Effect of Hyperconjugation on Photovoltaic Performance in Pseduo-2D Perylene Diimide Derivatives

Theπ-πinteraction is acknowledged as the predominant factor to determine the molecular packing in organic photovoltaic materials,while other non-covalent intermolecular interactions especially theσ-πhyperconjugation are often ***,a perylene diimide(PDI)derivative named FIDT-PDI is designed and synthesized to shed light into the effect of hyperconjugation on the molecular packing and further the photovoltaic *** NMR and 2D NOE NMR demonstrate the formation of intermolecularσ-πhyperconjugation between the C—H bond of the PDI moiety in one molecule and the phenyl sidechain in another molecule of *** from theσ-πhyperconjugation,FIDT-PDI with twisted backbone reversely exhibits more ordered packing and stronger crystallinity compared with another PDI derivative FIDTT-PDI which has better planarity,consequently achieving superior PCE and higher carrier *** contribution is the first paradigm to unravel the structure-property relationship betweenσ-πhyper-conjugation of conjugated materials and corresponding photovoltaic performance.

Objective Endometrial carcinoma(EC)is a prevalent gynecological malignancy characterized by increasing incidence and mortality *** underscores the critical need for novel therapeutic *** such potential target is cell division cycle 20(CDC20),which has been implicated in *** study investigated the effect of the CDC20 inhibitor Apcin on EC and elucidated the underlying mechanism *** The effects of Apcin on EC cell proliferation,apoptosis,and the cell cycle were evaluated using CCK8 assays and flow *** sequencing(RNA-seq)was subsequently conducted to explore the underlying molecular mechanism,and Western blotting and coimmunoprecipitation were subsequently performed to validate the *** studies were performed to evaluate the antitumor effects in *** analysis was also conducted to identify CDC20 as a potential therapeutic target in *** Treatment with Apcin inhibited proliferation and induced apoptosis in EC cells,resulting in cell cycle *** associated with apoptosis and the cell cycle were activated following treatment with ***,Apcin treatment led to the upregulation of the cell cycle regulator p21,which was verified to interact with CDC20 and consequently decrease the expression of downstream cyclins in EC *** vivo experiments confirmed that Apcin treatment significantly impeded tumor *** CDC20 expression was observed in EC tissue than in nonmalignant tissue,and increased CDC20 expression in EC patients was associated with shorter overall survival and progress free *** CDC20 is a novel molecular target in EC,and Apcin could be developed as a candidate antitumor drug for EC treatment.

Lilies are widely cultivated for cut flowers,but their large anthers carry a considerable amount of colored pollen that is dispersed *** the molecular mechanism of anther development and dehiscence could help solve this ***21,encoding a putative R2R3v-myb avian myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog(MYB)transcription factor,was identified from oriental lilies(Lilium‘Siberia’).Real-time quantitative PCR analysis showed that LoMYB21 was mainly expressed in the anther,filament and stigma and had high expression during the late stages of lily anther ***21 had transactivation activity and was located in the nucleus through yeast one-hybrid assays and transient expression in Nicotiana *** of LoMYB21 by virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS)in Lilium‘Siberia’led to anther indehiscence and reduced the expression of genes related to Jasmonate acid(JA)biosynthesis and signal *** of LoMYB21 in DEX::LoMYB21 transgenic Arabidopsis caused procumbent inflorescences that became infertile,accompanied by higher expression of JA biosynthetic and signaling *** results demonstrated that JA content and signaling were abnormal in silenced lily and transgenic LoMYB21 Arabidopsis,which affected anther *** study indicated that LoMYB21 could regulate lily anther dehiscence through JA biosynthesis and signaling during the late stages of anther development.

Seismic isolation is an effective strategy to mitigate the risk of seismic damage in ***,the impact of surface-reflected seismic waves on the effectiveness of tunnel isolation layers remains under *** this study,we employ the wave function expansion method to provide analytical solutions for the dynamic responses of linings in an elastic half-space and an infinite elastic *** comparing the results of the two models,we investigate the seismic isolation effect of tunnel isolation layers induced by reflected seismic *** findings reveal significant differences in the dynamic responses of the lining in the elastic half-space and the infinitely elastic ***,the dynamic stress concentration factor(DSCF)of the lining in the elastic half-space exhibits periodic fluctuations,influenced by the incident wave frequency and tunnel depth,while the DSCF in the infinitely elastic space remain ***,the seismic isolation application of the tunnel isolation layer is found to be less affected by surface-reflected seismic *** results provide valuable insights for the design and assessment of the seismic isolation effect of tunnel isolation layers.

A novelγ-γ'(Ni solid solution—Ni_(3)Al)NiPtAl coating was produced on advanced single-crystal(SC)superalloy N5 by electroplating of a thin Pt coating with~3μm in thickness followed by heat treatment at 1000℃in *** comparison,a traditionalγ-γ'NiPtAl coating was also produced by electroplating of a thick Pt coating with~6μm in thickness followed by heat treatment at 1100℃in *** novel coating has a mass gain of~0.5 mg·cm^(-2)after 100 h 1-h cyclic oxidation at 1150℃,showing better oxidation resistance than the traditional *** oxide scale mostly consisting ofα-Al_(2)O_(3)grew on the novel coating because the element Cr from the SC alloy substrate contributes to the formation ofα-Al_(2)O_(3).Pt content in the novel coating has significant effect on the oxidation *** optimized Pt content in the coating is about 16 at%,which is helpful to reduce the diffusion of harmful elements from the substrate into the coating but also to reduce the cost of the coating.

TiO_(2)-supported V_(2)O_(5)catalysts are commonly used in NO_(x)reduction with ammonia due to their robust catalytic *** these catalysts,it is generally considered that the active species are mainly derived from the vanadia species rather than the intrinsic structure of V-O-Ti entities,namely the interface *** reveal the role of V-O-Ti entities in NH_(3)-SCR,herein,we prepared TiO_(2)/V_(2)O_(5)catalysts and demonstrated that V-O-Ti entities were more active for NO_(x)reduction under wet conditions than the V sites(V=O)working *** the V-O-Ti entities,kinetic measurements and first principles calculations revealed that NH_(3)activation exhibited a much lower energy barrier than that on V=O *** wet conditions,the V-O-Ti interface significantly inhibited the transformation of V=O to V-OH sites thus benefiting NH_(3)*** wet conditions,meanwhile,the migration of NH_(4)^(+)from Ti site neighboring the V-O-Ti interface to Ti site of the V-O-Ti interface was exothermic;thus,V-O-Ti entities together with neighboring Ti sites could serve as channels linking NH_(3)pool and active centers for activation of NH_(4)^(+).This finding reveals that the V-O-Ti interface sites on V-based catalysts play a crucial role in NO_(x)removal under realistic conditions,providing a new perspective on NH_(3)-SCR mechanism.

Boron is an important industrial raw material often sourced from minerals containing different compounds that cocrystallize,which makes it difficult to separate the mineral phases through conventional *** study proposed a new treatment called flash reduction-melting separation(FRMS)for boron-bearing iron *** this method,the concentrates were first flash-reduced at the temperature under which the particles melt,and the slag and the reduced iron phases disengaged at the particle *** reduc-tion and melting effects were achieved above 1550℃.The B_(2)O_(3) content in the separated slag was over 18wt%,and the B content in the iron was less than 0.03wt%.The proposed FRMS method was tested to investigate the effects of factors such as ore particle size and tem-perature on the reduction and melting steps with and without pre-reducing the raw *** mineral phase transformation and morphology evolution in the ore particles during FRMS were also comprehensively analyzed.

Maintenance is an important technical measure to maintain and restore the performance status of equipment and ensure the safety of the production process in industrial production,and is an indispensable part of prediction and health ***,most of the existing remaining useful life(RUL)prediction methods assume that there is no maintenance or only perfect maintenance during the whole life cycle;thus,the predicted RUL value of the system is obviously lower than its actual operating *** complex environment of the system further increases the difficulty of maintenance,and its maintenance nodes and maintenance degree are limited by the construction period and working conditions,which increases the difficulty of RUL *** RUL prediction method for a multi-omponent system based on the Wiener process considering maintenance is *** performance degradation model of components is established by a dynamic Bayesian network as the initial model,which solves the uncertainty of insufficient data *** on the experience of experts,the degree of degradation is divided according to Poisson process simulation random failure,and different maintenance strategies are used to estimate a variety of condition maintenance *** example of a subsea tree system is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
