对粘贴碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)的烧结黏土砖砌块进行双面剪切试验,考察硫酸盐干湿循环不同周期下CFRP-黏土砖砌块界面破坏形态和粘结性能,讨论了硫酸盐腐蚀下CFRP-黏土砖砌块界面粘结性能退化机理。结果表明:CFRP-黏土砖砌块界面的破坏形态受硫酸盐干湿循坏影响较大;界面粘结性能(极限承载力、峰值剪应力)随循环时间呈先小幅增加后加速下降的趋势。提出了受循环周期影响的CFRP-黏土砖砌块界面粘结-滑移模型,将预测值与试验值对比,该模型能较准确地反映硫酸盐干湿循环作用下界面粘结性能的退化规律。

负载铵态氮对生物炭钝化土壤中镉性能的影响

设置室内土壤试验和模拟吸附试验,以探究负载铵态氮对生物炭钝化镉能力的影响,并研究负载铵态氮影响生物炭钝化土壤中镉能力的机理.结果表明,相较于仅施加生物炭和生物炭/氯化铵混施的土壤,施加负载铵态氮的生物炭可以显著降低土壤中二乙三胺五乙酸提取态镉的含量约19.20%和23.34%(P<0.05).模拟吸附实验结果指出,负载铵态氮使生物炭对低浓度镉(0.10mg/L)的吸附能力显著提高约11.70%(P<0.05),这是由于负载铵态氮可以减弱生物炭的疏水性并显著提高其比表面积和微孔总体积约14.82%和25.00%(P<0.05).施加负载铵态氮的生物炭可以改善土壤微生物生境、驱动微生物群落结构改变并刺激Paenibacillus属和Bradyrhizobium属等功能微生物富集,这亦是负载铵态氮提高生物炭钝化土壤中镉能力的重要原因.负载铵态氮可以提高生物炭钝化土壤中镉的能力,负载铵态氮的生物炭是一种极具潜力的土壤调理剂.

Status Quo and Analysis of the Cardiovascular Clinical Practice Guidelines/Expert Consensuses of Chinese and Integrative Medicine:A Systematic

Objective:To describe and analyze the status quo of cardiovascular clinical practice guidelines or expert consensuses including both Chinese medicine(CM)and integrative medicine,through systematic literatures searching and quality assessment.Methods:Data bases including Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data,China Science and Technology Journal Database were searched for published CM or integrative cardiovascular clinical practice guidelines or expert consensuses.The website *** was also retrieved as supplementary.The clinical practice evaluation tool AGREEⅡwas used to assess the quality of included guidelines or consensuses.Results:A total of 31 relevant clinical practice guidelines or expert consensuses were included,covering diagnosis,treatment,Chinese patent and patient fields.Common cardiovascular diseases like coronary heart diseases,heart failure and arrhythmia were also involved.Through analysis it was found that both the quantity and quality of included guidelines have been improved year by year.A total of 4 evidence-based clinical practice guideline has been found,one of which was a guideline project plan.Except that,the remaining 27 reports were all consensusbased guidelines.The scores of each field,from highest to lowest,were clarity of presentation(58%),scope and purpose(54%),stakeholder involvement(28%),rigor of development(21%),applicability(13%)and editorial independence(8%).Conclusions:Although clinical practice guidelines in cardiovascular domain of Chinese have gained increasing concern,with both quantity and quality improved,there is still huge gap in methodology and reporting standards between CM guidelines and international ones.On the one hand,it is essential to improve and standardize the methodology of developing CM guidelines.On the other hands,the evaluation system of evidence and recommendation with CM characters should be developed urgently.

Objective:To systematic review the effect of Chinese medicine(CM)on no or slow reflow after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in myocardial infarction(MI)patients.Methods:The Pub Med,EMBASE databases,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL),Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese BioMedical Literature Database(CBM),Wanfang Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang Database)and Chinese Scientific Journal Database(VIP)were searched up to December 2017.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)which evaluated the effect of CM therapies on no or slow reflow after PCI in MI patients were included.The primary outcome was the effect of reperfusion.Secondary outcomes were left ventricular ejection fraction,incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events and adverse effect.Results:Ten RCTs covering 814 patients were included.Two studies revealed that the incidence of no or slow reflow was less in Shenmai Injection(参麦注射液)group than in the control group measured by thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI)2(risk ratio=0.55,95%confidence interval 0.38 to 0.81,P=0.003,I^2=37%).Two studies indicated that Salvianolate Injection showed no additional benefit on no or slow reflow measured by corrected TIMI frame count compared with the conventional treatment(mean difference–4.24,95% confidence interval–13.03 to 4.54,P=0.34,I^2=86%).In addition,Tongxinluo Capsules(通心络胶囊),Danhong Injection(丹红注射液)and Xuesaitong Injection(血塞通注射液)may have the potential to reduce no or slow reflow measured during or after PCI in individual studies.Conclusions:Current evidence from RCTs are not sufficient to evaluate the effect of CM adjuvant therapies on no or slow reflow after PCI for MI patients.The included studies are limited by small sample size and unclear baseline conditions.Further rigorously designed researches and verification studies with sufficient number of patients are warranted.

探讨了等温淬火球墨铸铁厚壁工件的孔洞类缺陷检测方法,分别进行了常规超声检测、相控阵超声检测、γ射线照相检测和高能X射线数字成像检测试验。对于壁厚范围60~135 mm的区域,超声检测体现了更高的检测灵敏度,可以检出Φ0.9 mm反射当量的单个缺陷以及区域性缺陷。Co60、Ir192以及9MeV射线数字成像检测的检测效果较差,难以发现厚壁工件中细小的缺陷;450 kV射线数字成像检测设备可以检出薄层结构的疏松。

Objective:This study was designed to evaluate the feasibility,efficacy,and safety of percutaneous ureteroscopy laser unroofing as an ambulatory surgery for symptomatic simple renal cysts under multilevel paravertebral nerve block anesthesia.Methods:From December 2015 to September 2017,33 simple renal cyst patients who had surgical indications were enrolled.Under ultrasound guidance,the T10/T11,T11/T12,and T12/L1 paravertebral spaces were identified,and 7-10 mL 0.5%ropivacaine was injected at each segment.Then a puncture needle was placed inside the cyst cavity under ultrasonic monitoring.A guidewire was introduced followed by sequential dilation up to 28/30 Fr.The extra parenchymal portion of the cyst wall was dissociated and incised using a thulium laser,and a pathological examination was performed.Results:Sensory loss to pinprick from T8 to L1 and sensory loss to ice from T6 to L2 were observed in all patients.None of the patients complained of pain during surgery.No serious complications occurred perioperatively.After the surgery,all patients recovered their lower limb muscle strength quickly,got out of bed,resumed oral feeding,and left the hospital within 24 h of admission.The pathologic diagnosis of all cyst walls was a simple renal cyst.The mean follow-up was 35.8 months.At the end of follow-up,the cyst units were reduced in size by more than 50%compared to the preoperative size,and no patient experienced a recurrence.Conclusion:Multi-level paravertebral nerve block for percutaneous ureteroscopy laser unroofing as an ambulatory surgery mode is feasible,safe,and effective for the treatment of simple renal cysts in selected patients.

BACKGROUND Triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index values are a new surrogate marker for insulin resistance.This study aimed to explore the relationship between cumulative TyG index values and atrial fibrillation(AF)recurrence after radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA).METHODS A total of 576 patients with AF who underwent RFCA at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an jiaotong University were included in this study.The participants were grouped based on cumulative TyG index values tertiles within 3 months after ablation.Cox regression and restricted cubic spline analyses were used to determine the relationship between cumulative TyG index values and AF recurrence.The predictive value of all risk factors was assessed by receiver operating curve analysis.RESULTS There were 375 patients completed the study(age:63.23±10.73 years,64.27%male).The risk of AF recurrence increased with increasing cumulative TyG index values tertiles.After adjusting for potential confounders,patients in the medium cumulative TyG index group[hazard ratio(HR)=4.949,95%CI:1.778–13.778,P=0.002]and the high cumulative TyG index group(HR=8.716,95%CI:3.371–22.536,P<0.001)had a higher risk of AF recurrence than those in the low cumulative TyG index group.The restricted cubic spline regression model also showed an increased risk of AF recurrence with increasing cumulative TyG index values.When considering cumulative TyG index values,left atrial diameter,and lactate dehydrogenase levels as a comprehensive factor,the model could effectively predict AF recurrence after RFCA[area under the curve(AUC)=0.847,95%CI:0.797–0.897,P<0.001].CONCLUSIONS Cumulative TyG index values were a risk factor for AF recurrence after RFCA.Monitoring longitudinal TyG index values may assist with optimized for risk stratification and outcome prediction for AF recurrence.

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is a highly aggressive malignancy with a heterogeneous nature,which makes prognosis prediction and treatment determination difficult.Inflammation is now recognized as one of the hallmarks of cancer and plays an important role in the aetiology and continued growth of tumours.Inflammation also affects the prognosis of GC patients.Recent reports suggest that a number of inflammatory-related biomarkers are useful for predicting tumour prognosis.However,the importance of inflammatory-related biomarkers in predicting the prognosis of GC patients is still unclear.AIM To investigate inflammatory-related biomarkers in predicting the prognosis of GC patients.was constructed using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator Cox regression model based on the GEO database.GC patients from the GSE26253 cohort were used for validation.Univariate and multivariate Cox analyses were used to determine the independent prognostic factors,and a prognostic nomogram was established.The calibration curve and the area under the curve based on receiver operating characteristic analysis were utilized to evaluate the predictive value of the nomogram.The decision curve analysis results were plotted to quantify and assess the clinical value of the nomogram.Gene set enrichment analysis was performed to explore the potential regulatory pathways involved.The relationship between tumour immune infiltration status and risk score was analysed via Tumour Immune Estimation Resource and CIBERSORT.Finally,we analysed the association between risk score and patient sensitivity to commonly used chemotherapy and targeted therapy agents.RESULTS A prognostic model consisting of three inflammatory-related genes(MRPS17,GUF1,and PDK4)was constructed.Independent prognostic analysis revealed that the risk score was a separate prognostic factor in GC patients.According to the risk score,GC patients were stratified into high-and low-risk groups,and patients in the high-risk group had significantly worse prognoses according to age

The present study was designed to analyze the major constituents in Prunellae Spica and establish a method for simultaneous determination of two constituents contained in Prunellae Spica. High performance liquid chromatography coupled with time-of-flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-QTOF-MS/MS) technique was used to identify the constituents in the extractive of Prunellae Spica. High performance liquid chromatography coupled with evaporative light scattering detection(HPLC-ELSD) was used to simultaneously quantify two kinds of constituents contained in Prunellae Spica. Principal component analysis(PCA) was applied to compare the similarity and difference among samples from different regions of China. In the present study, 22 compounds were identified and some new fragmental pathways of triterpenic acids were discovered. An accurate and reliable HPLC-ELSD method was developed and validated for the first time to simultaneously quantify multiple constituents, including rosmarinic acid, maslinic acid, corosolic acid, betulin, oleanolic acid, and ursolic acid in the extract of Prunellae Spica.(PCA) revealed some similarities and differences among different samples from different regions of China. In conclusion, our results from this study would be helpful in establishing a scientific and rational quality control method for Prunellae Spica.
