Based on the radioactive tracer [ ~ 18 F]2.fluoro-2.deoxy-D-glucose （FDG）, positron emission tomography （PET）, and compartment model, the tracer kinetic study has become an important method to investigate the glucose metabolic kinetics in human body. In this work, the kinetic parameters of three-compartment and four-parameter model for the FDG metabolism in the tissues of myocardium, lung, liver, stomach, spleen, pancreas, and marrow were estimated through some dynamic FDG-PET experiments. Together with published brain and skeletal muscle parameters, a relatively complete whole-body model was presented. In the liver model, the dual blood supply from the hepatic artery and the portal vein to the liver was considered for parameter estimation, and the more accurate results were obtained using the dual-input rather than the single arterial-input. The established whole-body model provides the functional information of FDG metabolism in human body. It can be used to further investigate the glucose metabolism, and also be used for the simulation and visualization of FDG metabolic process in human body.

The conception of k_uniform smoothness (KUS) is introduced. It is the extension of the conception of uniform smoothness. It is proved that the k_uniform smoothness and Sullivan’s K_uniform rotundity (KUR) are the daul notions. X+* is a KUR space if and only if X is a KUS space, X+* is a KUS space if and only if X is a KUR space. If X is a KUS space, then X is a (K+1)US space. It is also proved that the KUS space includes the Nan’s k_strongly smooth space.

Based on field observations and rheology analysis, we perform one analogue experiment and remold the 3. structural frame of Tongling deposit concentrating area firstly. Then we disassemble and dialyze the 3. structures of the model using the methods of "slicing" and "stripping". A series of sliced planes vertical to the fold hinges show similar landscapes of that in the drill hole profiles. Meanwhile, layer stripping analysis indicates that the deformation features of each layer in the model are qualitatively analogical to those obtained from field observations. Through contrasting the 3. structure between the experimental model and the field phenomena, we verify the following 3. deformation features of the caprock in this area: (1) the Tongling area mainly consists of three series of NE S-typed fold groups; (2. in the uniform stress field, the incoherent folds universally develop in different positions, along different axes as well as in different strata; (3. the faults propagate upward which are mostly inter-bedded detachment faults, while the fold amplitudes decrease while going deeper; and (4) the folds and cleavages are highly developed in the Silurian System indicating that the deformation effect of the Indosin-ian-Yanshanian structural layer terminates at this layer, which suggests that the Silurian System is the crucial layer for the inversion between brittle and plastic deformation domains and the underlying strata are subject to the control of another deformation system with distinct properties.

The two-dimensional Riemann problem of simplifed Euler equation is discussed, in which initial value contains two different constant states that are separated by a smooth curve. This problem is a natural description of realistic phenomena, but it is hard to study by conventional idea. So a new approach is proposed. Some new properties about two-dimensional rarefaction wave, shock wave and intermediate state of solutions are disclosed.

Effects of the main process parameters（temperature and time） on microstructure and properties of Ti（C, N）/Ni interface bonded by （Cu＋Nb） interlayer in a vacuum diffusion bonding device were investigated. The interfacial microstructures consisted initially of Ni3.b metallic compound and eutectic of Ni3.b ＋ CuNiss, and finally transformed to （Ti, Nb）（C, N）＋Ni3.b near Ti （C, N） and NiCuss ＋ Ni3.b near Ni when diffusion bonding temperature was 1 52.0} 573.K. It was clear that Cu was a constituent in the transient liquid phase （TlP） into which Ni was dissolved by forming Cu-Ni transition liquid. Nb was dissolved in Cu-Ni transition liquid rapidly. Ti （C, N） conld be wetted by resultant Ni-Nb-Cu transient liquid phase which was followed by a little （Ti, Nb）（C, N） solid solution formed at interface. This increased the interface combining capability. Ultimately the interface shear strength was able to reach 140 MPa. The theoretle analysis and experimental results show that the growth of interfacial reaction layer Ni3.b accords with parabola law, and the activation energy of diffusion reaction is 115.0±0.5 kJ/mol, while the diffusion reaction speed constant is 12.53.mm/s^1/2.

The sorption properties of macroporous weak acid resin （D113. for la^3. ion were studied by chemical analysis and IR spectra. Experimental results indicate that the D113.resin has a good adsorption ability for la^3. at pH = 6.0 in the HAc-NaAc medium. The statically saturated adsorption capacity is 2.3.3.mg/g. Separation coefficients of βla^3./Ce^3., βla^3./Gd^3., βla^3./Er^3., and βla^3./Y^3. are 2.2., 3.64, 4.2., and 0.62., respectively. The apparent activation energy of adsorption, Ea is 18.4 kJ/mol, the thermodynamics parameters AH, AS, and AG of sorption are 4.53.kJ/mol, 61.8 J/（mol·K）, -13.9 kJ/mol, respectively. The adsorption behavior of D113.for la^3. obeys the Freundlich isotherm. la^3.adsorbed on resin can be eluted by 2.0 mol/l HCl quantitatively.

By using the soil static and dynamic universal triaxial and torsional shear apparatus, a series of combined cyclic shear tests are performed to simulate the rotation in the principal stress direction induced by ocean wave. The tests include the cyclic preloading tests and liquefaction tests in the second loading on saturated loose sand with a relative density of 3.%. The all tests are consolidated under isotropic condition. The effect of the cyclic preloading on the resistance to liquefaction of saturated loose sands under the condition of continuous rotation in the principal stress direction is investigated. Experimental data indicate that the void ratio of saturated sands has a negligible reduction after cyclic preloading. With the increase of the intensity of cyclic preloading (in the amplitude and in the number of cycles), the resistance to liquefaction in the second loading is increased continuously under the condition that the liquefaction does not occur during the cyclic preloading. The reason is that the construction of more stable structure due to the uniformity of the void and the better interlocking of the particles when the cyclic preloading is applied to the saturated sand.

A new approach based on potential control was firstly used for the immobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) as the model protein. The self-assembly monolayer (SAM) was prepared with 2.aminoethanethiol (AET) on the gold electrode. The charge on HRP was adjusted by means of the acidity of the phosphate buffer solution (PBS) for dissolving the HRP. The in-fluence of electric potential on HRP immobilization was investigated by means of colorimetric immunoassay of enzyme-substrate interaction (CIESI) using an automatic plate reader. The HRP modified electrodes were characterized with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) as well as atomic force microscope (AFM) on template-stripped gold surface. The potential for maximum immobilization of HRP was near the zero charge potential. The result indicates that controlled potential can affect the course of HRP immobilization without the loss of enzymic activity. It is of great significance for the control of biomolecular self-assembly and the intrinsic electric device.

The potential energy surfaces for the nine low-lying electronic states of SO2.have been constructed by using the multi-reference second order perturbation theory (MRPT2. with the basis set cc-pVTZ. The optimized geometries and the adiabatic excitation energies of these states are in good agreement with experiments and previous calculations. The crossings and avoided crossings dis- played in the potential energy surfaces are expounded.
