Cancer stem cells(CSCs)are considered tumor-initiating cells and the main drivers of disease *** these rare cancer cells,however,remains challenging with respect to therapeutic ***,we report the up-regulation of IL-13RA2 expression in colorectal cancer(CRC)tissues and spheroid *** expression of IL-13RA2 was positively correlated with canonical stemness markers in *** further demonstrated that the level of IL-13 was up-regulated in the serum of CRC ***,recombinant IL-13(rIL13)stimulation promoted the sphere formation,proliferation,and migration of CRC cells in vitro and enhanced tumorigenesis in *** phenotype could be reversed by knocking down ***,IL-13 activated autophagy by inducing LC3I/LC3II transformation in CRC-CSCs,which was crucial for the biological functions of *** further demonstrated that IL-13RA2 acted as a modular link of the E3 ligase UBE3C and the substrate p53 protein,enhancing the interaction of UBE3C and p53,thereby inducing the K48-linked ubiquitination of *** conclusion,the IL-13/IL-13RA2 signaling cascade promotes CRC-CSC self-renewal and tumorigenesis by inducing p53 ubiquitination,adding an important layer to the connection between IL-13 and p53,which can be translated into novel targeted therapies.

Deep learning models are well known to be susceptible to backdoor attack,where the attacker only needs to provide a tampered dataset on which the triggers are *** trained on the dataset will passively implant the backdoor,and triggers on the input can mislead the models during *** study shows that the model shows different learning behaviors in clean and poisoned subsets during *** on this observation,we propose a general training pipeline to defend against backdoor attacks *** models can be trained from the unreli-able dataset by decoupling the learning process into three stages,i.e.,supervised learning,active unlearning,and active semi-supervised *** effectiveness of our approach has been shown in numerous experiments across various backdoor attacks and datasets.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of different proportions of dietary fermented sweet potato residue(FSPR) supplementation as a substitute for corn on the nutrient digestibility, meat quality, and intestinal microbes of yellow-feathered broilers. Experiment 1(force-feeding) evaluated the nutrient composition and digestibility of mixtures with different proportions of sweet potato residue(70%, 80%,90%, and 100%) before and after fermentation. In Experiment 2(metabolic growth), a total of 420 oneday-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly allocated to 4 groups and fed corn-soybean mealbased diets with 0, 5%, 8%, and 10% FSPR as a substitute for corn. The force-feeding and metabolic growth experiments were performed for 9 and 70 d, respectively. The treatment of 70% sweet potato residue(after fermentation) had the highest levels of crude protein, ether extract, and crude fiber and improved the digestibility of crude protein and amino acids(P he breast and thigh muscles(P he serum immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin G levels in broilers(P hermore, 10% FSPR increased the Shannon index and Ruminococcaceae＿UCG-014, Ruminococcaceae＿UCG-010 and Romboutsia abundances and decreased Sutterella and Megamonas abundances(P he best nutritional value and nutrient digestibility. Dietary supplementation with 8% to 10%FSPR as a substitute for corn can improve the slaughter performance, meat quality

In this paper, we study the relations between trace inequalities(Sobolev and Moser-Trudinger types), isocapacitary inequalities, and the regularity of the complex hessian and Monge-Amp`ere equations with respect to a general nonnegative Borel measure. We obtain a quantitative characterization for these relations through the properties of the capacity-minimizing functions.

The classical two-scale asymptotic paradigm provides macroscopic and microscopic analyses for the elastodynamic homogenization of periodic composites based on the spatial or/and temporal variable,which offers an approximate framework for the asymptotic homogenization analysis of the motion ***,in this framework,the growing complexity of the homogenization formulation gradually becomes an obstacle as the asymptotic order *** such a context,a compact,fast,and accurate asymptotic paradigm is *** work reviews the high-order spatial two-scale asymptotic paradigm with the effective displacement field representation and optimizes the implementation by symmetrizing the tensor to be ***,the modified implementation gets rid of the excessive memory consumption required for computing the high-order tensor,which is demonstrated by representative one-and two-dimensional *** numerical results show that(1)the contrast of the material parameters between media in composites directly affects the convergence rate of the asymptotic results for the homogenization of periodic composites,(2)the convergence error of the asymptotic results mainly comes from the truncation error of the modified asymptotic homogenized motion equation,and(3)the excessive norm of the normalized wavenumber vector in the two-dimensional inclusion case may lead to a non-convergence of the asymptotic results.

High Mountain Asia(HMA)shows a remarkable warming tendency and divergent trend of regional precipitation with enhanced meteorological *** rapid thawing of the HMA cryosphere may alter the magnitude and frequency of nature *** reviewed the influence of climate change on various types of nature hazards in HMA region,including their phenomena,mechanisms and *** reveals that:1)the occurrences of extreme rainfall,heavy snowfall,and drifting snow hazards are escalating;accelerated ice and snow melting have advanced the onset and increased the magnitude of snowmelt floods;2)due to elevating trigger factors,such as glacier debuttressing and the rapid shift of thermal and hydrological regime of bedrock/snow/ice interface or subsurface,the mass flow hazards including bedrock landslide,snow avalanche,ice-rock avalanches or glacier detachment,and debris flow will become more severe;3)increased active-layer detachment and retrogressive thaw slumps slope failures,thaw settlement and thermokarst lake will damage many important engineering structures and infrastructure in permafrost region;4)multi-hazards cascading hazard in HMA,such as the glacial lake outburst flood(GLOF)and avalanche-induced mass flow may greatly enlarge the destructive power of the primary hazard by amplifying its volume,mobility,and impact force;and 5)enhanced slope instability and sediment supply in the highland areas could impose remote catastrophic impacts upon lowland regions,and threat hydropower security and future water *** future,ongoing thawing of HMA will profoundly weaken the multiple-phase material of bedrock,ice,water,and soil,and enhance activities of nature *** and cascading hazards of high magnitude will prevail in *** the glacier runoff overpasses the peak water,low flow or droughts in lowland areas downstream of glacierized mountain regions will became more frequent and *** escalating hazards in the HMA region requires tackling s
