The importance of anharmonic effect in dissociation of molecular systems especially clusters has been noted. In this paper, we shall study the effect of coupled anharmonic oscillator of the standard bilinear form (SBF) Morse oscillator (MO) potential on unimolecular reaction. We shall use the systematic theoretical approach, Yl method, proposed by Yao and lin (YAO l, et. al. J Phys Chem A, 2007, 111(29): 6722-6729), which can evaluate anharmonic effects on the rate constants based on the transition state theory. In treating the anharmonic effect with the Morse oscillator potential on unimolecular reactions under collision-free conditions by using the RRKM (Rice-Ramsperger-Kassel-Marcus) theory, the in-verse laplace transformation of the partition functions was used to obtain the total amount of state and density of state by using the first-order and the second-order approximations of the saddle-point method. To demonstrate the anharmonic effect of the SBF Morse model, we choose some model systems and a real reaction as examples.

The archaeological site of Sampula cemetery was located about 14 km to the southwest of the luo County in Xinjiang Khotan,china,belonging to the ancient Yutian kingdom.14C analysis showed that this cemetery was used from 217 *** 283 A.D. Ancient DNA was analyzed by 364 bp of the mitochondrial DNA hypervariable region I （mtDNA HVR-I）,and by six restriction fragment length polymorphism （RFlP） sites of mtDNA coding *** successfully extracted and sequenced intact stretches of maternally inher- ited mtDNA from 13 out of 16 ancient Sampula *** analysis of mtDNA haplogroup distribution showed that the ancient Sampula was a complex population with both European and Asian *** joining network of U3 sub-haplogroup and multi-dimen- sional scaling analysis all showed that the ancient Sampula had maternal relationship with Ossetian and Iranian.

An entanglement measure for multipartite pure states is formulated using the product of the von Neumann entropy of the reduced density matrices of the constituents. Based on this new measure, all possible ways of the maximal entanglement of the triqubit pure states are studied in detail and all types of the maximal entanglement have been compared with the result of ‘the average entropy’. The new measure can be used to calculate the degree of entanglement, and an improvement is given in the area near the zero entropy.

In order to deal with fault prediction problems that involve both quantitative and qualitative in-formation for nonlinear complex system, a new fault prediction model is established based on the evidential reasoning (ER) approach, and an optimal learning algorithm for training ER-based prediction model is pre-sented based on the mean square error (MSE) criterion. This prediction model inherits the advantages of ER approach, which can deal with precise data, incomplete data and fuzzy data with nonlinear characteristic. In this model, the input signals transformed using rule based information transformation technique, are aggregated by analytical ER approach, and then the outputs of prediction model are constructed according to the types of system outputs. In addition, two fault decision criteria are defined to conduct fault identification. To overcome the difficulty in determining model parameters accurately and subjectively, a nonlinear optimization model is constructed and the optimal parameters are obtained. Two experimental studies are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed model. The results show that the established prediction model and the presented parameters optimization methods can deal with fault prediction problem effectively.

By use of optical spectrum technology, the spectra of X-ray induced by highly charged 40Arq+ ions interacting with Au surface have been studied. The results show that the argon Kα X-ray were emitted from the hollow atoms formed below the surface. There is a process of multi-electron exciting in neutralization of the Ar16+ion, with electronic con-figuration 1s2 in its ground state below the solid surface. The yield of the projectile Kα X-ray is related to its initial electronic configuration, and the yield of the target X-ray is related to the projectile kinetic energy.

The planar cubic hybrid hyperbolic polynomial curves and cubic H Bézier curves are presented. The conditions leading to inflection points and singularities (cusps and loops) are investigated and the shape of these curves is classified. The conclusions enable us to detect inflection points and singularities and get an idea of how to preserve the fair shape when designing such curves.
