Numerical Simulation of Continuous Tension Leveling Process of Thin Strip Steel and Its Application

Cold-rolled thin strip steel of high flatness quality undergoes multistage deformation during tension leveling. Thus, the parameters of set-up and manipulating are more difficult. With the aid of FE code MSC. MARC, the tension leveling process of thin strip steel was numerically simulated. Concentrating on the influence of the roll intermeshes in 2# anti-cambering on the distribution and magnitude of residual stresses in leveled strip steel, several experiments were clone with the tension leveler based on the results from the simulation. It was found from the simulation that the magnitude of longitudinal residual stresses in the cross-section of the leveled strip steel regularly presents obvious interdependence with the roll intermeshes in 2# anti-cambering. In addition, there is a steady zone as the longitudinal residual stresses of the surface layers in leveled strip steel vary with the roll intermeshes of 2# anticambering, which is of importance in the manipulation of tension levelers. It was also found that the distribution of strains and stresses across the width of strip steel is uneven during leveling or after removing the tension loaded upon the strip, from which it was found that 3D simulation could not be replaced by 2D analysis because 2D analysis in this case cannot represent the physical behavior of strip steel deformation during tension leveling.

Controlled-release urea(CRU)is commonly used to improve the crop yield and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE).However,few studies have investigated the effects of CRU in the ratoon rice *** rice is the practice of obtaining a second harvest from tillers originating from the stubble of the previously harvested main *** this study,a 2-year field experiment using a randomized complete block design was conducted to determine the effects of CRU on the yield,NUE,and economic benefits of ratoon rice,including the main crop,to provide a theoretical basis for fertilization of ratoon *** experiment included four treatments:(i)no N fertilizer(CK);(ii)traditional practice with 5 applications of urea applied at different crop growth stages by surface broadcasting(FFP);(iii)one-time basal application of CRU(BF1);and(iv)one-time basal application of CRU combined with common urea(BF2).The BF1 and BF2 treatments significantly increased the main crop yield by 17.47 and 15.99%in 2019,and by 17.91 and 16.44%in 2020,respectively,compared with FFP *** BF2 treatment achieved similar yield of the ratoon crop to the FFP treatment,whereas the BF1 treatment significantly increased the yield of the ratoon crop by 14.81%in 2019 and 12.21%in 2020 compared with the FFP *** BF1 and BF2 treatments significantly improved the 2-year apparent N recovery efficiency,agronomic NUE,and partial factor productivity of applied N by 11.47-16.66,27.31-44.49,and 9.23-15.60%,respectively,compared with FFP *** BF1 and BF2 treatments reduced the chalky rice rate and chalkiness of main and ratoon crops relative to the FFP ***,emergy analysis showed that the production efficiency of the BF treatments was higher than that of the FFP *** BF treatments reduced labor input due to reduced fertilization times and improved the economic benefits of ratoon *** with the FFP treatment,the BF1 and BF2 treatments increased the net income by 14.21-16

The growing observed evidence shows that the long-and short-duration gamma-ray bursts(GRBs) originate from massive star core-collapse and the merger of compact stars,*** 201221 D is a short-duration GRB lasting~0.1 s without extended emission at high redshift z=*** analyzing data observed with the Swift/BAT and Fermi/GBM,we find that a cutoff power-law model can adequately fit the spectrum with a soft E=113keV,and isotropic energy E=1.36× *** order to reveal the possible physical origin of GRB 201221 D,we adopted multi-wavelength criteria(e.g.,Amati relation,ε-parameter,amplitude parameter,local event rate density,luminosity function,and properties of the host galaxy),and find that most of the observations of GRB 201221 D favor a compact star merger ***,we find that α is larger than 2+βin the prompt emission phase which suggests that the emission region is possibly undergoing acceleration during the prompt emission phase with a Poynting-flux-dominated jet.

A novel high-speed tensile facility （HSTF） with special fixture is applied to research the dynamic failure char- acteristics of oxygen-free higfl-conductivity （OFHC） copper bars at different levels of strain. The experimental tests are numerically simulated involving void evolution, It is indicated that the localized strains at necking region computed with the adjusted Johnson Cook model and the Zerilli Armstrong model are consistent with the experimental results.

BACKGROUND Breast cancer mainly occurs in young and premenopausal women;its incidence is increasing annually. The control group received routine chemotherapy, and the observation group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed, and the survival of patients was followed *** The karyopherin A2(KPNA2)-positive and SRY-related HMG box-2(SOX2)-positive expression rates of patients with TNBC with intravascular tumor thrombus and tumor-node-metastasis(TNM) stage IV were 92.00% and 91.67% and 96.00% and 95.83%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of patients with no intravascular tumor thrombus and TNM stage Ⅲ(P < 0.05). KPNA2 was positively associated with SOX2 expression(rs = 0.514, P < 0.50). Well-defined pH-responsive poly（e-caprolactone）-graft-β-cyclodextrin-graft-poly（2-（dimethylamino）ethyl- methacrylate）-co-poly（ethylene glycol） methacrylate amphiphilic copolymers （PCL-g-β-CD-g-P（DMAEMA-co-PEGMA）） were synthesized using a combination of atom transfer radical polymerization （ATRP）, ring opening polymerization （ROP） and ＂click＂ chemistry. Successful synthesis of polymers was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR）, proton nuclear magnetic resonance （^1H-NMR）, and gel permeation chromatography （GPC）. Then, the polymers could self- assemble into micelles in aqueous solution, which was demonstrated by dynamic light scattering （DLS） and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. The pH-responsive self-assembly behavior of these copolymers in water was investigated at different pH values of 7.4 and 5.0 for controlled doxorubicin （DOX） release, and these results revealed that the release rate of DOX could be effectively controlled by altering the pH, and the release of drug loading efficiency （DLE） was up to 88% （W/W）. CCK-8 assays showed that the copolymers had low toxicity and possessed good biodegradability and biocompatibility, whereas the DOX-loaded micelles remained with high cytotoxicity for HeLa cells. Moreover, confocal laser scanning microscopy （CLSM） images revealed that polymeric micelles could actively target the tumor site and the efficient intracellular DOX release from polymeric micelles toward the tumor cells further confirmed the anti-tumor effect. The DOX-loaded micelles could easily enter the cells and produce the desired pharmacological action and minimize the side effect of free DOX. These results successfully indicated that pH-responsive polymeric micelles could be potential hydrophobic drug delivery carriers for cancer targeting therapy with sustained release.

Twelve new cis-clerodane diterpenoids, designated as crispinoids A—L (1—12), together with three known analogues (13—15), were isolated from Tinospora crispa. Their structures were fully assigned by comprehensive spectroscopic techniques, single-crystal X-ray diffraction experiments, and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) analyses. The isolated clerodanes displayed diverse heterocyclic frameworks including 6/6/6-, 6/5/6/6-, 6/6/5-, 6/6-, and 6/5/6-fused ring systems. Some of the isolates showed ATP-citrate lyase (ACLY) and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) pathway inhibition. The NF-κB inhibitors further suppressed the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammatory responses in RAW 264.7 cells.

Effects of Nutrient Limitation on Pigments in Thalassiosira weissflogii and Prorocentrum donghaiense

The response of Prorocentrum donghaiense and Thalassiosira weissfiogii pigments under nitrate （N） and phosphate （P） limitation were studied using HPLC and in vivo fluorescence protocols in batch cultures. For P. donghaiense, the pigment ratio was kept stable under different nutrient conditions from the results of HPLC. For T. weissflogii, there was a lower ratio of chlorophyllide to Chl a during the exponential phase, but the reverse during the stationary phase. Different members of the phytoplankton had different pigments response mechanisms under nutrient limitation. From the results of in vivo fluorescence, the ratio of peridinin to Chl a for P. donghaiense increased in nutrient-free culture, while it was kept stable for nutrient-limited cultures during the exponential phase. For T. weissflogii, the ratio of fucoxanthin to Chl a for each culture increased during the exponential phase, but the ratio under N limitation was apparently lower than that for P limitation during the stationary phase. The results indicate that both pigment ratios from HPLC and in vivo fluorescence of To weissflogii were changed greatly under different nutrient conditions, which suggests that both ratios could be used as indicators of algal physiological status in different nutrient conditions.
