Arsenite(As(III))as the most toxic and mobile form is the dominant arsenic(As)species in flooded paddy fields,resulting in higher accumulation of As in paddy rice than other terrestrial *** of As toxicity to rice plant is an important way to safeguard food production and *** the current study,As(III)-oxidizing bacteria Pseudomonas *** SMS11 was inoculated with rice plants to accelerate conversion of As(III)into lower toxic arsenate(As(V)).Meanwhile,additional phosphate was supplemented to restrict As(V)uptake by the rice *** of rice plant was significantly inhibited under As(III)*** inhibition was alleviated by the introduction of additional P and *** speciation showed that additional P restricted As accumulation in the rice roots via competing common uptake pathways,while inoculation with SMS11 limited As translocation from root to *** profiling revealed specific characteristics of the rice tissue samples from different treatment *** to the roots,ionomes of the rice shoots were more sensitive to environmental *** extraneous P and As(III)-oxidizing bacteria SMS11 could alleviate As(III)stress to the rice plants through promoting growth and regulating ionome homeostasis.

High-performance photocatalysts should urgently be developed to efficiently solve serious environmental problems. herein, we successfully synthesized a novel, visible-light activated, three-dimensional ZnCdS@MoS2photocatalyst using a simple, two-step hydrothermal process. Based on reaction time-dependence, the growth mechanism of “oriented attachment” of the ZnCdS@MoS2heterostructure is described in detail. The photodegradation of methylene blue(MB) indicated that the prepared sample has an outstanding photocatalytic activity owing to the accelerated photogenerated electron production rate, inhibited electron–hole pair recombination,improved visible light–utilization rate, and increased specific surface area. According to our experimental results,the degradation rate of MB using the ZnCdS@MoS2nanocomposite was as high as 99.3% after 100 min of visible-light irradiation. The photocatalyst remained stable without any obvious decrease in activity even after three cycles of use. This study provides a strong support for the design of high-performance photocatalysts and their application in optoelectronic devices.

It is quite often that the theoretic model used in the Kalman filtering may not be sufficiently accurate for practical applications,due to the fact that the covariances of noises are not exactly *** previous work reveals that in such scenario the filter calculated mean square errors(FMSE)and the true mean square errors(TMSE)become inconsistent,while FMSE and TMSE are consistent in the Kalman filter with accurate *** can lead to low credibility of state estimation regardless of using Kalman filters or adaptive Kalman ***,it is important to study the inconsistency issue since it is vital to understand the quantitative influence induced by the inaccurate *** at this,the concept of credibility is adopted to discuss the inconsistency problem in this *** order to formulate the degree of the credibility,a trust factor is constructed based on the FMSE and the ***,the trust factor can not be directly computed since the TMSE cannot be found for practical *** on the definition of trust factor,the estimation of the trust factor is successfully modified to online estimation of the *** importantly,a necessary and sufficient condition is found,which turns out to be the basis for better design of Kalman filters with high ***,beyond trust factor estimation with Sage-Husa technique(TFE-SHT),three novel trust factor estimation methods,which are directly numerical solving method(TFE-DNS),the particle swarm optimization method(PSO)and expectation maximization-particle swarm optimization method(EM-PSO)are *** analysis and simulation results both show that the proposed TFE-DNS is better than the TFE-SHT for the case of single unknown noise ***,the proposed EMPSO performs completely better than the EM and PSO on the estimation of the credibility degree and state when both noise covariances should be estimated online.

The quest for widespread applications especially in extreme environments accentuates the necessity to design materials with robust mechanical and thermodynamic *** all existing materials yield temperature-variant mechanical properties,essentially determined by their different atomic bonding *** general,weak non-covalent interactions are considered to diminish the structural anti-destabilization of covalent crystals despite the toughening ***,starting from multiscale theoretical modeling,we herein reveal an anomalous stabilizing effect in cellulose nanocrystals(CNCs)by the cooperation between the non-covalent hydrogen bonds and covalent glucosidic skeleton,namely molecular levers(MLs).It is surprising to find that the hydrogen bonds in MLs behave like covalent bindings under cryogenic conditions,which provide anomalously enhanced strength and toughness for *** analyses demonstrate that the unique dynamical mechanical behaviors from ambient to deep cryogenic temperatures are synergetic results of the intrinsic temperature dependence veiled in MLs and the overall thermo-induced CNC destabilization/*** the consequence,the variation trend of mechanical strength exhibits a bilinear temperature dependence with~77 K as the turning *** underlying investigations not only establish the bottom–up interrelations from the hydrogen bonding thermodynamics to the crystal-scale mechanical properties,but also facilitate the potential application of cellulose-based materials at extremely low temperatures such as those in outer space.

Ciphertext-policy Attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE) is a promising tool for implementing finegrained cryptographic access control. While the uniqueness of generating private keys brings extra security *** key escrow is inherent in CP-ABE systems because the trusted authority has the power to decrypt every ciphertext. The private keys are only associated with the attributes nor the user’s identity. Some malicious users might be tempted to leak their decryption privileges for financial gain without the risk of being caught as the decryption privilege could be shared by multiple users who own the same set of attributes. We propose a new multiauthority CP-ABE with blackbox and public traceability,where the private keys are assigned by the cooperation between one central authority and multi-authorities. The performance and security analyses indicate that the proposed scheme is highly efficient and provably secure under the security model.

Interdisciplinary research is considered a source of innovativeness and creativity, serving as a key mechanism for creating recombination necessary for the evolution of science systems. The aim of this study is to quantitatively establish the connection between interdisciplinary research and the research fronts that have recently emerged in civil engineering. The degree of interdisciplinarity of the research fronts was measured by developing metrics from bibliographic analyses. As indicated by the consistent increase in the metrics of interdisciplinarity over time, research fronts tend to emerge in studies with increasing diversity in the disciplines involved. The active disciplines involved in the fronts vary over time. The most active disciplines are no longer fundamental but those associated with energy, environment, and sustainable development, focusing on solutions to climate change and integrating intelligence technologies.

As a typical scenario of distributed integrated multi-energy system(DIMS),industrial park contains complex production constraints and strong associations between industrial productions and energy *** industrial production process(IPP)consists of controllable subtasks and strict timing *** IPP as a control variable of optimal scheduling,it is an available approach that models the IPP as material flow into an extension energy hub(EH)to achieve the optimization of industrial *** this paper,considering the coupling between the production process and energy demands,a model of IPP is proposed by dividing the process into different adjustable steps,including continuous subtask,discrete subtask,and storage ***,a transport model of material flow is used to describe the IPP in an industrial park *** on the concept of EH,a universal extension EH model is proposed considering the coupling among electricity,heat,cooling,and ***,an optimal scheduling method for industrial park DIMS is proposed to improve the energy efficiency and operation ***,a case study of a typical battery factory is shown to illustrate the proposed *** simulation results demonstrate that such a method reduces the operation cost and accurately reflects the operation state of the industrial factory.
