Aim:The aim of the present study is to establish a population pharmacokinetic（PPK） model of valproate （VPA） in Chinese epileptic children to promote thereasonable use of anti-epileptic ***:Sparse data of VPA serumconcentrations from 417 epileptic children were *** patients weredivided into 2 groups:the PPK model group （n=317） and the PPK valid group（n=100）.The PPK parameter values of VPA were calculated by NONMEM soft-ware using the data of the PPK model group.A basic model and a final modelwere set *** validate the 2 models,the concentrations of PPK valid groupwere predicted by each model,*** mean prediction error （MPE）,mean squared prediction error （MSPE）,root mean squared prediction error（RMSPE）,weight residues （WRES）,and the 95% confidence intervals （95%CI） were also ***,the values between the 2 models were ***:The PPK of VPA was determined by a 1-compartment model with afirst-order absorption *** basic model was:Ka=3.09 (h-1),V/F=20.4（l）,Cl/F=0.296 （l/h）.The final model was:Ka=0.251+2.24·（1-HS）(h-1),V/F=2.88+0.157·WT （l）,Cl/F=0.1060.98·CO+0.0157·AGE （l/h）.For thebasic model,the MPE,MSPE,RMSPE,WRES,and the 95% CI were-23.53（-30.36,-16.70）,3728.96 （2872.72,4585.20）,39.62 （34.34,44.90）,and-0.06 （-0.14,0.02）,*** the final model,the MPE,MSPE,RMSPE,WRES,and the95% CI were-1.16 （-4.85,2.53）,1002.83 （1050.64,1143.61）,23.04 （21.12,24.96）,and0.08 （-0.04,0.20）,*** final model was more optimal than the ***:The PPK model of VPA in Chinese epileptic children wassuccessfully *** will be valuable to facilitate individualized dosageregimens.

The distinctive intrinsic heat treatment(IHT)originating from cyclic reheating in the laser-directed energy deposition(lDED) has attracted growing attention in recent *** this investigation,simulations and experimental characterizations were performed to examine the impact of IHT on the micros true ture and mechanical properties of lDED-fabricated CrCoNi medium-entropy alloy(MEA).The results show that the intensity of the IHT is proportional to the utilized laser energy density(lED).As the lED increased,significant dynamic recrystallization and grain refinement occurred within the alloy due to the enhanced intensity of ***,the high lED leads to severe hot cracking within the as-built MEA,resulting in inferior *** decreasing lED,the hot cracking was effectively ***,low lED weakened the intensity of IHT and consequently inhibited kinetic conditions of dynamic recrystallization,resulting in a heterogeneous grain structure characterized by multi-scale-sized *** structure provides significant hetero-deformation-induced hardening during plastic deformation,enabling the alloy to have a sustainable work-hardening *** expect that this work will have implications in taking full advantage of the unique IHT of the lDED process to fabricate ME As with excellent metallurgical quality and mechanical performance.

Impact of long-Term Fertilization on Phosphorus Status in Black Soil

A twelve-year field trial was carried out to determine the impact of long-term fertilization on phosphorus (P) distribu- tion in the soil profile, P balance, and the transformation and availability of soil P in a black soil (Phaeozem, FAO). Under a wheat-soybean-corn rotation, during twelve years where no fertilizer was applied, crops removed 60 and 81 mg P kg-1 soil in the control and NK treatment, respectively. About one third of the P absorbed by crops was originated from organic P. Ca2-P, Cag-P, Al-P and Fe-P were the main forms of inorganic P absorbed by crops. The surplus P from fertilization remained in the 0-20 cm soil layer and increased with the application rate of P. The combined application of NP or NPK increased available P to a lesser extent than the combined application of PK. Fertilizer P had mainly transformed to the Al-P, Fe-P, Ca2-P, and Cas-P forms. By using the P budget (X), changes in total P (Y1) and available P (Y2) in soils under the current cropping system could be predicted by the equations: Y1 = 0.02 + 1.01X and Y2 = 2.08 + 0.15X.

Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Northeast china Rice Fields in Fallow Season

CH4, N2O and CO2 emissions from northeast Chinese rice fields were measured in the fallow season （November to March） to investigate the effects of freezing-thawing on the emissions. Both CH4 emission from and atmospheric CH4 oxidation by the soil occurred, but the flux was small. During the fallow season, rice fields acted as a minor source of atmospheric CH4, which accounted for about 1% of the CH4 emission during the rice growing period. The field was also a substantial source of atmospheric N20, which ranged between 40 to 77 mg m-2 and eu=counted for 40%-50% of the annual N20 emission. The largest N20 flux was observed in the thawing period during the fallow season. laboratory incubation tests showed that the largest N20 flux came from the release of N20 trapped in frozen soil. Tillage and rice straw application （either mulched on the soil surface or incorporated in the soil） stimulated the CH4 and CO2 emissions during the fallow season, but only straw application stimulated N2O emission substantially.

Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are ideal biomarkers of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)because of their highly stable closed-loop structure,and they can act as microRNA(miRNA)sponges to regulate OSCC *** analyzing clinical samples,we identified circCPNE1,a dysregulated circRNA in OSCC,and its expression level was negatively correlated with the clinical stage of OSCC ***-of-function assays revealed the tumor-suppressive effect of circCPNE1,which was then identified as a miR-330-3p ***-330-3p was recognized as a tumor promoter in multiple studies,consistent with our finding that it could promote the proliferation,migration,and invasion of OSCC *** results indicated that selective inhibition of miR-330-3p could be an effective strategy to inhibit OSCC ***,we designed cationic polylysine-cisplatin prodrugs to deliver antagomiR-330-3p(a miRNA inhibitory analog)via electrostatic interactions to form PP@miR nanoparticles(NPs).Paratumoral administration results revealed that PP@miR NPs effectively inhibited subcutaneous tumor progression and achieved partial tumor elimination(2/5),which confirmed the critical role of miR-330-3p in OSCC *** findings provide a new perspective for the development of OSCC treatments.

Thermochemistry on coordination behavior of samaric chloride hydrate with diethylammonium diethyldithiocarbamate

The complex of samaric chloride lower hydrate with diethylammoniumdiethyldithiocarbamate (D-DDC) was synthesized conveniently in absolute alcohol and dry N_2atmosphere. The title complex was identified as Et_2NH_2[Sm(S_2CNEt_2)_4] by chemical and elementalanalyses, the bonding characteristics of which was characterized by IR. The enthalpies of solutionof samaric chloride hydrate and D-DDC in absolute alcohol at 298.15 K and the enthalpies change ofliquid-phase reaction of formation for Et_2NH_2[Sm(S_2CNEt_2)_4] at different temperatures weredetermined by mi-crocalorimetry. On the basis of experimental and calculated results, threethermodynamic parameters (the activation enthalpy, the activation entropy, and the activation freeenergy), the rate constant, and three kinetic parameters (the apparent activation energy, thepre-exponential constant, and the reaction order) of liquid phase reaction of formation wereobtained. The enthalpy change of the solid-phase title reaction at 298.15 K was calculated by athermochemical cycle.

A Survey of Social Nutrition Status of the Elderly in theUrban Area of Chengdu, Sichuan Province

The social nutrition status was investigated among 246 subjects aged 60-90 living at three urban communities in Chengdu of Sichuan Province. The questionnaire was designed to evaluate socirydeweraphic background, the subjects' nutrition knowledge, and the support systerns for geriatric nutrition. Fasting venous blcod was colected for the analysis of biochemical parameters. Blood pressure, bene mineral contents (BMC), body weight (BW) and they height (BH) were measured at the same time. Only 49. 7% of the subjects correctly an swered four basic questions on nutrition. Food patterns for the elder1y were simple and modest. Several nutrition-related disorders for the elderly were including high systolic bbo pressure (44. 6 % ), hyPertriglyceridemia (25. 9 % ), high diasto1ic blood pressure (25. 1% ),obesity (24. 5% ), high PBG (20. 6% ), emaciation (19. 9%), high FBG (17.9%) and osteoporosis (16. 8%). These data indicate that the support systems for the geriatric nutrition will have to be improved.
