘤249例、脑血管病150例、脑皮质发育异常135例、神经皮肤综合征62例，其他559例。脑外伤、围产期损伤、中枢神经系统感染、脑肿瘤和脑血管病为症状性癫痫前5位。隐源性癫痫中海马硬化（或海马异常）者744例。热性惊厥[特发性：15．2％（10／66）、症状性：6．5％（185／2834）、隐源性：9．4％（250／2672）；X^2=181．393，P=0．000]和癫痫家族史[特发性：83．3％（55／66）、症状性：1．1％（31／2834）、隐源性：0．4％（12／2672）；X^2=68．354，P=0．000]在不同病因中的比例不同，其差异有统计学意义。热性惊厥史在海马硬化中的比例最高，家族史在症状性癫痫中以神经皮肤综合征比例最高。婴儿、幼儿及儿童、青少年、成年和老年期的首位病因分别是围产期损伤、围产期损伤、脑外伤、脑外伤和脑血管病。结论对5572例癫痫患者的病因分析提示特发性占1％，症状性占51％，隐源性占48％。脑外伤、围产期损伤、中枢神经系统感染、脑肿瘤及脑血管病是最主要的病因。

目的探讨苦参素联合甘草酸二铵对慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者特异性细胞免疫的影响。方法63例CHB患者随机分为2组，苦参素联合甘草酸二铵组（联合组）32例，用苦参素葡萄糖注射液600mg，静脉滴注，每日1次，1个月后改为苦参素胶囊200mg口服，每日3次，2个月。甘草酸二铵注射液150mg加入10％葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次，1个月后改为甘草酸二铵胶囊150mg口服，每日3次，2个月；苦参素组（单用组）31例，只用苦参素，用法用量同治疗组。比较两组患者的HBV特异性细胞毒T细胞（CTL）、T细胞亚群、Th1、Th2水平的变化和HBV-DNA、HBeAg阴转率。结果联合组治疗3个月后，HBV特异性CTL、CD4＋、Th1高于治疗前，也高于单用组治疗后（P〈0．01）。HBV-DNA和HBeAg阴转率两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论苦参素联合甘草酸二铵能进一步提高CHB患者的HBV特异性CTL、CD4＋和Th1水平。

目的观察含量≥99.8%硫酰氟熏蒸灭鼠、灭蠊的效果,研究熏蒸剂量与熏蒸时间的关系。方法硫酰氟以4、8、12、16、20 g/m3浓度熏蒸,观察SD鼠和美洲大蠊毒毙的时间;用二次响应面回归拟合分析方法预测熏蒸剂量与时间的关系。结果 SD鼠和美洲大蠊在各组浓度的熏蒸中全部毒毙。其中SD鼠毒毙时间为43～381 min,美洲大蠊毒毙时间为97～387 min;建立熏蒸灭鼠二次响应面回归模型方程:=1.57-1.16X1-0.37X2+0.05X12+0.22X1X2+0.01X22以及熏蒸灭蠊二次响应面回归模型方程:=6.92-2.15X1-0.89X2+0.15X12+0.18X1X2+0.02X22。结论硫酰氟以4～20 g/m3的浓度熏蒸有良好的灭鼠、灭蠊作用,熏蒸浓度与熏蒸时间呈负相关,即熏蒸浓度下降,毒毙靶生物所需的时间延长;美洲大蠊对硫酰氟的抗性较SD鼠大。
