本文基于实测锆石(U-Th)/He和磷灰石裂变径迹年龄的联合热史模拟明确了米仓山隆起自新元古代以来的构造-热演化史。米仓山隆起前寒武系样品锆石(U-Th)/He年龄和磷灰石裂变径迹年龄分别为190~138 Ma和106.1~120.6 Ma,均小于地层年龄或成岩结晶年龄,有效地记录了早期热信息。热史模拟结果表明米仓山隆起自新元古代以来主要经历了早侏罗世—早白垩世和晚中新世至今两期快速冷却事件,分别与扬子-华北板块碰撞和印度-欧亚板块碰撞的东扩作用有关,而白垩纪—早中新世的缓慢冷却过程则与当时的古夷平面发育有关。本文不仅丰富完善了川北地区构造-热演化成果,而且对于该地区下一步油气勘探具有重要的指导意义。

The effects of contemporary climate,habitat heterogeneity and long-term climate change on species richness are well studied for woody plants in forest ecosystems,but poorly understood for herbaceous plants,especially in alpine–arctic ***,we aim to test if the previously proposed hypothesis based on the richness–environment relationship could explain the variation in richness patterns of the typical alpine–arctic herbaceous genus *** a newly compiled distribution database of 437 Saxifraga species,we estimated the species richness patterns for all species,narrow-and wide-ranged *** used generalized linear models and simultaneous autoregressive models to evaluate the effects of contemporary climate,habitat heterogeneity and historical climate on species richness *** regressions were used to determine the independent and shared effects of different *** widely used models were tested to identify their predictive power in explaining patterns of species *** found that temperature was negatively correlated with the richness patterns of all and wide-ranged species,and that was the most important environmental factor,indicating a strong conservatism of its ancestral temperate *** heterogeneity and long-term climate change were the best predictors of the spatial variation of narrow-ranged species ***,the combined model containing five predictors can explain ca.40%–50%of the variation in species *** further argued that additional evolutionary and biogeographical processes might have also played an essential role in shaping the Saxifraga diversity patterns and should be considered in future studies.

The secretome secreted by stem cells and bioactive material has emerged as a promising therapeutic choice for traumatic brain injury(TBI).We aimed to determine the effect of 3D-printed collagen/chitosan/secretome derived from human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells scaffolds(3D-CC-ST)on the injured tissue regeneration process.3D-CC-ST was performed using 3D printing technology at a low temperature(20C),and the physical properties and degeneration rate were *** utilization of low temperature contributed to a higher cytocompatibility of fabricating porous 3D architectures that provide a homogeneous distribution of *** after the establishment of the canine TBI model,3D-CC-ST and 3D-CC(3D-printed collagen/chitosan scaffolds)were implanted into the cavity of *** implantation of scaffolds,neurological examination and motor evoked potential detection were performed to analyze locomotor function *** and immunofluorescence staining were performed to evaluate *** group treated with 3D-CC-ST had good performance of behavior *** 3D-CC-ST significantly reduced the cavity area,facilitated the regeneration of nerve fibers and vessel reconstruction,and promoted endogenous neuronal differentiation and synapse formation after *** implantation of 3D-CC-ST also markedly reduced cell apoptosis and regulated the level of systemic inflammatory factors after TBI.

Adoptive cellular immunotherapy with chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T cells has emerged as a novel modality for treating relapsed and/or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma(B-NHL).With increasing approval of CAR T-cell products and advances in CAR T cell therapy,CAR T cells are expected to be used in a growing number of ***,CAR T-cell-associated toxicities can be severe or even fatal,thus compromising the survival benefit from this *** and studying the clinical management of these toxicities are *** contrast to other hematological malignancies,such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia and multiple myeloma,anti-CD19 CAR T-cell-associated toxicities in B-NHL have several distinctive features,most notably local cytokine-release syndrome(CRS).However,previously published guidelines have provided few specific recommendations for the grading and management of toxicities associated with CAR T-cell treatment for ***,we developed this consensus for the prevention,recognition,and management of these toxicities,on the basis of published literature regarding the management of anti-CD19 CAR T-cell-associated toxicities and the clinical experience of multiple Chinese *** consensus refines a grading system and classification of CRS in B-NHL and corresponding measures for CRS management,and delineates comprehensive principles and exploratory recommendations for managing anti-CD19 CAR T-cell-associated toxicities in addition to CRS.

Background:Previous studies have demonstrated the preclinical pharmacological and toxicological consistency,and clinical pharmacokinetic equivalence of bevacizumab biosimilar LY01008 with reference bevacizumab(Avastin).This randomized controlled trial aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of LY01008 with Avastin in first-line treatment of Chinese patients with advanced or recurrent non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:StageⅢB-ⅣNSCLC patients with evaluable lesions,good physical status,and adequate organ functions from 67 centers across china were randomized in a ratio of 1:1 to receive LY01008 or Avastin 15 mg/kg intravenously in combination with paclitaxel/carboplatin(combined treatment)for 4-6 cycles,followed by maintenance monotherapy with LY01008 until disease progression,intolerable toxicity,or *** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)in accordance with Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)version 1.1 confirmed by independent radiological review committees(IRRC).Secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR),duration of response(DoR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and *** study was registered in Clinical ***(NCT03533127).Results:Between December 15^(th),2017,and May 15^(th),2019,a total of 649 patients were randomized to the LY01008(n=324)or Avastin(n=325)*** of September 25th,2019 for primary endpoint analysis,589 patients received ORR evaluation,with a median number of combined treatment cycles of 5(range 1-6)andmedian duration of treatment of 3.0(range 0.0-5.1)*** responseevaluable patients in the LY01008 and Avastin groups were 48.5% and 53.0%,*** stratified ORR ratio was 0.91(90%CI 0.80-1.04,within the prespecified equivalence margin of 0.75-1.33).Up to May 15^(th),2020,with a median follow-up of 13.6(range 0.8-28.4)months,no notable differences in DCR,median DoR,median PFS,median OS,and 1-year OS rate were observed between the LY010

沉积盆地古老层系已成为我国油气勘探的重要领域,但由于缺乏有效古温标,其热史研究一直很薄弱.本文在系统综述锆石He扩散动力学模型及差异性基础上,探讨了锆石(U-Th)/He热定年技术在我国克拉通盆地古老层系热史恢复中的适用性.目前常用的锆石He扩散动力学模型包括简单模型、锆石辐射损伤积累和退火模型及扇形-线性模型.基于不同温度路径模拟发现,锆石辐射损伤积累和退火模型和扇形-线性模型在约束低温热史时具有较强的一致性,而在约束高温热史(>200℃)时,则具有明显的差异性.塔里木盆地、四川盆地和华北克拉通盆地的前寒武系样品单颗粒锆石(U-Th)/He年龄均小于地层年龄,且与有效铀浓度呈负相关性,反映了辐射损伤是锆石He年龄分散的主因.基于正、反演热史模拟明确了三大盆地前寒武系样品自沉积以来的古温度史,并揭示出它们曾经历过160~185℃的高温热历史,这对深层、古老层系烃源岩成熟演化和资源评价具有重要的科学意义.
