In this paper,we present a novel,reliable and sensitive electrochemical sensor for the determination of paracetamol based on hollow carbon Co3O4 nanosheets/reduced graphene oxide composite(Co3O4/r-GO).The Co3O4/r-GO was prepared via a rapid one-step microwave solvothermal *** series of techniques that included scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and Raman were carried out to characterize the morphology and structure of as-prepared *** importantly,the developed electrochemical sensor exhibited a wide linear range of 0.05 to 900.0μM and a low detection limit of 14.0 nM(S/N=3)by using differential pulse ***,the selectivity,repeatability,stability and practical applicability were further studied with satisfactory results.

The development of near-infrared (NIR) photosensitizers with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties,switchable luminescence colors,and satisfactory photodynamic therapy (PDT) effects on the treatment of fungal infection is of great importance but very ***,two ionic organic luminogens are constructed by employing diphenylamine,diphenylacrylonitrile/1,2-diphenylethene,and methylated quinoline cation as building *** is found that the resulting compounds TCQF and TQF show apparent AIE properties and produce intense fluorescence with high photoluminescence quantum yields of up to 31.2%in the solid *** the meantime,their emission colors can be switched between red and NIR and in the NIR region by mechanical force and solvent vapor,respectively,thereby enabling remarkable and reversible mechanochromism with emission variations of up to 104 *** excitingly,TCQF and TQF can efficiently generate ROS under the illumination of white light and show excellent antimicrobial activities and satisfactory PDT *** by the unique anti-fungus properties,TCQF is employed as a biocompatible NIR photosensitizer for treating wound infection with ***,and apparent PDT effects are *** work provides a new direction for the development of multifunctional NIR materials with AIE properties.

The conventional method of fabricating hydrogels constantly confronts the conflict between elasticity and toughness, limiting their repetitive application. Achieving the desired elasticity through a simple and low-cost approach is a significant challenge for hydrogels, particularly through rational molecular design. Here, low-hysteresis and high-toughness hydrogels are developed from the design of a new feature monomer, N-acryloylethylsemicarbazide (NACE). Based on a concept of “asymmetric Hbonding design”, the unique double and triple H-bonding of NACE can result in a novel asymmetric crosslinking polymer with alternating strong and weak H-bonding regions. The NACE is copolymerized with acrylamide (AM) to regulate the mechanical properties of hydrogel via H-bonding density. The P(NACE-AM) ionic hydrogels are obtained simply and rapidly via one-step photopolymerization without a chemical cross-linking agent. The P(NACE-AM) hydrogels combine superb mechanical elasticity and toughness, and excellent ionic conductivity, showing great potential as durable ionic conductive devices for wearable utilization.

High-resolution non-emissive displays based on electrochromic tungsten oxides(WOx)are crucial for future near-eye virtual/augmented reality interactions,given their impressive attributes such as high environmental stability,ideal outdoor readability,and low energy ***,the limited intrinsic structure of inorganic materials has presented a significant challenge in achieving precise patterning/pixelation at the micron ***,we successfully developed the direct photolithography for WOx nanoparticles based on in situ photo-induced ligand *** strategy enabled us to achieve ultra-high resolution efficiently(line width3600 cycles),as well as promising applications in electronic logos,pixelated displays,flexible electronics,*** success and advancements presented here are expected to inspire and accelerate research and development(R&D)in high-resolution non-emissive displays and other ultra-fine micro-electronics.

该文合成了2,3-二氢-9,10-二羟基-1,4-蒽醌(R),并借助核磁共振谱、红外光谱、质谱及紫外光谱等方法确定其结构。基于R在醋酸纤维素膜固体基质上能产生强而稳定的固体基质室温燐光(SS-RTP),α,α'-联吡啶可活化Hg2+催化H2O2氧化R转化成无燐光化合物,导致固体基质室温燐光急剧猝灭,建立了催化H2O2氧化R固体基质室温燐光猝灭法测定痕量汞的新方法。在最佳条件下,Hg2+含量在1.60～160 fg/斑(0.004 0～0.40μg/L,0.4μL点样量)范围内与燐光发射光强度(ΔIp)符合比尔定律,其回归方程为ΔIp=11.56+0.549 2m(fg/斑),相关系数r=0.999 1,检出限为0.26 fg/斑(对应Hg2+质量浓度为6.5×10-10 g/L)。方法的加标回收率为97%～103%,相对标准偏差为2.3%～4.1%。对0.004 0、0.40μg/L的Hg2+分别测定11次,其RSD分别为2.6%、4.1%。该方法重复性好、灵敏、准确,用于实际样品中汞含量的测定,结果满意。

The E3 ubiquitin ligase,carboxyl terminus of heat shock protein 70(Hsp70)interacting protein(CHIP),also functions as a co-chaperone and plays a crucial role in the protein quality control *** this study,we aimed to investigate the neuroprotective effect of overexpressed CHIP on Alzheimer’s *** used an adeno-associated virus vector that can cross the blood-brain barrier to mediate CHIP overexpression in APP/PS1 mouse *** overexpression significantly ameliorated the performance of APP/PS1 mice in the Morris water maze and nest building tests,reduced amyloid-βplaques,and decreased the expression of both amyloid-βand phosphorylated *** also alleviated the concentration of microglia and astrocytes around *** APP/PS1 mice of a younger age,CHIP overexpression promoted an increase in ADAM10 expression and inhibitedβ-site APP cleaving enzyme 1,insulin degrading enzyme,and neprilysin *** of HSP70 and HSP40,which have functional relevance to CHIP,were also *** nuclei transcriptome sequencing in the hippocampus of CHIP overexpressed mice showed that the lysosomal pathway and oligodendrocyte-related biological processes were up-regulated,which may also reflect a potential mechanism for the neuroprotective effect of *** research shows that CHIP effectively reduces the behavior and pathological manifestations of APP/PS1 ***,overexpression of CHIP could be a beneficial approach for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.

A new fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace mercury has been *** method is based on the facts that 2,3-dihydro-9,10-dihydroxy-1,4-anthraquinone（R）can emit strong and stable fluorescence in HCl solution with α,α’-dipyridine,and α,α’-dipyridine can activate Hg2+ catalyzing the reaction of H2O2oxidizing R to non-fluorescence complex which cause the fluorescence *** regression equation of working curve can be expressed as △If = 10.19 + 199.9 C Hg2+（ng/mL）（r = 0.9994,n =5）.The limit detection（LD） is 7.2 × 10-13g Hg2+/mL（n=11）.The sample containing 0.0040 and 0.40ng/ml Hg2+ are repeatedly determined for 11 *** are 2.2% and 3.4% respectively.R is synthesized in this ***,the structure is determined by 1H-NMR,IR,MS and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
