Enzymatic Characterization of Pectinex XXL,a Pectinase Produced by Aspergillus niger,and Its Application in Fruit Juice Production

Pectinex XXL,a commercially prepared pectinase,was investigated for its potential application in the fruit juice *** acid was used as the substrate for determining the enzymatic properties of Pectinex XXL using the DNS *** to the results,the optimal pH for Pectinex XXL activity was 4.5,and the enzyme was stable in the pH range of 3.0~*** optimal pH and pH stability range are consistent with those of some tropical and subtropical *** optimal temperature for Pectinex XXL activity was 60℃,and the enzyme remained stable after one hour in a water bath set at 40℃.Additionally,the enzymatic activity was not inhibited in the presence of 1 mmol/L of Na^(+),Mg^(2+),Ba^(2+),Co^(2+),Zn^(2+),and Fe^(2+),whereas it was slightly inhibited in the presence of 2 mmol/L of K^(+)and Fe^(2+)and partially inhibited in the presence of 1 and 2 mmol/L of Ca^(2+)and Mn^(2+),demonstrating its good stability in acids and excellent thermal catalytic *** on the above experimental results,depectinization experiments were performed on plantain and cherry tomato juices using different amounts of Pectinex *** one hour reaction with 16 U/mL of the enzyme,the yields of the plantain and cherry tomato juices were substantially increased by 119.03%and 15.97%,respectively,while their light transmittance was remarkably enhanced by 37.65%and 12.35%,***,the enzyme reduced the viscosity of the plantain and cherry tomato juices by 88.29%and 29.50%,*** juice production experiments confirmed that this enzyme can significantly improve the yield and light transmittance of plantain juice,while effectively reducing its *** findings indicate the potential of Pectinex XXL in the industrial production of plantain juice.

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理方法对金属原子W掺杂Ti(C_(0.5)N_(0.5))的晶格常数、弹性常数和电子结构以及电荷布居进行计算和分析,结果表明:W原子可稳定存在于(Ti_(1-x)W_(x))(C_(0.5)N_(0.5))中,但W原子的加入使得(Ti_(1-x)W_(x))(C_(0.5)N_(0.5))体系稳定性下降,增强了原子间的键能,且晶格因替换原子W与Ti的直径大小不同产生畸变,并伴随着W含量的增加会加剧晶格畸变和晶格常数失衡;由弹性常数计算结果表明,适当添加W原子能改善(Ti_(1-x)W_(x))(C_(0.5)N_(0.5))的抵抗外力变形的能力和硬度,同时可以降低晶体的脆性,且当x(W)=12%时,(Ti_(1-x)W_(x))(C_(0.5)N_(0.5))抵抗变形能力和硬度达到最佳,理论硬度HV提高了6%;电子结构计算结果显示,W原子掺杂后费米能级处态密度增加,增强了(Ti_(1-x)W_(x))(C_(0.5)N_(0.5))的导电性,且远高于Ti(C_(0.5)N_(0.5))的导电性;通过差分电荷密度图发现,W原子掺杂替换Ti会与C原子形成极性共价键,可以改善(Ti_(1-x)W_(x))(C_(0.5)N_(0.5))的固有力学性能。

CeCO_(3)OH has a unique crystal structure and excellent optical,electronic and catalytic properties,which has been widely investigated for many ***,ceria obtained from CeCO_(3)OH has a morphology that is similar to that of the precursor,and the CeO_(2)-based products obtained from CeCO_(3)OH exhibit outstanding properties,such as catalytic performances,owing to their designed morphology and oxygen vacancies(OVs).To introduce CeCO_(3)OH into a wider range of potential researchers,we first systematically review the physico-chemical properties,synthesis,reaction and morphology tuning mechanism of CeCO_(3)OH,and summarize the conversion behavior from CeCO_(3)OH to ***,we thoroughly survey the applications of CeCO_(3)OH and its conversion *** for further investigations of CeCO_(3)OH are also made in this *** is hoped that the exhaustive co mpilation of the valuable properties and considerable potential investigations of CeCO_(3)OH will promote further applications of CeCO_(3)OH and CeO_(2)-based functional materials.

Background Understanding of the ratio of photosynthetic photon flux density（Qp） to global solar radiation（Rs）(Qp/Rs) is crucial for applying Rsto ecology-related *** studies reported Qp/Rsand its variations based on measurements from a single observatory tower,instead of multi-site-based measurements over complex *** may neglect spatial heterogeneity in the terrain,creating a gap in an understanding of how terrain affects Qp/Rsand how this effect interacts with meteorological *** here the Qingyuan Ker Towers（three towers in a valley with different terrains:T1,T2,and T3） were utilized to measure Qpand Rsover mountainous forests of Northeast *** airborne LiDAR system was used to generate a digital elevation model,and sky view factor of sectors（SVFs） divided from the field of view of tower's pyranometer was calculated as a topographic factor to explain the variations of Qp/*** The results identified significant differences in Qp/Rsof the three towers at both daily and half-hour scales,with larger differences on clear days than on overcast ***/Rswas positively correlated with SVFsof T1 and T3,while this correlation was negative with that of *** effect of SVFson Qp/Rsinteracted with clearness index,water vapor pressure and solar zenith *** forest-based importance assessment demonstrated that explanation（R2） on Qp/Rswas improved when SVFswas included in the predictor variable set,indicating that incorporating terrain effects enhances the prediction accuracy of Qp/*** improvement in the R2values was more pronounced on clear days than on overcast days,suggesting that the effect of terrain on Qp/Rsdepended on sky *** All findings suggested that Qp/Rsis affected by terrain,and integrating terrain information into existing Qp/Rsmodels is a feasible solution to improve Qp/Rsestimates in mountainous areas.

The reactivity of metal surfaces is a cornerstone concept in chemistry,as metals have long been used as catalysts to accelerate chemical *** fundamentally important,the reactivity of metal surfaces has hitherto not been explicitly *** example,in order to compare the activity of two metal surfaces,a particular probe adsorbate,such as O,H,or CO,has to be specified,as comparisons may vary from probe to *** we report that the metal surfaces actually have their own intrinsic/eigen reactivity,independent of any probe *** employing unsupervised machine learning algorithms,specifically,principal component analysis(PCA),two dominant eigenvectors emerged from the binding strength dataset formed by 10 commonly used probes on 48 typical metal *** to their chemical characteristics revealed by vector decomposition,these two eigenvectors can be defined as the covalent reactivity and the ionic reactivity,*** the ionic reactivity turns out to be related to the work function of the metal surface,the covalent reactivity cannot be indexed by simple physical properties,but appears to be roughly connected with the valence-electron number normalized density of states at the Fermi *** findings expose that the metal surface reactivity is essentially a two-dimensional vector rather than a scalar,opening new horizons for understanding interactions at the metal surface.

随着无线通信技术的发展,高速场景下通信技术的研究也越来越广泛,其中获取到准确的信道状态信息对提升无线通信系统的性能具有重要的意义。针对正交频分复用系统在高速场景下,现有信道预测算法未考虑噪声影响及预测精度低的问题,提出了一种注意力去噪与复数卷积LSTM的时变信道预测算法。首先,设计了一种通道注意力信道去噪网络对信道状态信息进行去噪处理,降低了噪声对信道状态信息的影响。然后,提出了基于复数卷积层和长短期记忆网络的信道预测模型,对去噪后历史时刻的信道状态信息进行特征提取,并且对未来时刻的信道状态信息进行预测;改进后的LSTM预测模型增强了对信道时序特征的提取能力,提高了信道预测的精度。最后,结合Adam优化器对未来时刻信道状态信息进行预测输出。仿真结果表明:与对比算法相比,所提基于注意力去噪与复数卷积LSTM的时变信道预测算法对信道状态信息的预测精度更高,能够适用于高速移动场景下的时变信道预测。

The cold plasma(CP)technique was applied to alleviate the contamination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH)in this *** different CP treatments methods were implemented in the production of beef patties,to investigate their inhibition and degradation capacity on *** 5 different cooking oils and fats addition,the inhibition mechanism of in-package cold plasma(ICP)pretreatment was explored from the aspect of raw patties fatty acids composition *** results of principal component analysis showed that the first two principal components accounted for more than 80%of the total variation in the original data,indicating that the content of saturated fatty acids was significantly positively correlated with the formation of *** pretreatment inhibited the formation of PAHs by changing the composition of fatty acids,which showed that the total amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids decreased and the total amount of monounsaturated fatty acids *** discrimination tests demonstrated there were discernable differences between 2 CP treated samples and the controls,utilization of the ICP pretreatment in meat products processing was expected to achieve satisfying eating *** conclusion,CP treatment degraded PAHs through stepwise ring-opening oxidation in 2 reported pathways,the toxicity of PAHs contaminated products was alleviated after CP treatment.

BACKGROUND Pelvic fractures(PF)with concomitant injuries are on the rise due to an increase of high-energy *** of the elderly population with age related comorbidities further complicates the *** organ injuries are kindred with PF due to the proximity to pelvic *** of contrast blush(CB)on computed tomography in patients with PF is considered a sign of active bleeding,however,its clinical significance and association with outcomes is *** To analyze polytrauma patients with PF with a focus on the geriatric population,co-injuries and the value of contrast *** This retrospective cohort study included 558 patients with PF admitted to level 1 trauma center(01/2017-01/2023).Analyzed variables included:Age,sex,mechanism of injury(MOI),injury severity score(ISS),Glasgow coma scale(GCS),abbreviated injury scale(AIS),co-injuries,transfusion requirements,pelvic angiography,embolization,laparotomy,orthopedic pelvic surgery,intensive care unit and hospital lengths of stay,discharge disposition and *** study compared geriatric and non-geriatric patients,patients with and without CB and abdominal *** score matching was implemented in comparison *** PF comprised 4%of all trauma admissions.89 patients had CB.286(52%)patients had concomitant injuries including 93(17%)patients with abdominal *** patients compared to non-geriatric had more falls as MOI,lower ISS and AIS pelvis,higher GCS,less abdominal co-injuries,similar CB and angio-embolization rates,less orthopedic pelvic surgeries,shorter lengths of stay and higher *** propensity matching,orthopedic pelvic surgery rates remained lower(8%vs 19%,Pher(13%vs 4%,P<0.001)in geriatric *** of 89 patients with CB,45(51%)were *** propensity matching,patients with CB compared to without CB had more pelvic angiography(71%vs 12%,P<0.001),hi

基于Phyphox App,利用智能手机磁传感器通过测量磁感应强度的变化研究三体耦合摆运动规律。实验结果清晰地显示拍现象以及能量在三摆中的传播过程。通过改变四种不同的初始条件,发现耦合摆呈现不同的振动模式。随着耦合长度增加,中间摆拍周期单调减小。利用Maple软件得到三体耦合摆解析解,并将数值计算结果与实验数据进行对比,理论与实验结果基本一致。所搭建的三体耦合摆实验装置简单,非常适合作为居家实验来开设。
