目的:探讨肺腺癌组织中长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)结肠癌相关转录因子1(CCAT1)、锌指结合蛋白1(ZEB1)表达及与患者临床病理参数和预后的关系。方法:选取2017年2月至2020年2月期间我院收治的138例肺腺癌患者。取手术切除的癌组织以及癌旁组织(距离癌组织边缘2 cm以上)。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测癌组织及癌旁组织中lncRNA CCAT1、ZEB1mRNA表达。分析癌组织lncRNA CCAT1、ZEB1 mRNA表达之间的相关性及与肺腺癌患者临床病理参数的关系。Kaplan-Meier法分析lncRNA CCAT1(高低表达)、ZEB1 mRNA(高低表达)肺腺癌患者的预后。多因素Cox比例风险模型分析影响肺腺癌患者预后因素。结果:肺腺癌癌组织lncRNA CCAT1、ZEB1 mRNA相对表达量分别高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。肺腺癌患者癌组织lncRNA CCAT1与ZEB1 mRNA相对表达量呈正相关(r=0.532,P<0.05)。肿瘤TNM分期Ⅲa期、淋巴结转移肺腺癌患者lncRNA CCAT1、ZEB1 mRNA相对表达量高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05)。lncRNA CCAT1高表达组和低表达组3年总生存例数分别为39(60.00)、65(92.86);ZEB1 mRNA高表达组和低表达组3年总生存例数分别为41(62.12)、63(91.30)。与lncRNA CCAT1低表达组、ZEB1 mRNA低表达组相比,lncRNA CCAT1高表达组、ZEB1 mRNA高表达组3年累积生存率更低(P<0.05)。lncRNA CCAT1高表达、ZEB1 mRNA高表达以及淋巴结转移是肺腺癌患者不良预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:肺腺癌组织中lncRNA CCAT1、ZEB1 mRNA表达上调,两者表达上调与淋巴结转移有关,且可导致不良预后,有望成为评估肺腺癌患者预后的潜在标志物。

目的探讨负载异烟肼(INH)的海藻酸钠-壳聚糖微球(SCMI)在大鼠体内的安全性,以及在气管和肺组织中的粘附性。方法将24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(NC组)、INH组、SCMI组,每组各8只。通过HE染色观察各组大鼠肝、肾及肺组织病理学改变。通过酶联免疫吸附试验检测大鼠肺泡灌洗液炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平。检测血液中白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞(LYMPH)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(TBiL)、总蛋白(TSP)、肌酐(Cr)及尿素氮(BUN)的水平。观察大鼠体质量变化,评估SCMI在大鼠体内的安全性。将28只大鼠气管内给予荧光标记的SCMI溶液,观察SCMI在气管及肺组织中的粘附性。结果气管给药后第7天,INH组大鼠的体质量低于NC组与SCMI组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。给药12 h时,大鼠肺叶组织中可见大量荧光标记,提示12 h内SCMI即可广泛分布于肺叶中;48 h时观察到大量荧光标记,提示气管局部给予SCMI 48 h后仍能大量粘附于肺叶上。结论SCMI增加了INH在大鼠体内的粘附,且在气管局部给药中表现出良好的安全性,是INH局部给药的良好载体。

Investigating the ignition response of nitrate ester plasticized polyether(NEPE) propellant under dynamic extrusion loading is of great significant at least for two cases. Firstly, it helps to understand the mechanism and conditions of unwanted ignition inside charged propellant under accident ***, evaluates the risk of a shell crevice in a solid rocket motor(SRM) under a falling or overturning scene. In the present study, an innovative visual crevice extrusion experiment is designed using a dropweight apparatus. The dynamic responses of NEPE propellant during extrusion loading, including compaction and compression, rapid shear flow into the crevice, stress concentration, and ignition reaction, have been firstly observed using a high-performance high-speed camera. The ignition reaction is observed in the triangular region of the NEPE propellant sample above the crevice when the drop weight velocity was 1.90 m/s. Based on the user material subroutine interface UMAT provided by finite element software LS-DYNA, a viscoelastic-plastic model and dual ignition criterion related to plastic shear dissipation are developed and applied to the local ignition response analysis under crevice extrusion conditions. The stress concentration occurs in the crevice location of the propellant sample, the shear stress is relatively large, the effective plastic work is relatively large, and the ignition reaction is easy to occur. When the sample thickness decreases from 5 mm to 2.5 mm, the shear stress increases from 22.3 MPa to 28.6 MPa, the critical value of effective plastic work required for ignition is shortened from 1280 μs to 730 μs, and the triangular area is easily triggering an ignition reaction. The propellant sample with a small thickness is more likely to stress concentration, resulting in large shear stress and effective work, triggering an ignition reaction.

Dual Frequency Transformer for Efficient SDR-to-HDR Translation

The SDR-to-HDR translation technique can convert the abundant standard-dynamic-range (SDR) media resources to high-dynamic-range (HDR) ones, which can represent high-contrast scenes, providing more realistic visual experiences. While recent vision Transformers have achieved promising performance in many low-level vision tasks, there are few works attempting to leverage Transformers for SDR-to-HDR translation. In this paper, we are among the first to investigate the performance of Transformers for SDR-to-HDR translation. We find that directly using the self-attention mechanism may involve artifacts in the results due to the inappropriate way to model long-range dependencies between the low-frequency and high-frequency components. Taking this into account, we advance the self-attention mechanism and present a dual frequency attention (DFA), which leverages the self-attention mechanism to separately encode the low-frequency structural information and high-frequency detail information. Based on the proposed DFA, we further design a multi-scale feature fusion network, named dual frequency Transformer (DFT), for efficient SDR-to-HDR translation. Extensive experiments on the HDRTV1K dataset demonstrate that our DFT can achieve better quantitative and qualitative performance than the recent state-of-the-art methods. CO_(2)hydrogenation to methanol has become one of the most promising ways for CO_(2)utilization,however,the CO_(2)conversion rate and methanol selectivity of this reaction still need to be improved for industrial *** we investigated the structure-activity relationship for CO_(2)conversion to methanol of In_(2)O_(3)-based catalysts by modulating morphology and decorating *** different Au/In_(2)O_(3)catalysts were prepared,their activity follow the sequence of Au/In_(2)O_(3)-nanosphere(Au/In_(2)O_(3)-NS)>Au/In_(2)O_(3)-nanoplate(Au/In_(2)O_(3)-NP)>Au/In_(2)O_(3)-hollow microsphere(Au/In_(2)O_(3)-HM).Au/In_(2)O_(3)-NS exhibited the best performance with good CO_(2)conversion of 12.7%,high methanol selectivity of 59.8%,and large space time yield of 0.32 g CH_(3)OH/(hr·gcat)at 300℃.The high performance of Au/In_(2)O_(3)-NS was considered as the presence of *** contributes to the creation of more surface oxygen vacancies,which further promoted the CO_(2)adsorption and facilitated CO_(2)activation to form the formate intermediates towards *** work clearly suggests that the activity of In_(2)O_(3)catalyst can be effective enhanced by structure engineering and Au decorating.

We investigate the uniqueness problems of meromorphic functions and their difference operators by using a new *** is proved that if a non-constant meromorphic function f shares a non-zero constant and ∞ counting multiplicities with its difference operators Δcf(z) and Δ_(c)^(2)f(z), thenΔcf(z)≡Δ_(c)^(2)f(z).In particular,we give a difference analogue of a result of *** method has two distinct features:(ⅰ) It converts the relations between functions into the corresponding *** makes it possible to deal with the uniqueness problem by linear algebra and combinatorics.(ⅱ) It circumvents the obstacle of the difference logarithmic derivative lemma for meromorphic functions of infinite order,since this method does not depend on the growth of the ***,the idea in this paper can also be applied to the case for several variables.
