Imine bonds are among the most explored building motifs in dynamic chemistry,polymers,and materials,and yet,their acid-resistance remains a longstanding *** we demonstrate a concept of internal protecting groups for improving the kinetic stability of dynamic imine bonds and *** examination of structure-reactivity relationship of a series of aldehydes/imines bearing a neighboring carboxyl allowed uncovering of required structural features for dynamically masking imine bonds with cyclic *** studies indicated that noncovalent interactions along with sterics control the ringchain equilibrium and the stability of imine *** incorporation of internal protecting groups into imine polymers further enabled their controlled stability in acidic ***,a combination of dynamic covalent network and coordination supramolecular network provided a facile means for the modulation of luminescent and mechanical properties of *** strategies and results reported should be beneficial to molecular assemblies,dynamic polymers,biological delivery,and intelligent materials.

Sex differences are ubiquitous in human development, aging and disease. Effective clinical trials are necessary for understanding medical advances but early termination of trials can result in unnecessary waste of *** models can be used to predict survival probabilities in such ***,survival data from clinical trials are sparse,and DeepSurv cannot accurately capture their effective features,making the models weak in generalization and decreasing their prediction *** this paper,we propose a survival prediction model for clinical trial completion based on the combination of denoising autoencoder(DAE)and DeepSurv *** DAE is used to obtain a robust representation of features by breaking the loop of raw features after autoencoder training,and then the robust features are provided to DeepSurv as input for *** clinical trial dataset for training the model was obtained from the *** dataset.A study of clinical trial completion in pregnant women was conducted in response to the fact that many current clinical trials exclude pregnant *** experimental results showed that the denoising autoencoder and deep survival regression(DAE-DSR)model was able to extract meaningful and robust features for survival analysis;the C-index of the training and test datasets were 0.74 and 0.75 *** with the Cox proportional hazards model and DeepSurv model,the survival analysis curves obtained by using DAE-DSR model had more prominent features,and the model was more robust and performed better in actual prediction.

Surface modification of graphite anode with electroactive matters has been proven of a more practical strategy in enhancing the performance of Li-ion batteries than exploring alternative novel anode ***,rutile TiNbO_(4-x) nanoparticles with a tunnel structure are employed as multifunctional decoration substances in combination with a carbon coating layer to improve the rate and cycle properties of mesocarbon microbeads(MCMBs).As compared to pristine MCMB,the Li^(+)diffusion coefficients of the composite anodes are enhanced due to the synergistic effect of TiNbO_(4-x)@***,the overcharge and voltage polarization of the composite anodes at high rate are obviously minimized due to the current sharing effect of the high-potential TiNbO_(4-x).Moreover,the amorphous Li_(y)TiNbO_(4-x) converted from TiNbO_(4-x) in the initial lithiation process can deliver pseudocapacitive capacity to the composite anodes from the second *** of these functions of TiNbO_(4-x)@Ccoating layer have directly contributed to the improved rate and cycle performance of the MCMB/TiNbO_(4-x)@C composite *** one containing 12.0 wt%TiNbO_(4-x) exhibits a high reversible specific capacity of 118 m Ah·g^(-1)at 10C(1C=372 m A·g^(-1)),together with a high capacity retention of 90.9%after 300 cycles at 3C,which are all much superior to those of pristine MCMB.

MgH_(2) is a promising high-capacity solid-state hydrogen storage material,while its application is greatly hindered by the high desorption temperature and sluggish ***,intertwined 2D oxygen vacancy-rich V_(2)O_(5) nanosheets(H-V_(2)O_(5))are specifically designed and used as catalysts to improve the hydrogen storage properties of MgH_(2).The as-prepared MgH_(2)-H-V_(2)O_(5) composites exhibit low desorption temperatures(Tonset=185℃)with a hydrogen capacity of 6.54 wt%,fast kinetics(Ea=84.55±1.37 kJ mol^(-1) H_(2) for desorption),and long cycling ***,hydrogen absorption can be achieved at a temperature as low as 30℃ with a capacity of 2.38 wt%within 60 ***,the composites maintain a capacity retention rate of~99%after 100 cycles at 275℃.Experimental studies and theoretical calculations demonstrate that the in-situ formed VH_(2)/V catalysts,unique 2D structure of H-V_(2)O_(5) nanosheets,and abundant oxygen vacancies positively contribute to the improved hydrogen sorption ***,the existence of oxygen vacancies plays a double role,which could not only directly accelerate the hydrogen ab/de-sorption rate of MgH_(2),but also indirectly affect the activity of the catalytic phase VH_(2)/V,thereby further boosting the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2).This work highlights an oxygen vacancy excited“hydrogen pump”effect of VH_(2)/V on the hydrogen sorption of Mg/MgH_(2).The strategy developed here may pave a new way toward the development of oxygen vacancy-rich transition metal oxides catalyzed hydride systems.

SiC Double Trench MOSFET with Split Gate and Integrated Schottky Barrier Diode for Ultra-low Power Loss and Improved Short-Circuit Capability

A silicon carbide（SiC） double trench metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor（DTMOS） with split gate（SG） and integrated Schottky barrier diode（SBD） is proposed for the first *** proposed device features two enhanced deep trenches in the surface,in which a source-connected SG with a thicker dielectric layer is located at the bottom of the deep gate trench and an integrated SBD is located at the sidewall of the deep source trench（DST）.Combined with shielding effect provided by the P+shield layer under the DST and integrated SBD,the proposed structure not only reduces the reverse transfer capacitance(Crss) and gate-drain charge(Qgd) but also restrains the saturation drain current(Id,sat) and improves the diode performance of the *** analysis results show that compared with the Con-DTMOS and Con-DTMOS with external SBD diode,the turn-on loss(Eon) and turn-off loss(Eoff) for the proposed device are reduced by 56.4%/70.4% and 56.6%/69.9%,***,the Id,satat the Vgsof 18 V for the proposed device is reduced by 74.4% and the short-circuit withstand time(tSC) is improved by about 7.5 *** a result,an ultra-low power loss and improved short-circuit capability is obtained for the proposed device.
