Diffusion couples,WC/Co-1at.%C,V8C7/Co,and WC/Co-0.3wt.%V8C7 were constructed and annealed at temperatures ranging from 1100 to 1300℃. The concentration profile of V and W atoms in these couples were measured by EPMA. Aided by Thermo-calc ＆ DICTRA software package,the concentration profiles of W and V in established diffusion couples were calculated by the moving boundary model according to revised dynamic parameters and MOB database,respectively. Then the concentration profile of W in Co binder during sintering WC-Co cemented carbide was simulated by the Cell model. It can provide reference for composition and sintering process design of cemented carbides with high performance. Meanwhile,the validity of revised dynamic parameters of the W-C-Co-V system is verified by the comparison of experimental and simulated results.

针对复杂封闭空间精密操作中连续体机器人三维形状与位置高精度测量问题,提出基于多芯光纤形变传感方程与三维形状重构算法的误差分析及校正方法。基于多芯光纤传感结构特征和三维空间几何变换原理,推演建立了多芯光纤三维形状与位置测量的关键方程和算法。采用关键模型算法驱动方法,系统性地分析了传感光纤关键参数误差、信号解调误差、传感方程与重构算法误差、环境温度变化等对测量精度的影响,确定了主要误差源及其定量影响程度。通过误差溯源,建立了测量系统关键参数标定与误差校正方法。构建了七芯光纤测量实验装置,实验验证了方法有效性。研究结果表明,所提方法可实现系统测量误差溯源、定量分析与校正,有效提高多芯光纤三维形状与位置测量精度,在连续体机器人精密测量领域具有应用价值与前景。

Thermodynamics of martensite transformation in low alloy TRIP steel was evaluated.It follows from the calculation that ε phase might be formed at above room temperature in the low Mn steel.Tested steel was therefore prepared according to the estimation result.High volume fraction of retained austenite(above 20%) containing 1.37%C was obtained in the steel after continuous annealing treatment.Tensile test showed that the ultimate strength of the steel was 1248 MPa,elongation rate 25%,the product of strength and elongation rate 31200 MPa%,reaching the grade of the third generation automobile steel.XRD detection indicated that after tensile test there existed ' martensite while TEM revealed that ε martensite also existed in the steel.Strengthening-toughening of the steel was thus raised due to the effect of transformation induced plasticity of two kinds of martensite.In addition,the phase stability of carbonitrates containing V was estimated and the complex micro-alloying effect was applied to the steel to control the size of austenite(about 1 μm) and enhance the stability of austenite.

Suitable optimization and simulation were performed using a powerful software package with a mature database as well as modem measurement facilities, which led to the successful designing and manufacturing of advanced steels. In the course of designing, the composition of a large section of prehardened mold steel for plastics was estimated so as to lower the quantities of oxide inclusions to change the type of carbides and to raise the machinability. The composition and process were adjusted to obtain satisfactory surface quality for the prevailing galvanization in transformation-induced plasticity （TRIP） steel. The refuting process of low-carbon steel was simulated in the light of both Thermo-Calc and Factsage. Thermodynamic and kinetic analyses were always conducted during the test and the procedure.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of Zhuifeng tougu capsules(追风透骨胶囊, ZFTG) in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in rats and study its mechanism, focusing on the toll-like receptor 2/4-nuclear factor kappa-B(TLR2/4-NF-κB) signaling pathway.METHODS: TypeⅡ collagen and an artificial climate box were used to construct the rat model of collagen-induced arthritis with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia syndrome. The rats were divided randomly into a control group, wind-cold-dampness syndrome model group, and high-, medium-,and low-dose ZFTG groups. The methotrexate(MTX) control group was treated with the corresponding drug intervention for 28 d. The joint temperature, pain threshold, joint swelling degree, and arthritis index(AI) score were measured. The production of C-reactive protein(CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), and rheumatoid factors(RFs) in the blood was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The protein expression of TLR2, TLR4, and NF-κB in synovial tissues was detected by Western blotting, and the m RNA expression of TLR2, TLR4, and NF-κB was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the joint temperature in each treatment group, the MTX control group, and MTX group recovered, the degree of foot swelling, pain threshold, AI score decreased, serum CRP, ESR, RF level and the levels of TLR2, TLR4, and NF-κB in synovial tissue were decreased(P hem, the curative effect in the medium-dose and MTX groups was more evident(P he ESR, and RFs via the TLR2/4-NF-κB signaling pathway.

Smart Contract Vulnerability Detection Method Based on Feature Graph and Multiple Attention Mechanisms

The fast-paced development of blockchain technology is evident.Yet,the security concerns of smart contracts represent a significant challenge to the stability and dependability of the entire blockchain ecosystem.Conventional smart contract vulnerability detection primarily relies on static analysis tools,which are less efficient and accurate.Although deep learning methods have improved detection efficiency,they are unable to fully utilize the static relationships within contracts.Therefore,we have adopted the advantages of the above two methods,combining feature extraction mode of tools with deep learning techniques.Firstly,we have constructed corresponding feature extraction mode for different vulnerabilities,which are used to extract feature graphs from the source code of smart contracts.Then,the node features in feature graphs are fed into a graph convolutional neural network for training,and the edge features are processed using a method that combines attentionmechanismwith gated units.Ultimately,the revised node features and edge features are concatenated through amulti-head attentionmechanism.The result of the splicing is a global representation of the entire feature graph.Our method was tested on three types of data:Timestamp vulnerabilities,reentrancy vulnerabilities,and access control vulnerabilities,where the F1 score of our method reaches 84.63%,92.55%,and 61.36%.The results indicate that our method surpasses most others in detecting smart contract vulnerabilities.

目的:对贵州省内医疗机构护理管理者护理成本核算认知现状进行调研,了解当前护理管理者对护理成本核算的认知和态度情况。方法:采用自行编制的调查问卷,随机抽样调研了省内53所中医院、中西医结合医院和综合医院的护理管理人员。结果:参与调研的护理管理者是否接受过成本核算相关知识培训与医院等级无关;与年龄、工作年限有关。参与调研的53名护理管理者中,16名(30.19%)接受过成本核算相关知识的培训,37名(69.81%)未接受过成本核算相关知识的培训。参与调研的护理管理者对护理成本核算相关知识(内容、方法、意义、原则、现存问题等)的了解程度一般,但是对护理成本核算相关知识的认可度较高。结论:护理成本核算是医院综合管理的一部分,护理管理者作为科室成本的主要管理者,其护理成本核算认知能力有待进一步提升。
