Crystal polymers or liquid crystal elastomers undergo a phase transition that results in a change in the corresponding optical properties, which has the potential to be applied in areas such as information encryption and anti-counterfeiting. The utilization of these materials for patterning purposes requires different phase transition temperatures. However, once prepared, altering the phase transition temperature of them presents significant challenges. herein, a poly(oxime-ester)(POE) network is developed to achieve high-resolution and multilevel patterning by photo-induced isomerization. The as-prepared POE exhibits the ability to transition from an opaque state to a transparent state under temperature stimuli, with the transition temperature and kinetics dependent on UV light exposure time. Thus, complex patterns and information can be encrypted through different selective regional exposure time and decrypted under specific temperature or cooling time. Furthermore, we illustrate an example of temporal communication, where cooling time or temperature serves as the encoded information. This research expands the application scope of advanced encryption materials, showcasing the potential of POE in dynamic information encryption and decryption processes.

Aging in oak barrels is widely used in enology which could bring flavor changes and aromatic complexity to *** the present study,the aroma compounds were analyzed from the‘Merlot’dry red wines,which were fermented in two types of fermenters(stainless steel tank and rotated oak barrel)and aged in six types of oak barrels(three geographic origins×two toasting degrees)for different time(0,3,6 and 9 months,respectively).Results showed that 30 volatiles were associated with barrels and increased during oak *** fermenters could influence the intensities of the toast,leathery,smoky,fruity,floral and caramel *** concentration of whisky lactone,eugenol,cis-isoeugenol,and the intensities of the toast and spicy aromas were highest in the wines aged in American oak and were lowest in the wines aged in French oak *** concentrations of guaiacol,syringol,trans-isoeugenol,furfural alcohol,vanilla,cis-whisky lactone enabled the medium toasting barrels to be distinguished from the light toasting *** compounds originating from the barrels could be used to distinguish the types of different barrels,but the other general grape-derived and fermentation-derived volatiles could *** fermenters,oak species and toasting degrees of the barrels all had significant effects on the aroma profiles of the aged‘Merlot’dry red wines,but the influence of the geographic origin was not obvious.

Jupiter is one of the top priorities for deep space exploration in China and other countries. The structure of Jupiter's interior, in particular, is a crucial but still unclear scientific topic. This paper discusses current scientific understanding of Jupiter's interior by summarizing the history of past and current exploration and data analysis. We review recent space-based and ground-based observation methods and analyze their feasibility. To gain new insight into the internal structure of Jupiter, we propose to study Jupiter's innards by planetary seismology. Ground-based observation, namely the Jupiter Seismologic Interferometer Polarization Imager(SIPI) in Lenghu,will be developed to obtain the Doppler velocity distribution on the surface of Jupiter and identify oscillation signals. Lenghu has observation conditions that are not only exceptional in China but even in the world, capable of providing novel insight into the interior of Jupiter. This will also be the first study in China of the interior of Jupiter using asteroseismology, which has significant implications for China's plans to explore Jupiter via spacecraft-mounted instruments.

Extensive research efforts have revealed that the Martian dust storms can perturb the upper atmospheric condition and as a consequence,enhance plasma density and photoelectron flux in the ***,previous observational studies of the Martian dust storm impacts have been restricted to regions below 400 km,which limits our understanding of the Martian dust storm effects in the upper ionosphere and ***,based on the suprathermal electron measurements made by the Solar Wind Electron Analyzer onboard the Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution,we identify with an automatic procedure the occurrences of all photoelectron boundary(PEB)crossings at solar zenith angle below 120°(with a dust-free median altitude of about 600 km).Using the dayside PEB as a proxy of the upper ionospheric and magnetospheric condition,we analyze the variations of the PEB altitude during the 2018 global dust storm(GDS)of Mars Year 34(MY34)and compare them with the period in MY33 when there was no global dust *** conclude that the column dust optical depth(CDOD)emerges as one of the main driving factors for PEB altitude variations during the *** analysis implies that the GDS can affect the Martian upper atmosphere and ionosphere over considerable distances and extended time scales.

Experiment and constitutive modelling of creep deformation in the frozen silt-concrete interface

To ensure the long-term safety and stability of bridge pile foundations in permafrost regions,it is necessary to investigate the rheological effects on the pile tip and pile side bearing *** creep characteristics of the pile-frozen soil interface are critical for determining the long-term stability of permafrost pile *** study utilized a self-developed large stress-controlled shear apparatus to investigate the shear creep characteristics of the frozen silt-concrete interface,and examined the influence of freezing temperatures(−1,−2,and−5°C),contact surface roughness(0,0.60,0.75,and 1.15 mm),normal stress(50,100,and 150 kPa),and shear stress on the creep characteristics of the contact *** incorporating the contact surface’s creep behavior and development trends,we established a creep constitutive model for the frozen silt-concrete interface based on the Nishihara model,introducing nonlinear elements and a damage *** results revealed significant creep effects on the frozen silt-concrete interface under constant load,with creep displacement at approximately 2-15 times the instantaneous displacement and a failure creep displacement ranging from 6 to 8 *** different experimental conditions,the creep characteristics of the frozen silt-concrete interface varied.A larger roughness,lower freezing temperatures,and higher normal stresses resulted in a longer sample attenuation creep time,a lower steady-state creep rate,higher long-term creep strength,and stronger creep *** upon the Nishihara model,we considered the influence of shear stress and time on the viscoelastic viscosity coefficient and introduced a damage factor to the *** improved model effectively described the entire creep process of the frozen silt-concrete *** results provide theoretical support for the interaction between pile and soil in permafrost regions.

Carbon materials have been used as the support for catalysts in the field of acetylene hydrochlorination,the influence of inevitable oxygen-containing moieties on the reaction is often ignored and the mechanism of the oxygen-doping structure remains ***,we explored the effect of the oxygen-containing group(C-O-C)in the support on the activity of single-atom dispersed Cu *** immersing the Cu single-atom catalyst in an alkaline solution,the epoxy species on the carbon support was cleaved to obtain a pure ether species while the Cu site was modified to a more electron-deficient *** turnover frequency value of Cu/O-FLP catalyst with epoxy groups was 1.6-fold higher than that of alkaline treated *** result indicated that the epoxy groups could assist adjacent single-atom Cu sites to synergistically promote the adsorption and cleavage of the reactant hydrogen chloride toward form C-OH and Cu-Cl bonds,and reduce the reaction energy *** presence of electron deficient Cu sites and ether species could induce competitive adsorption of the acetylene and hydrogen chloride,thereby reducing the activity of the *** study highlights the influence of surface oxygen species and the tunability of the support,providing the foundation for the fabrication of higher-activity Cu catalysts for acetylene hydrochlorination.

Rare earth luminescence has attracted widespread attention for several decades, among which nearinfrared(NIR) light-related up-conversion luminescence and NIR-Ⅱ luminescence are widely used in the biomedical field. The NIR-related luminescence is widely studied due to the excellent performance, such as good biocompatibility, deep tissue penetration depth, low self-fluorescence and minimal light damage to organisms. In this review, we mainly introduce the mechanism for rare earth up-conversion luminescence, NIR-Ⅱ luminescence and conclude their advantages compared with traditional *** excellent priorities provide the basis for NIR-related luminescence bioimaging in vivo. Additionally,we hilglight the scheme for the sensitive detection of substances in organisms and various methods for biological therapy. In spite of the existing research, it is outlined that NIR-related luminescence has great potential to be applied in different aspects, expanding perspectives and future challenges of research in related fields. Based on the current scientific achievements, this review can provide reference for research in the areas mentioned above, expand the research direction and arouse a broad interest in different disciplines to pay attention to rare earth luminescence.
