本研究采用机器视觉及图像处理技术对多株植物生长信息进行了监测研究。该监测系统使用的CCD相机被安装在四周均布10株被测植物的精密旋转云台上,相机的镜头前安装了近红外滤片,在相机顶部安装了近红外光源。旋转云台按一定时间间隔自动定角度旋转,旋转到设定角度后,CCD相机对被测植株进行取像。利用该系统,可以长时间自动连续对多株植物进行监测。为了提高测量精度,实验过程中在被检测对象的茎节叶腋处粘贴反射亮片,在图像分析处理过程中,采用一种基于亚像素和区域匹配的误差消除估计算法EEC图像分析的处理方法,有效地提高了检测精度。并且,通过研究发现在图像匹配过程中,参考模板的最小尺寸应大于15×15pixel。利用该系统对菊花的茎长生长进行了监测分析,发现白天菊花的茎长生长率要小于夜间的生长率。该研究为利用机器视觉技术连续非接触监测植物的生长信息提供了技术理论基础。

Os/Os ratios and osmium concentrations were analyzed in sedimentary reference materials JSd-3,JMS-1,and JMS-2,issued by the Geological Survey of Japan,using the isotope dilution method with negative thermal ionization mass spectrometry(ID-N-TIMS).The chemical procedures used in this study are based on Carius tube digestion combined with carbon tetrachloride extraction to separate *** obtained Os/Os ratios of JSd-3,JMS-1,and JMS-2 were 0.941- 1.149,0.3894-0.465,and 0.747-0.848,respectively,and their Os abundances were 27.07-39.32 ppt,80.8-106.6 ppt,and 281-317.2 ppt,*** among the samples presumably reflect differences in sources and depositional *** Os isotopic ratios and abundances were variable within individual *** relative 95%confidence intervals of Os concentrations and isotopic ratios were respectively 13%and 6.2%for JSd-3,15%and 9.8%for JMS-1,and 4.3%and 4.2%for *** variations probably reflect the heterogeneity of the original rock of each reference *** concentration and high isotope ratio of JSd-3 probably results from the derivation of the original rocks from continental components with low Os abundance and elevated Os/*** of anthropogenic Os were inferred in JMS-1,a nearshore sediment from an urbanized locality,which had high Os contents and relatively low Os isotopic *** elevated Os concentrations and high Os/Os in JMS-2,a pelagic clay,may reflect the scavenging of Os in seawater into Mn-Fe oxyhydroxides deposited on the seafloor.

Concentrations of Re and Os andOs/Os ratios were obtained on the modern sediment samples from two estuarine areas:the Tama River in Tokyo and the Yasaka River in Oita,*** shallow(depth 25 cm)intervals are 99.2-105.5ppt Os that are more than 3 times higher than ***,all samples haveOs/Os ratios within a relatively narrow range of 0.3029-0.4035,much lower than that of UCC(1.0-1.3),indicating a similar source of Os in both *** lowerOs/Os ratios and high Os concentrations of the sediments in the Tama River suggest the impact from human *** sudden enrichment of Os at the deep interval may be related to the redox condition *** addition,the Os concentration is vertically constant in either the upper and lower intervals of the sediment profile,suggesting constant burial fluxes of Os in the *** Os in the Yasaka River estuary sediments(9.22-29.4 ppt)are generally lower than that of the Tama River,either similar or much lower(/3)than the average UCC Os *** samples with high Os concentrations have lowerOs/Os ratios whereas the samples with lower Os concentrations have relatively higherOs/Os ratios,probably indicating different Os *** relatively higherOs/Os ratios and lower Os concentrations in some Yasaka River estuarine sediments than the Tama River may also suggest less pollution from human activity to the Yasaka River compared to the Tama *** is a large decrease of Re concentrations with depth in the Yasaka River estuarine sediment whereas less variations of Re in the Tama River estuarine *** ratio of Re/Os is also sharply different between the two estuarine sediments,also indicating different sedimentary *** Tama River sediments may receive much more anthropogenic influence while the Yasaka River sediments get str

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between sleep condition and autonomic nervous function of women in their 70s with type 2 diabetes mellitus by analyzing the activity counts (AC) on actigraphs and heart rate variability (HRV). Ten healthy women in their 30s to 40s as control and four women patients with type 2 diabetes in their 70s wore the electrocardiograph and an actigraph for 24 hours while keeping a diary of activities, including their sleep and food intake. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index was used to assess subjective sleep conditions. The subjective sleeping results were significantly correlated with those measured by the AC and HRV. However, AC and HRV correlation pattern showed different activity in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The quality of sleep of those with chronic diabetes was not good even if their HbA1c was well controlled. Furthermore, their automatic nervous function was different from the control group. The sleeping hours of patients with type 2 diabetes were shorter or longer than those of healthy women. Ultimately, this study maintains that it is important to examine automatic nervous functions using objective examination index during the early stage of diabetes mellitus.
